I called on a Saturday evening because my toliet was clogged and it was causing issues with the other one, so I didn't have a working one. He said he'd be over in a hour, and he was. He was able to find and clear the clog, which was at the beginning of the line, and saved me from needing hydro-blasting, which saved me money. I was previously told by a different plumber that I need new pipes because they are too small and copper. I asked Thumbs Up Plumbing about the pipes and instead of saying I need the pipes, he said they are good copper pipes but I could change to 4" PVC if I wanted but it wasn't necessary. I would definitely use them again.

We contacted Two Thumbs Up Plumbing for an emergency water heater leak and they were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us over the phone that night until they could come out and do the replacement the next day. They were very helpful and friendly to work with. I had an emergent toilet issue late night about midnight and had called maybe 17 diff companies this was the only company that could come out in 25 mins! Awesome service. Shaq came and fixed 3 different things in a timely manner and for a reasonable price! He was very knowledgeable!!! He also was very professional but provided a sense of humor in my majorly stressful situation (water was off in my condo which meant about 15 other people had no water either) a few days later I needed another service so I requested Shaq to come out and fix it and he was so prompt!!! Great service!!! This will now be my go to service repair company!! 10/10 recommend!

We found Shaq through our home warranty company. We was wonderful! We asked him to come back to replace our showerhead, spout and controls in our 2nd bathroom. He was professional, prompt and always communicated when he would be available and came when he said he would! So glad we found him. Great work!!

I had to repair my sewer line twice in a short span. Both times they were prompt (all work done, including line replacement under the floor of my basement within the day), friendly, and most importantly far cheaper than the quotes I was getting from other, larger companies. They worked with my schedule, and showed up in force despite the fact it was the day before Christmas Eve. They also hooked me up with a cleaner to professionally de-sewage my basement. They'll be the first people I call next time I need something.

We contacted 4 local plumbers to replace two faucets in our home, no one replied. A friend referred us to Thumbs up Plumbing and Drain cleaning, who answered our call immediately. They came to our home replaced the 2 faucets for a great price. Excellent quality work, extremely professional, and truly cares about the customer. We then had an issue with our toilet a few months after, which required a replacement. The toilet was immediately replaced, such great service. Highly recommend thumbs up plumbing. Matt and Shaquille outstanding work and thank you so very much!

Matt and Shaq were very professional and had the best prices in my area - half the cost of RotoRooter! They came out same day and replaced my hot water heater in 2 hours flat. They actually care about fixing the problem and don't try to upcharge you on needless expenses. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues and would strongly recommend them to others!

I needed a plumber to install a new Moen Faucet so I did what most do and went on Facebook looking for recommendation. I was directed to Matt and Shaq. I reached out and spoke to Shaq and we scheduled an appointment for the following day at noon. I received a text about a half hour prior to their arrival letting me know they where on their way and they arrived on time. They not only installed my new Moen but they also corked around my basin to ensure no water leaks. Matt and Shaq where polite, courteous, on time and they new their stuff. Not only where they professional their price was reasonable and they didn't over charge me as other quotes I received where $200 higher for the same job. I highly recommend Thumbs Up Plumbing and I will defiantly be referring them out and using them again for all my future plumbing needs. Job Well Done Guys!!!!

I discovered a leak in our main water line. It was mid afternoon so I called my regular plumber. After a bit I didn’t get a response so I started calling other local companies. Every place I called their was an answering machine to leave a message, which I understand people are busy. But when I called thumbs up their was a message and Matt’s cell number to call. So I called and Matt answered, by this time it was 4:30. I asked him if he could fix the problem today and after a few pictures and my husbands description of the problem he said he could around 6:30. He sent a text when he was on his way. Matt and his partner came, sorry I forgot his name. He estimated the time and price which were both less. In 30 minutes they came up and all fixed. I was impressed with the professional way they dealt with us and saved us! I’ll be calling them again for other fixes, hopefully not too soon! Lol

I had a good experience with Matt and Shaq. I was referred to Matt from a friend. I texted him later at night and he answered me right back, he was able to get out to my house the next night to check out the job. I had my water heater replaced. He quoted me $500 less than rotor rooter for the traditional tank installation. I ended up going with a tankless system. I was quoted at $4,500-5,000 from rotor rooter, and Matt did it for $2,200, a huge difference. They worked diligently to get it done in 4 hours on a Saturday. I would use again mostly due to the very honest pricing.

My sewer drain was clogged up and Matt and Marshall from Thumbs Up came to my house on a Saturday night to clear things up. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard to make sure that the drain was doing what it was supposed to all with a friendly attitude. It wasn’t an easy fix but they made sure it was done right and gave me a fair deal. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do they will be my first call.

I had a leak coming from my bathroom no clue what to do water was dripping like crazy did a quick google search and found thumbs up and man once I told my situation the owner quickly told me how to shut the water off and came over within 25 min. As he repaired he explained what happen and what I should do to avoid this in future . I am very great full for the service and knowledge. Thank you guys
