I called Anne’s office at 2pm today for a boiler problem and Sandy in the office was able to squeeze my problem in. The crew that was sent was so nice and professional. Everything that was to be done was explained thoroughly and ahead of time for my approval. They had the job done by 4:15p and left my house spotless. I highly recommend Anne the Plumber for any of your heating or plumbing needs.

Anne and her entire team are absolutely phenomenal, very professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We have an older home and have had a variety of different plumbing/heating problems over the past few months. We’ve had pipes replaced, our outdoor faucet replaced, they did work on our old boiler that was on its last legs, and when that finally went out they installed a new one. Everybody takes the time to explain every step of the work they’re doing and answered all of the questions we had throughly. I truly don’t have enough nice things to say about Anne, Ryan, Sandy, and everybody else who’s helped us out over the past few months. If you need any plumbing work done, call Anne. You will not be disappointed.

We hired Anne the Plumber to come and install our gas dryer to our new apartment. We scheduled the appointment for Monday 12/12, but they ended up running ahead of schedule and moved up our service by 5 days 12/7! Ryan was our plumber and he was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We received a text when he was en route and was here in no time. Would hire them again!

We had a few plumbing issues that came up in the inspection when we bought our home last year. After reading rave reviews about Anne the Plumber, I decided to give them a call. First, it’s rare that a human answers the phone. That was the first time I reached out a few months ago but decided to hold off on the repairs. After the constant gurgle in our bath sink was keeping us up nights recently, I decided it was time. I called and got voicemail, which was returned within 10 minutes. How refreshing! The best part is that they were able to get Ryan out to take care of the repairs the same day. Ryan and his co-worker were friendly and professional and got the repairs done in a timely fashion. Company communication was great, with email and text follow-ups every step of the process. I won’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber who responds!

Very professional, quick, efficient, polite. They were men and I’m a single woman but I felt comfortable with them in my house, which isn’t always the case. Did great work. Felt that the set cost of disposal installation itself was a little obscene when it’s quite easy to do, but it had to be done to be repiped. Overall though, it was better to go with a reputable, woman-owned business with excellent customer service (they called me first thing in the morning after my evening firm submission), great systems for scheduling/reminders/payment, and professional staff.

We had Anne the Plumber install an abatement meter for our home. Of the 8 or 9 companies we called for an estimate, Anne was one of only 2 who actually responded to us. She came out the next week to give the estimate. I will say, she charges for the estimate, which made us hesitant, but her quote ended up being the lower of the two we received. She got us scheduled quickly, and her team did a great job. I would certainly recommend Anne if you are looking for an abatement meter. She is quick to respond and is very organized and true to her word.

We're new homeowners and called Anne for advice on two separate occasions - once for a dishwasher issue and another for a septic smell in our bathroom. Anne let us know when a plumber would not be best for our type of situation and instead recommended calling others for appliance repair or rooter service. Never had to call a plumber before but I had a leaky pipe behind my claw-foot tub that needed fixing. I was able to make an apointment quickly and easily on the phone. Super easy! I like that they text you when the plumber is on the way to you the day of as well. I think it took them all about 10-15 mins to replace a leaky valve. Quick, friendly and efficient service!

They showed up and diagnosed the problem, which was a pipe that was banging, and had a solution and parts available on the spot. Anne and her team do quality work. They are professional, and always show up as scheduled. We have had them do numerous jobs: replace the water main shut-off and bring up to code, conversion of existing furnace from oil to gas, repair furnace steam leak by replacing copper pipe with black pipe, update plumbing to code for a bathroom renovation, and various smaller projects. They don't make unnecessary repairs and they provide education and advice on how to do your own simple repairs and maintain plumbing and heating systems to prolong the life of your system.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and did everything we could on our own but it wasn't enough. 1 call to Anne the plumber and she got to us that day, fixed the problem, and explained everything she was doing so we understood. The technician that installed the toilet was very good. The toilet I selected was on backorder from the distributor. Anne the Plumbers office staff kept in touch with me and updated the status of the incoming toilet. The toilet actually came in a little earlier then expected and I was notified immediately. We set up a date and the tech. arrived on time and had the toilet installed in no time. I will defiantly use Anne the Plumbers service in the future.

We gave them a long list of tasks, and they performed all of them well: 1. 2 faucets needed to be repaired: they repaired the two requested, noticed a third that needed repair and fixed that too. 2. A toilet’s valve anchor was broken. This was fixed. 3. A radiator did not heat. They purged the air from the radiator and the radiator works fine. 4. A bathtub drain was blocked. They couldn’t fix this, but they gave it a fair attempt, cabling it from multiple angles. (This was expected: they were giving us a second opinion on the state of a pipe.) For all that, the price was reasonable.
