Dan was great to work with on the original quote and during the process of repair. Carlos Vazquez has an incredible work ethic and does an amazing job! I live in Herriman (dried up riverbed) where large rocks are plentiful. Carlos was able to navigate all the rocks and install a new water main line to the house. The work was clean, quick and professionally done. I'm very pleased with how my yard looks despite what they had to do because of the boulders etc. Carlos is basically a yard plastic surgeon ◡̈. Also Michael did an amazing job inside, installing a new pressure regulator and valves. I highly recommend these guys if you need a water main line repaired or replaced.

My sewer pipe broke outside under the house and part was in the road, after 5 estimates of different companies Beehive Plumbing was the cheapest, the best on quality and quantity. They had the most warranty on their parts. They have a 10 year warranty on parts and that alone is worth your time and money. I will always choose beehive plumbing for my plumbing needs with their hard work and great quality of service if I could rate you higher than 5 I would be doing that. The original guy that was coming to repair our kitchen sink was sick that day. They did not cancel instead they scheduled for the afternoon. Cooper was the first to show up at 4:00 pm. Soon a whole crew showed up and the fixed it all super fast. Cooper and the team did an amazing job! The did it quickly and were so friendly and thorough despite the late time. We are replacing most the plumbing in our old house and we are definitely using them and requesting the same crew for the next project!! Chris B was awesome! He was super chill and did everything he could to take care of us today. Someone has to come out and do a hydro jet to clear the blockage. However. Chris did everything he could and went above and beyond before having to go down this extra route. He was friendly and personable. Warren and Daniel had to come out today to get our situation taken care of. One bad news to the next all day and its been a very stressful situation. Warren and Daniel got us taken care of inside our house and now we are dealing with the outside. I appreciate the professionalism and politeness of all the employees up to this point. To finalize my plumbing services, Jed and Roman got me taken care of. They were able to get me all taken care of in a good amount of time and the most cost effective way. Another plumbing company gave me an estimate far higher than Beehive, and they got to it immediately instead of waiting a week like the other company said they could. Justin, Matt and Ron are seriously the most amazing plumbers in Utah. Beehive is so quick to respond, handles all of your questions and concerns professionally, and with ease. We recently moved into a very old home and have encountered numerous plumbing issues. They unclogged our main line that was full of roots from our front tree, unclogged our kitchen sink and basement lines, and will be installing a new kitchen sink for us and repairing our clay pipes underground. They do their best to assure you are not without your facilities and go above and beyond to make sure you're fully satisfied. You can imagine how overwhelming these sorts of problems are, especially when they occur right after you move in. The Beehive Team did so well to assure our problems would be resolved no matter what, and they do their best to make you feel at such ease through the whole process. Mixed review here. Benji did a great job. I could tell it was a more challenging job as far as water heaters go and he took the time to do it very well and get it all up to code. He comes across as very knowledgeable and professional. The major complaint I have with these guys is the disorganization at the office. These guys cancelled last minute on me twice, tried to send a tech at times we hadn't agreed on--I'd get texts like "We're going to have a tech there in 30 minutes for you" on days when we hadn't set anything up. They also tried to charge me a fee for having the tech be there after 5pm even though they're the ones who changed the appointment to that time slot after no-showing on me at an earlier time. I also had to wait a whole week for the new appointment. The whole thing got stretched out way longer than necessary. It felt like they were trying to stuff me in between other jobs whenever was convenient for them.

Dan Wayman, came to our house the next day, after we discovered a pink color in the hot water. We have a sale contract and the buyer raised the pink water issue from an inspector's report. Dan spent 2 hours investigating and draining the water heater. The buyer's realtor was here also and Dan was able to defuse the issue and save our sale. His effort was far above what we expected and over all he created a pleasant experience.

I have used Beehive Plumbing a lot in the past for small jobs. My old water heater started to give out they came out several times to help solve the issues (Leaking, pilot light going out). When I finally decided to upgrade to a Tankless water heater they installed quickly. Colton was great. I had a question about the unit and sent an email. I want to give a personal shout out to Matt Hoover for his amazing service that he's provided myself and my husband the last couple of weeks. Matt has come out to our new rental home and worked on unclogging our pipes that have root intrusions, he's repaired a kitchen sink clog, installed a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal, and also installed a new shower pipe for us. He goes above and beyond to assure we not only get the best quality service, but also explains everything in detail and has this way about answering most of our questions before we even ask them. His kindness and upbeat attitude goes such a long way and you can truly tell he enjoys the work he does for others! I had an Noritz EZ111 installed by Nathan Goeckeritz in June 2019. He was very prompt and super professional. He went to extra mile to make sure everything was neat, organized, and out of the way as much as possible. He even fixed some other drain lines from other appliances so that no leaking/flooding would occur. I've had my Noritz EZ111 for a year now and I love it. We never run out of hot water. It takes up very little space, especially compared to one or two water-heater tanks. I don't worry about flooding like I did with my tank water heater. I got the wi-fi module and use the app on my phone almost daily to adjust the water so my kids don't burn themselves at bath time. Then, I turn it up when I want to shower. Look at what rebates and coupons are being offered. I was able to save $1,000 at the time with the multiple rebates and coupons being offered. Overall, it ended up being cheaper than putting in two water-heater tanks. Also, I had a lot of bids come out. Beehive Plumbing was the best priced and was the most knowledgeable. Some other plumbers wanted to perform extra work that would have cost thousands more. Some other plumbers said they did tankless, but it was apparent when they showed up for the bid that they were very inexperienced in this area. Beehive Plumbing (particularly Nate) clearly was the best option with the most experience in this area. If you're thinking about going tankless, I would recommend the Noritz EZ111, have Beehive Plumbing install it, and ask for Nate!

Beehive is great! We were having some issues with the Water Heater, so they came out. It took a few days, and a few techs, but we were able to get it figured out and they didn't give up, even to the point of replacing the entire Water Heater. The final tech we worked with was Warren, and Warren was excellent! He was very kind, friendly, and committed. He was patient to explain, gave extra tips, and was all around dedicated to getting everything working. He even offered to take off his boots to walk about 15 through the house, truly caring (and yes I let him keep them on). I would like to commend the professionalism of Daniel, the supervisor who first visited and then Jed and Roman who worked diligently for two full days to bring a new water line from the street into my home. We were experiencing some water pressure issue and colored sediment in our hot water. We were able to get an appointment within 36 hours. The person that came out quickly identified the issue as a failed water softener. He clearly explained the problem and the recommended solutions and had an estimate on the spot. Once we agreed to move forward the repairs were made quickly. Throughout the process the tech was very helpful and answered my questions. After he left I noticed something and called them backed. They quickly had the tech reach back out to me to address my concerns. It was not an issue, but my own misunderstanding about what to expect. Issue cleared itself up as described by the tech and I'm very pleased with the work done. The next day the company called to make sure the reason I called up had been cleared up, which I appreciate. I didn't shop around, so I can't speak to pricing, but I was more then satisfied with the work and the worker, so I didn't mind paying the price quoted. Would highly recommend.

We’ve used Beehive Plumbing twice in the last two months and were very pleased with the service both times. The call person was very pleasant and called when the plumber was on his way, giving me his name and when he would arrive. They were on time and assessed our problem and gave us options and estimates. All three plumbers were clean cut and friendly. They were careful to use shoe covers and clean up when they finished. I feel the charges were reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We have loved and used beehive for years, however, they must have changed ownership? It took 3 days to get a technician out to simply clear a tub drain. The tech wanted 240$ when do many places charge 29, 39, or 59$. The tub is even still draining, just slow. After leaving this review, I was contacted and they offered to come back out and do the job for 50 percent off. However, I was told a tech would be here between 11-1, but didn't arrive till after 2pm. The job took about 10 minutes, and after the job was complete, we were told we only would get a 20 percent off. Luckily, the technician Paul was willing to honor the correct amount. I wish I could give them a 5 star rating, but having to block out 2 days in order to get a quick and easy drain clear, and the fact that they only responded after a negative review, leaves me hoping they can improve their communication and get it right the first time. I think they should tell customers over the phone that their standard charge to simply snake a drain is 240$.

Beehive has been my go to for plumbing repairs of all kind on my 1960’s house. They’re always very professional and easy to work with. I’ve been very happy with the results, including the installation of a tankless water heater and soft water system. When I had a pipe burst, they were able to diagnose and repair the leak quickly and at a reasonable price. These are the guys I’d call first for any plumbing issue that I have.

Our new tankless water heater, with water softener, has now been installed and operating for about a month. I wanted to wait a little while so I had a better sense of my satisfaction with everything before writing a review. We had six plumbing companies come to our home and provide quotes and product recommendations regarding replacing our two old water heaters, which were 27 and 30 years old, one of which had just died. We chose Beehive Plumbing and continue to be extremely satisfied with our choice. Our serviceman, Nate, worked with us from beginning to end, and has continued to be helpful and responsive with our questions during the month since he installed the system. We received a very prompt visit, clear recommendations, and competitive cost quote. He educated us on this new technology (at least new to us) and made excellent recommendations. He was always prompt and responsive when providing the quote and on the day of the installation. On the day of the installation, he showed up early, minimized the inconvenience of the installation to us, and ensured that the job was completed and left our house very clean when he was done. I have rarely, if ever, taken the time to review purchased products or services. But in this case, the experience was so extraordinary that I looked forward to doing a review.

Worked with Nate. I called on Friday after 6pm. Closing time. We had recently decided to install a tankless water heater and my inquiry was to get an estimate and get moving if it was reasonable. I spoke to a delightful woman unfortunately I don't recall her name. Late coffee maybe but very polite. She had me scheduled for an appointment the following morning, first thing. I received updates via text to follow the expected arrival. Nate was on time and had a passion for what he was selling. We made an agreement and he installed it the same day. He did a great job on the install making sure everything was not only working but looked good even if no one will see it once I finish the ceiling. While it's only been a day, the water takes only a few more seconds to warm than with the tank but well within reason and I'm sure any water waste is offset by the efficiency of the system. He allowed me to literally hover watching him as I was genuinely interested in doing it myself at first and completely appreciate the effort applied in his work. I believe the reviews here are well deserved and I doubt I'll have trouble but I know who to rely on if the need arises.

I am so pleased with the work that was done at my home. I had to have the main water line to my home replaced. The men who came, Alma and Jacob were so polite and courteous. They always answered my questions about what they were doing and how it applied to the project. They did their best to keep the dirt off of my floors by putting a plastic runner with adhesive to keep it in place. Towards the end, another man arrived who was so fast at moving dirt and tamping it in. When they were done, they raked and cleaned everything. He gave us a estimate to replace our hot water heater. He had the hot water heater on his truck and it was a commercial grade better than what we had. It was a great deal for the same price as a residential tank that I was going to get from Lowes but it was a commercial grade. The price was the same and very fair. He was in and out the door in a couple of hours and we are in Bountiful. From the start of the call to when he was done and leaving less than 3 hours. Luckily our sewer line issue ended up being a more affordable and smaller scale fix than previously bid, and I am thankful to have someone trustworthy like Beehive Plumbing on my side. They do good work, and they charge fair prices... if you can get them to come out. We've called them for several issues, and had a timely response, but most recently we had a stinky shower drain in the master bathroom. Both times, they made an appointment for 8 days out from the day I called, and both times they called an hour before the appointment time and said they had an emergency and pushed me off for another 8 days. The second time they called to push me off because of an emergency, I told them I would call someone else. I understand a stinky shower drain isn't necessarily a high priority in the plumbing business, but I got tired of wrinkling my nose at the stench every time I walked into my bedroom, and having to run the exhaust fan just to be able to breathe long enough to brush my teeth in my bathroom.

I had Daniel come out from Beehive Plumbing today due to leaky shower faucet and he simply turned the knob while turning it off and the faucet stopped leaking and he explained with full clarity how the rubber gaskets work when the knob is shoved closed (which is a push and pull faucet). It was Sunday morning, and not much sleep was happening due to a faulty water pressure regulator. Called some places, and they all said they would call me back. Called Beehive Plumbing, and on the first phonecall, they said they would be right out. An hour later, Daniel was here, and had the problem diagnosed in seconds. The repair took almost as long (1/2 hour) and he even installed a commercial grade one, as houses in the Avenues seem to have this problem due to our water pressure. Super fast and reasonable Sunday service? I know who my first call for a plumber is. Oh, and ask for Daniel, he was awesome!

I had a failing tankless Rinnai and Alma, our plumber dispatched to us gave me a reasonable understanding of the difference between many of the current models and why some tend to fail or not have as long of a working life. Long story short, we got a nice energy efficient Navien. All service was done same day, which didn't seem the easiest but they were more than happy to oblige. I would seriously consider using Beehive in the future and would recommend them to anyone. I especially want to give a major thanks to Alma to making sure the job was done so well. He really should be recognized for how friendly and professional he was. Also a big bonus for using Beehive: online schedule. I cannot emphasize how good it is to have online schedule when you don't have the time to call during business hours - a major plus in my book.

Beehive was a subcontractor for our countertop company. You disconnected and reconnected the plumbing under the sink. The first day one of your plumbers came out and quickly disconnected everything. He replaced the old shut off valves and charged a few extra dollars for the parts. He told us there would be no additional charge the next day when the reconnect was done. A different plumber came the second day. He wanted to use new black pipes underneath and charged extra for that. We had already paid the counter top company $450 for the disconnect and reconnect. We protested the charge for the new black pipes, but the plumber said he could not do the work unless we paid the extra. We paid it. So, we paid $450 to the counter top company for your services, plus another $50 for parts. The total work time was about 2.5 hours. Do you really get paid $180/hour plus parts for disconnecting and reconnecting a kitchen sink with disposal? Seems very steep. Maybe the "gouge" was the $450 to the counter top company. One of the plumbers seemed surprised that we paid $450 for the disconnect & reconnect. What would the charge have been had we contracted directly with Beehive? Now, on the positive side, the two Beehive plumbers were very courteous, knew what they were doing and did a good job. No complaints with the quality of their work.

I called Beehive Plumbing today to get second opinion on a plumbing issue that I was told was going to cost $7k. Daniel the Beehive technician (Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable) came out later the same day and ran a line with some special attachment on it and was basically able to retrieve something I was told by another company was unretrievable and would require a dig out and pipe replacement. When Daniel pulled his line out of the drain we were all shocked at what we saw! It was blue plastic baseball bat!!! Needless to say, Daniel & Beehive Plumbing have a customer and friend for life!

Before this current visit I'd had a couple of good experiences and so called Beehive again when I had a big job to be done - one that involved concrete sawing, jackhammering and major mess and disruption. (Aside) A former neighbor, a successful businessman once told me, "If you run a business you WILL encounter problems. What matters is how you deal with them". Had a backed up sewer line that wasn't draining and of course it started on a Friday night. Isn't that how it always goes? I called various plumbers and Beehive Plumbing was the first to respond and able to stop by very quickly the next day. They provide excellent communication and seemed to resolve the issue by snaking the line with the warning that the issue would return soon and that I need to figure out a long term solution which I appreciated. The only drawback is they do seem to be on the higher end as far as pricing goes. If this helps anyone they charge around $160 for a toilet and about $400 - $500 to snake with camera. Overall, it was a positive experience and they are upfront on pricing and give free estimates so it wasn't a surprise. If I run into another emergency like that, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

What a great experience for a pretty stressful situation. Beehive plumbing was fantastic from the initial call to the finished product! We had a water pipe break in our basement and had water everywhere. I called beehive plumbing and was told that someone would be there in a few hours. Alma showed up at our house with a smile and was so very nice and understanding. He replaced the broken copper pipe, on/off valve and PRV so we would be good to go for a while. He cleaned up everything and was so pleasant and kind the entire time. Completely satisfied with this company, Alma and the quality of work.

Beehive was able to send someone out the next day. Jared came out (and was even half an hour early), and quickly determined that the problem was on the city side, and directed me on whom to contact. He was also right: the problem was a failed connection between the municipal water line and my home water line. It's been a few days and the water hammer is gone, and our shower doesn't leak anymore. We are so happy. There was no absurd upselling, just simple explanations of what could be done. Why not give a short update on the water heater from above? OK, the water heater is still working fine. I had a problem with a clogged sink. After attempting to unclog it myself I called a different plumbing service who were not able to unclog the sink after two hours of work. The other service recommended to replace all of the pipes back to a T in the wall and it would run me in the thousands. I called Beehive to get a second opinion. I recently decided to completely remodel my home. Alma from Beehive was not only the most reasonably priced plumber, he was the most practical and interested in my renovation. Alma took time to review my project with me. He helped me create a plan of attack. He listened to my multiple updates, requests, questions, and even advice. Alma knew my vision and always worked with my schedule. My project has had many phases and Alma has been more than patient to let me afford things at my pace and prep a lot of the work for a professional. Alma did underground work, gas piping, tankless hook up, pex piping, recirculation runs, soft water runs, vents, demolition, exterior water spouts, internal venting and soon my finishes. We did an entire home renovation and Alma has been my dedicated plumber. Beehive is a great option for the remodeler. I would recommend them not only for the value but also for their listening ear. The office staff worked with me every time to coordinate billing, and work days. They text you when they are en route. My criticisms would be means and methods, materials and quote detail. I am not a plumber and so I expected everything they installed to be the same as other plumbers I had seen on YouTube or Instagram. Some materials and practices seemed similar, but Beehive’s materials were different. i.e. non colored pex, non copper fittings, gas line material, ABS vs PVC, floor drain types, toilet supply lines style. With all the crazy that a renovation brings, I was glad to have Alma to take care of all my plumbing efforts. He guarantees his work and is a plumber that I will use again in the future.

My experience at first wasn't a good one. Called due to low water pressure in my home. This was happening for months, and the icing on the cake was when I was trying to water my back lawn by hand. It was next to impossible. Totally being unexperienced in this, I researched it, tried a few things. Finally threw the towel in and starting googling for a good local plumber. Called Beehive, and it was a 6 day wait. uggggg, but whatever. Dealt with low water pressure for a few months, few more days won't be the end of the world. Was told that a plumber would be out between 11am, and 1pm. Come 12:55pm with no call, text message, etc. Decided to call to find out what the deal was, if he was going show, etc. The lady was very polite, apologized, and had someone out to my home within about 30 minutes. Benjamin (think that was his name), had the issue resolved in a few hours. One negative that I will give, is that the price seemed a bit on the high side. Besides the price, and the scheduling issue. No issues, happy that the issue was resolved in a few hours, Benjamin was great, professional, etc. I would call Beehive Plumbing again. Update: After leaving this review, Beehive called within a few hours, which really surprises me to personally apologize. I felt that I left a good review. Just pointed out a few minor things. Just surprised that they called, and goes to show how much Beehive cares about the work that they do. Very impressed with Beehive, and I know who I'll be calling next when I have another plumbing issue.

I called their office & was surprised at how fast & helpful Erica(I think that's her name) was. Within 2 minutes I had received a text & an email confirming my appointment. The day of the plumber assigned to our job, Gastave ( I am probably spelling his name wrong... so sorry) arrived on time and spent over two hours discussing the details of what was needed to completely re-pipe our home. The job was booked and began within a week. Gastave ( again spelling?) and his crew, Christian, Jacob, Javier & others arrived when they said they would. They explained every step of the process in detail as they did everything. They were a very polite and respectful. They worked very hard and didn't complain about anything. We have a very old house with a crawl space...very creepy crawly. Gastave & his team worked very hard to make sure we were happy. They made sure to clean up at the end of the days work removed a debris etc... This project was a long time in need of being done. It's not the kind of thing a person wants to have to do but at the end of it all my family & I are so happy we called Beehive Plumbing. In fact we have already refereed them to a neighbor. My water heater died (rusted out then quit working). Daniel came to my house at 8 pm and helped me diagnose the problems. I had a mess of pipes and plumbing reconfigurations in the basement and a non-working solar hot water system. Daniel was one in a million. He understood the outdated system and quickly got me a very good deal on a tankless water heater and soft water system. The next day he and Benj reconstructed my utility room and replumbed the mess of pipes. The cleaned up the entire area and checked the water pressure, and tested every faucet and shower. I couldn’t be more happy. They earned my trust. I highly recommend Beehive plumbing as well as Daniel and Benj. UPDATE: Before he was done with the water heater and water softener, Daniel and Benj inspected the plumbing in the whole house. They found that the pressure regulating valve was faulty and that my water pressure was very low. Then they inspected the roof because of the remaining solar hot water panels. It was then that they discovered shingles missing and drain gutters filled and clogged. They repaired the shingles and cleaned the gutters. They found other holes in other shingles and repaired that as well. I couldn't be more happy with the work they did and the extremely reasonable price they charged. Beehive Plumbing is a very excellent company. Daniel and Benj are smart, hard-working, honest and generous. What more could you want?

I am the CFO and Business Manager for a Geotechnical firm in Bluffdale Utah. We have always had problems with our sewer line out front and with the upcoming winter we decided it was time to deal with the problems. Firstly Beehive Plumbing was one of the few companies who would even return our call let alone come out and provide a quote. Many of the plumbers in the area said they don't work on existing buildings only new construction or simply never called us back. Ultimately we decided to go with Beehive Plumbing to replace our grinder pump and re-plumb the outflow line. On install day the first speedbump occurred. We learned at that point that the pump would need to be hard wired in as there was no actual outlet to connect two. After waiting several hours for a master electrician to come out Beehive finally get the pump installed. After installation we confirmed the pump was working and we sent the electricians on their way. During further testing we learned that the pump was missing an additional float sensor needed to cut off the pump once the water bottomed out. This required the electricians to come back out and for the Beehive employee to travel out and find the necessary float. Fast forward to 9pm and the pump was installed and running. An install that started slightly after 1pm ended after 9pm on a Friday night. Come Monday morning disaster had struck. Upon arriving to the office we learned the piping had blown out. It was revealed that the sewer piping installed in the community was made of a proprietary material that could only be worked with when using the same material. Beehive began their work trying to fix our problem and get our system back up and running Monday starting around 10am. They left for the day to search for the materials they needed around 5pm that night. By Tuesday morning they had obtained what they needed from the manufacturer and had our system back up and running by 2pm Tuesday afternoon. Beehive went above and beyond to repair our sewer line and get our system back up. Not only were they very professional, they worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to get our system repaired. They let us know everything that was going on the entire time making sure we knew exactly what was happening. I have worked with very few companies over the years that maintain this level of professionalism and customer service. Obviously the ability to use our bathrooms is very important to our business but we are also tied in with two other businesses who also were down as a result. Due to the nature of our business we also have to use water to perform certain tasks for our customers. I would trust Beehive with all of our future plumbing needs and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their plumbing from people who know what they are doing and care about you as a valued customer.

I had a leak from the bottom of my upstairs bathtub coming down into the ceiling. When I looked through the wall the connection was extremely corroded ( My home in West Jordan is over 30 years old and it was probably original parts.) Chris Sr. and Alex replaced the drain and overflow system. Had to go through the ceiling, cut a few old pipes and replace them, then installed two access openings for me, one in the ceiling below and one in the wall in the adjacent closet. In total the job cost $500. I'm happy with their work, and they were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be using them in the future if needed.

Benj came to service our plumbing problems. The call was last minute. Benjamin arrived and during the visit, we jointly decided in addition to the original issue, to tackle a major issue related to plumbing errors we were living with since building our home in 2007. Benjamin quickly assembled all the detail required to quote the dramatically increased scope. He provided a reasonable price and a fair discount based on the volume of work. During execution of the work, Benjamin was required to remove all contents of the cabinets in 7 bathrooms and 3 kitchen / kitchenette stations. Benj was exceptionally polite, respectful, and unusually careful of our property. At the conclusion of the work, we returned to find everything restored as it was before he started. Actually, I think much of it was in better order. Benjamin had vacuumed each location , wiped down all the surrounding areas. Benj made three rounds of quality tests at each station and found a couple of additional preexisting problems. Although he had had no time during the day for a food break, he agreed to go to a plumbing supply store to pick up the needed parts and he returned to complete the work. Benjamin will be on my speed dial from now one!! Awesome work!!

Our Water heater was on its last legs. Leaking, rust, etc... Benj from Beehive arrived right when he said he would, made sure we understood all our options and helped us make an informed decision. The previous water heater had been installed in a bit of a "handyman special" sort of way, so the venting and plumbing were not ideal. We had a tank less water heater installed by Nathan. Showed up on time and installed the heater. After the installation it was turned on but it made a vibration noise when turned on. I looked up reviews and found out it is normal making a low hum but this vibrated through out our home. On his own Nathon moved it to another wall felling it would solve the problem. It did not. Because of he Christmas Holiday he called back to resolve the vibration issue 2 days latter like he said. He called the manufacturer and and made the decision that the unit was a rare factory defect on the interior pump. He had the experience to know his decision was right. He simply replaced the unit and the problem was fixed. I originally only wanted to replace our old water heater tank. I was use to getting hot water faster where the faucet was a far distance from the heating unit. It dose take a little longer to get hot water but you get use to it. The advantage is we have our children living with us and they love to take long showers and fill the jacuzzi hot bath up and we usually lost hot water when all bathrooms going at the same time. This will never be an issue any more. Pro is, we do not have to worry about a flooded basement from 20 years at least from the tank less heater unit I'm hoping. Nathon was very professional and a good work ethic of getting the job done right. That had value to me.

Lucas and Beehive Plumbing have been a Godsend for us. We were in the middle of a nightmare of a renovation and discovered that essentially all of the plumbing had been done incorrectly.
