Electric Rooter has never failed where other plumbers have fallen short. They’ve always been professional and courteous and great at making sure my drain is not clogged. They scoped my sewer line many years ago and found 26ft of snake left inside the line by another plumber. This explained the many prior years of septic sewage back up. I would have rated 5 stars but rated 4 because the price for my last drain cleaning was $269 for a 10 minute job. I would still use their services again. They’re great.

Tyler changed out a very old kitchen faucet, which was a tough, tough, tough job to remove the old faucet, but he kept pushing through until the entire job was completed with perfection! I love Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter!! We have them come to our work here at Siegfried & Jensen to help us with our clogged drains and we love them for it. But today they really came through for me at a rental property that I have. My renter informed me today at 9:45 am that we had a mini flood in the basement due to a backed up sewer line. When I called Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter at 10:30 am they told me that they could arrive today between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and they even quoted me the price ahead of time AND that price did not change. It was so great having their plumbers Thomas & Riley show up on time and they solved the problem swiftly and professionally. They even let me spend a minute or two picking their expert brains on a couple unrelated plumbing issues. After the visit I was even able to call Electric back and ask if I could ask one extra question to Riley related to the paid service they did. Riley then called me back within the hour. I really appreciated that. These guys are great! And the fact that they came immediately to help me was amazing! My renters think I'm amazing for solving the sewer problem so quickly but really it was Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter that are amazing!

After several hours of mumbling, cursing, and the sounds of things crashing onto the tile floor, I had enough. The toilet was in 2 pieces, the bathroom and shower were a mess. I had Electric Drain and Sewer come out to provide a second opinion. I was told by another company that there was a shift in the sewer pipe and that it would be a good idea to have the pipe lined. The previous company said this would cost $14-15K. Corbey from Electric Drain and Sewer came and ran the camera to from my house to the street. No issues were seen in my pipe. The only spot in the line that the other company could have been mentioning, when they say that the pipe has shifted, is the joint between a section of green PVC and orange clay tile pipe. The clay tile is much thicker and this can cause the pipe to look as if it is not lined up properly. Camera is able to slide through area with no trouble. I'm so glad that I had this second opinion! I also really appreciated Electric Drain and Sewer's professional and friendly nature and their promptness.

Corby and his team are awesome . We needed to do sewer lines video inspection. It was scheduled quickly , they pulled a permit and were on time at the day of the appointment . I was notified in advance all the time . But what was surprising the most - at the end of inspection it was obvious that we needed to clean pipes. They were in and out in 15 minutes and were able to clear a line I’d tried to snake myself four different times. They came outside the appointment window the first time (last slot of the day so that’ll happen sometimes in a business where an unexpected difficulty can keep you at a house for hours beyond expectation) and I wasn’t able to be there, but rescheduling was no problem and we got it taken care of the next day. I use these guys once a year(3 years now) to clear our water line to the street of tree roots. They have always been on time (within the 2 hour window they give me),they are professional, and fast. I’m not sure what a common price is to have this done. But, because I have liked my service, I haven’t searched around for a better price I would assume their prices are competitive at the very least. It was $179.50 this year, which is a little higher than I have paid in previous years, but it’s close to the same amount.

We were referred to them after getting a quote from ARS Rescue Rooter that involved scoping the pipes and telling use that the sewer main line was broken and clogged and that the interior pipes were completely clogged and everything needed to be replaced. ARS never showed us the video nor provided a copy even after several calls and texts of us asking for the video. They tried to get us to sign a bid for $21K to fix everything. It turns out after having Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter scope the pipes it was two simple clogs and they cleaned them out in under 30 minutes and cost under $500 to diagnose and fix. Sorting out all the "clean any drain for $29.95" companies and having the experience of having them show up only to say it's going to be $500 + (who we promptly sent away), I gave up and called Bill Gehphardt about his Gephardt approved Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter. He said he had no complaints and to give them a try and let him know. I had my tenant call and set up the appointment. They showed up on time and did the job the way I knew it should be done. They pulled out the clogs which included tree roots and tampons (but the girls say they never do that). All done and going again for 1/3 rd the cost others quoted. I appreciate their honesty. No up-selling other than recommending a yearly inspection because of the tree roots that will grow back ( little devils). Forget the $29.95 people. They can't send someone to your home for that price. Thanks for the refreshing experience. We will call again.

Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter is the best! My family and I recently moved into a new home and had a sewer scope done. They noted some roots, but nothing of concern. Two weeks later while our washing machine was draining, our toilet flushed itself and the basement shower spewed some gross liquid as well as our drain backed up in the laundry room. I called a different company to come out and do a $99 clean & camera down there. They camera-d the sewer lined, noted roots covering more than 2/3 of the pipe (with toilet paper stuck to them), and quoted me for a $900 pressure washing to blast away the roots, $3200 to put a protective sleeve in 1 part of the sewer pipe or $9800 to put a protective sleeve in the entire sewer line. I asked about the cleaning (thinking of the toilet paper just stuck around the pipe) and they said that they had cleaned all that they could. He didn't offer to auger the clump, he said he poked it with the camera and made a hole. I'm SO glad I called around to various companies. Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter came out in a few hours, chopped away what was there and FOUND NO ROOTS. They did find some nice wads of paper and what looked like a wipe. Under $150, super quick and friendly service, and no run-around. I highly recommend them, and if you have something bigger going on, they can refer people to replace the pipes if that's what needs to happen. No needless charges, they clean what they need to get done and that's it. I was treated very respectfully. They also replaced the cap for our easy access hole thingie (I can't remember the term) because it had been leaking.

Jett came to fix a gas valve on out water heater and spent a couple hrs working on it. After that didn't solve the problem, we now have to get a new water heater after all that work, which he tried to tell our landlord before he started all the work, however she wanted to see if this would fix it first. Recently had a minor backup of the main sewer line of my home. Another plumber (referred by HomeAdvisor) came out and rooted the main of some tree roots and restored flow. Then a second company came out to do the camera inspection. They pointed out several "problems" that they said were critical and recommended a drain liner be installed to mitigate this, all for ~$9000. Told them I needed a second opinion. Upon recommendation from a friend, I called Electric Drain. They also scoped the main and said it was in good condition, no liner is needed! They also indicated that the previous rooting was incomplete. So while they were here, I had them do a thorough rooting to complete the job. There are not enough words to describe the service that I received today! Corby and Beau were FANTASTIC! I had a undetermined leak that I had called another company out to diagnose. Co #1 was unsure of the cause of the leak but knew that I needed to replace my entire sewer line and if we rerouted the existing tie in we were sure to be ok. They used a camera to diagnose the sewer line, so I assumed they were on the up and up. This job was going to cost me $17,000. YES, 17 THOUSAND!!! (not a typo) They also informed me that they had reported the issue to the city while getting permits to do the job and even if I were to choose to sell the property, I would be unable to do so without having fixed this problem. I was referred to Electric Rooter by a good friend and contractor for a 2nd bid. Corby and Beau came out and listened to my thoughts on the problem and went to work to diagnose it. They felt sure that all I needed was a good clean out and to have a plug replaced on the rough plumbing for a future toilet that was not being used. They began the cleanout process, which did take a little time and effort for the fact that the rough plumb had been sealed with concrete. Once they had completed the cleanout, they sent a camera through the sewer line and determined that it was just fine and they placed a new plug over the access. Not only did they show me the screen as they ran the camera, they also left me a dvd with the footage. The job was complete in under 2 hours. They spoke to an inspector over my area and confirmed that Co #1 was usng scare tactics to obtain their job and that my home could not have been flagged. They told me that I shouldn't have any other issues, but recommended that due to the age of the home that I should have an annual cleanout. Routine maintenence under $200 I think I can handle. I will be singing the praises of Electric Rooter, Corby & Beau for a very long time!! They made me cry, but this time they were tears of Relief and Joy!!!
