Mike and his team are absolutely fantastic. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. They helped us replace our failing leach field, and they were very informative during the entire process. Making us confident we had chosen the best company for this job! Mike and his sons are top notch people, and hold themselves to a very high standard of service and craftsmanship. Unlike most people who deal with septic systems, Mike is not interested in letting a system fail so that he can come in and install a new one - he is all about extending the longevity of your existing system, which in turn saves the homeowner money, headache, and disruption. Additionally, Mike was the only septic expert within 100 miles of Portland who called me back on July 4th as we were experiencing an emergency. Mike responded almost immediately to our urgent request for a septic back-up. He was incredibly knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly. We decided to take his advice and add an aerobic enzyme filtration system to our set up and he came back quickly to get the system installed and also flushing the sludge from the system. His rate was reasonable (especially compared to a new septic tank) and his advise is based on preserving and optimizing the life of the system. We highly recommend Mike and his team!

We are very grateful for the experience and ingenuity of the team at Septic Advisor in a Cape Elizabeth. When our septic system failed it was a complicated nightmare due to lack of access behind an addition and tree line. These guys took it in stride by hand carrying a composite tank around back through our gardens and you’d never know they were afterwards! The others companies wanted to tear out the trees and gardens and were not the slightest bit sympathetic. We definitely recommend Septic Advisor if you have a septic or sewer issue. We now understand that paying a little extra for the decades of experience is certainly worth every penny!
