I’ve never done a review in entire my life, as I’m not a social media type of guy whatsoever. However, I feel that Upfront Plumbing & Drains deserve my honest feedback, so here we go... The main water line to our house broke, so we needed someone who could quickly repair it at a fair price, as we had to completely shut off our water. We called several companies, but had absolutely no luck coming across anyone who could meet our needs. Everyone we called came out and quoted us with outrageous prices and were several weeks out before they could even start. My wife then came across Upfront Plumbing & Drains via Google search & gave them a call. They immediately came out and gave us a very generous quote and could get started within just a few days. An entire team came out to our property and completed the job in no time at all. We wanted to express our sincere gratitude to the owner Ryan and his team (Chuck, Jeff, Justin, Kayla, Ricky & Ryan) as they were absolutely amazing! Talk about great teamwork, professionalism, and overall cool people! They wasted no time and did superior work. To anyone who reads this review, I strongly recommend that you don’t waste any of your time looking around, and go with these folks right off the bat! They are amazing to say the least! Trent was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and friendly, too. I had a leak that someone else suggested cutting into my wall to fix, but he suggested the simplest fix first, sparing my walls from being cut into! And it was much cheaper. He also fixed my bidet while he was there which was super nice of him. Great experience all around. I'd definitely recommend Upfront plumbing!

Called Upfront and Ashley had a tech at my location within an hour. She was great! So no complaints about the service or response. My only issue is with the pricing. Seemed really high to me and after talking to several other contractors I probably paid twice what I needed to. I justified the extra expense due to the quick and professional response. Sometimes plumbing doesn’t wait to find the best bid.

Trent arrived right on time and knocked this out very quickly. The install was much better than another plumber we used. Very please and will use them again. Also used them for a water main repair. They were right on time, completed the work much more quickly than anticipated, and provided great quality service. Kept me involved through the process. Great group and highly recommended.

This company and the representative technician Randy that came to my house to perform some of the preliminary work and give me an estimate for the larger project was extremely professional and did a great job and although the project turn out to be more complicated and took longer than anticipated due to the age of the pipe , the final cost remained as what the original estimate that was given. Water softener installation in addition to tankless water heater. Trent did a fantastic job. He was on time, very courteous and friendly, and did a thoroughly professional job--even redirecting some outside water lines that had originally been incorrectly installed, at no cost. Upfront was willing to negotiate on price and gave us a great deal on both items. We would have no problem in calling Upfront again. Two thumbs up.

We are remodeling our bathroom downstairs and they redid all of the drains in the house and moved them where we needed them. We didn’t have to wait a long time for them to come out and they got the whole thing done quickly and professionally. I was surprised at the huge price difference between quotes but Upfront plumbing was the most reasonable! Alida we had one more thing that needed to be done after our initial inspection and it took them a while to get back to do it but they eventually did. I would definitely use them again!

We can't recommend this company enough! They responded quickly when we called for a quote and their price was way better than another company we called for a quote. They installed a water softener, moved our water heater, and installed a filtered system in the kitchen. They were knowledgable and helped us to understand the pros and cons of all the options. Their work is top notch. Our only regret is that we waited so long to have this done.

I have to have my inside and outside plumbing fixed and upfront will be doing both jobs. Matt and Mason are the two men working in my indoor plumbing and switching out all the pipes. They have been complete professionals very caring and empathetic to my situation. They took all the necessary steps to protect my home while they worked they were left in my house alone to do their repairs and never once did I feel uneasy bet trustworthy company. I haven't met the people that will be doing the outdoor plumbing but I know I'm in good hands if they are as great as Matt and Mason. The outdoor plumbing guys were just as great as the indoor guys! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody looking for a professional and Affordable plumbing company

Randy was excellent! We were able to get on his schedule less than a day after contacting the company. When he arrived, we had trouble finding the secondary water shutoff but he was so patient while the water district located it after multiple attempts and a lot of time. Some people would be annoyed but he wasn’t bothered by the delay. He did an excellent job fixing the leaky water spigot quickly when the water was finally shut off. Randy was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job with the fix. I’d recommend this company to anyone that needs a need a plumber and will be using these guys again for any plumbing work we need.

AMAZING SERVICE AT A REASONABLE PRICE! Our water heater failed and I found Upfront Plumbing on Thumbtack. One call explaining our situation and I heard from Ryan and Trent very quickly. They offered to come take a look, arrived as scheduled, quoted the work, and arranged their schedule knowing our circumstances were dire since we had already gone several days without hot water. I cannot say enough about how happy I was to meet Trent. He listened to our situation, is truly an expert and went above beyond to help us get things working again. I had 3 companies come to look at my leaking shower faucet. Upfront was the lowest price and did the job quickly and on the spot, and didn't try to get me to replace the whole faucet like the other 2. My one complaint is they didn't wear shoe covers and tracked a little mud on our hardwood. But the price and speed made up for this, and they were polite and would probably have worn them if I had asked. UPDATE: the owner contacted me soon after I posted and very politely apologized they didn't wear shoe covers. Overall I would recommend and will likely use again.

After discovering that our second floor, 100 gallon hot water heater had failed, I called several complanies for a quote to replace the old heater. Trent from Upfront Plumbing and Drains returned my call almost immediately and we scheduled a time for him to come out. Our house is old and has been remodeled several times by previous owners (sometimes with "interesting" solutions to problems). Trent took time to understand our setup and was able to offer several options to replacing the heater. He arrived when he said he would, removed the old heater, and replaced it with 2-50 gallon heaters in two separate locations. He told me everything he had done and thoughtfully answered all my questions. This service was almost half the cost of a quote I got from another company! I would use Upfront Plumbing and Drains again and would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

UpFront replaced the entire plumbing in our 1946 home. A big job! Mason and Matt were fast, efficient and professional. They finished the job a day early! No 5 star review though. The manager wanted to charge an extra $450 for a 30 minute add-on job. Watch your pocketbook when you’re doing business with them!

Had a water softener and whole house filter installed. From quote to installed was less than 48hrs. Quote was the best out of three we got from three different companies, and it included the whole house filter. Employees were professional and personable! We woke up this morning to a soaking wet wall, floor, and the tiniest hole spraying out water in our pipe that controls the water pressure coming into our house from the city. I called a few other places and was getting no answers, no time frames, or were days out to be able to help so I decided I’d look up a place that isn’t a ‘big name brand’ (as a small business owner I try and support smaller and newer businesses as much as possible). The customer service was amazing, answered quickly and didn’t have to wait on hold or anything, I believe Randy is who I spoke to on the phone. Trent was at my house and fixed the issue within 2 hours of me calling, and was very nice and explained everything to me making sure I understood exactly what was going on (and not in a “dumb woman knows nothing about plumbing” type of way THANK GOD😂). The priciest thing about it was the part we needed and even that wasn’t too bad, they are very reasonably priced to get the job done which is SO nice especially during the Holidays. Also, my dogs hate men being in the house when I’m home alone without my husband (such good guard dogs) and only barked a couple times when he first came inside so I’d say that’s a good sign as well. 😉 Thank you for helping me, my family and my pets be able to have our water back on so quickly! Also, bonus they had someone come out and do an inspection and quote for fixing the damage which was very nice!

I am.not easily impressed. This is the second time I have used this company. I am impressed by Upfront Plumbing, Ashley and Anna answering the phones and making appointments, are terrific! As are and their technician Randy. They got an appointment for them to come out and look at it quickly and fit my busy schedule. Randy quickly made the assessment without himhawing around. He explained everything in professional, yet understandable terms. When I asked questions, he answered and offered options without trying to upsell me or pressure sales. They were able to change the water heater out right away! Thank goodness for Randy and Ipfront Plumbing. I would recommend this company and Randy to others.

On the first visit I was offered options (everyone loves understanding their options) without pressure. On the second visit (after parts were rcvd) the plumber returned very quickly (within1 day), cut drywall (necessary to access the line -- he limited the mess, cleaned up the mess, AND cut the drywall so cleanly that it can be reused for repairs). He was kind, professional, and understood from a customer's perspective and needs; he truly reflected the best kind of customer service. And the whole experience didn't break the bank. I will use and would highly recommend Upfront Plumbing & Drains for friends and any future needs. My enemies should call Roto rooter or someone else that over promises nd under delivers. LOL!

I had a small gas leak and they were able to schedule me 3 days out. Trent was so friendly and careful to check every possible place for leaks to be sure he covered everything. Highly recommend! 6 months later: Used them again! Mason was so friendly and polite, he really worked hard to help me get everything done. I had a wax seal under the toilet needing to be fixed, a new water line and valve to the dishwasher put in, and a new faucet put in. The pricing was very fair and very upfront. After installing the faucet it wasn't working (an issue with the one I bought) and Mason figured out what was happening with it and helped me fix it after I got a replacement part. He was my hero!!! Freaking love this company, I hope they always employ people like Mason!

I would recommend Upfront Plumbing and Drains. I called about a leak from my bathroom into my basement and they sent someone out the next day even though they were booked. Trent came out and was really nice and did a bunch of testing and investigating and was able to tell us that the leak wasn’t a plumbing issue it was something else. So now we know what we need to get repaired because of his help. He didn’t overcharge for the service fee as I feel a lot of companies do. Ryan and his crew have been fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything, got us 'running' and the repair scheduled in a reasonable time. They've been on time and ready to roll, the crew is very nice to show us what was damaged. When the sewer was reconnected and the yard cleaned up it was clean and in order. I highly recommend Upfront, and I don't give glowing reviews often but they sure earned our trust.

We’ve had a toilet that has been squealing loudly whenever water runs. I contacted Ryan and he was so helpful. Trent came out and was very thorough and went out of his way to educate me on the possible issues. He found two and I had him fix the immediate problem of the squealing. Very professional. Prior to this I had a clogged toilet where my daughter flushed a small shampoo bottle down our other toiled. Via text, Ryan told me how to take the toilet off of the floor and snake it to unplug it. It took me a while but me and my wife fixed it!

We had Upfront Plumbing help us with our water main line. It was leaking into our home. They were very prompt in their response. They were on time EVERYTIME! It was a confusing leak, we had the city out and other plumbing companies that all had different opinions. Upfront plumbing was great about talking through some of the differing opinions with me and ultimately I decided to have them do the work. They were very detailed about what was needing to be done and what it would cost and how long it would take. We got several estimates. And they were not the absolute cheapest, but very affordable. Other estimates were much, much higher. They were awesome! The leak happened to be in the section of the mainline that was inside my foundation wall. They fixed it in the timeframe they said and for the price quoted. It was a pleasure working with Upfront plumbing.

I highly recommend Upfront Plumbing and Drains. We woke up at 330 AM to the ceiling in our daughters room leaking, discovered a small leak in our main water pipe running through the ceiling. Got the water shut off and called Upfront first thing in the morning. Promptly got connected to a knowledgeable representative who got me set up for a free inspection. Randy our tech showed up promptly at 1 and walked me through step by step in what he needed to do to fix the leak, have me the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable and quickly set about the work. Randy was very personable Andi enjoyed his insight into why the leak happened to begin with. All in all a great experience on a stressful day.

Awesome service😊 Randy came the next day and fixed a small leak under kitchen sink. The connectors from dishwasher to sink needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was upfront (no pun intended) about the cost and time. He was nice and professional. He was respectful and wore shoe covers. We recently purchased a new home in Ogden (111 years old, I might add). Randy came to repair a leaking pipe, repair a hose bib and replaced the accordion drains in our bathrooms. Chuck and Michael repiped our 1960’s galvanized pipes into a whole new updated system. They were friendly and careful not to cut more holes than needed. They cleaned all the corrosion build up out of our faucets. They worked around our crazy schedule and came back when we had questions. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was good but I feel like we were over charged for what was done. We had our toilet flapper and pressure regulator valve replaced. Online the flapper was between $2-$5 and the valve was no more than $100. I was charged $69 for the flapper and $489 for the valve. Labor took no more than 15-20 mins for both. So in my opinion I think I was overcharged.

It is unusual to have an optimistic plumber usually there is a lot of overwhelming expectations of how bad the job could get and no clear idea of what the costs will be or the estimates are so high that you have to wonder if the intention is to bid the little jobs so high as to not have to do them. Ryan shows up ready to take on the project- big or small and he provides a reality based estimate so you can make informed decisions and tackle the issues without having to compromise on quality. Ryan was communitive & responsive, flexible with our schedules-really willing to work with us, the estimate was on point no surprises, work area was left neat, work completed as scheduled, Upfront was able to provide license & insurance, billing was prompt and professional- again no undiscussed charges or service fees.
