Short version: Zeri is an outgoing and honest contractor who cares a lot about his customers and his own work. There is nobody else I would call before him. If he can’t do it himself he knows someone who can and all the people he brings in are just as reliable and affable as him. But for the full story, we called Petrin Plumbing & HVAC for a water heater modification. We had just bought a house and knew it needed some attention, but needed a professional to look over everything and give us an opinion. While he was fixing our water heater we got talking about everything else we needed looked at. Risky pipes, new shower kits, sediment filters, removing some defunct heating systems, and more. We kept calling him back for these small jobs and every time he came back we talked more and more about our goals for the house. We were so pleased with the service we were getting we decided to go all in on a big renovation to finish an unfinished attic, including adding an additional bathroom. For the next couple of months we had Petrin and their partners in and out of our house for the project. We met lots of different specialists that Zeri handpicked for the job. Someone to do drywall, someone to do tile, someone to do electrical, and everyone he brought in was exceptionally courteous and considerate. I never thought I would be so comfortable with so many strangers in our home, but they were all pleasant and industrious guests and Zeri went out of his way to minimize disruptions. Zeri brought a lot of vision and energy to the project. He took all of our ideas and suggestions, even the ones that came late. He pitched his own ideas but was never married to just one way of doing things. He never left us with anything but his best work and always made sure we were happy before we called something finished. He was transparent about what would be challenging to do and he didn’t back away from the surprises that came up. On the other side of the project it feels like Petrin Plumbing & HVAC is responsible for half of our house. Lights, pipes, heaters, air conditioners, entire rooms and storage spaces, a beautiful bathroom that feels right out of a magazine, these are all things that didn’t even exist before we connected with this business. We were extremely fortunate to meet him when we did, are very happy with their work, and have no doubt that we will work with them and their people again when we are ready for another installation. Petrin Plumbing & HVAC is a reliable and loyal outfit. As far as professional experiences go it’s the best we’ve ever had.

I highly recommend Petrin Plumbing & HVAC for their outstanding service! Mr. Zeri Petrin came to our location on time, gave us a price, and a timeframe to start and finish the project. Zeri does a lot of excellent residential work as well as HVAC work, but we needed him for a commercial project. The project was to literally take a vacant room in a commercial property and turn it into an operating kitchen. It came out marvelous! We are very happy with his work and attention to detail. Zeri is very hard working, quick, and his work exceeded my expectations.

We called Petrin Plumbing & Remodels because a pipe was leaking in the basement of a house we had just purchased. Zeri responded immediately and discovered some other potential problems with our pipes and made corrections. He also discovered problems with the furnace and was able to correct those as well. He created a space for and installed our new dishwasher. To help us resolve problems with our very small downstairs bathroom, he installed a bathroom and walk-in closet in unused space on the second floor. We love it! He did all of this professionally and responsibly, after insisting upon establishing an open line of communication. We are the grateful beneficiaries of his expertise and vision!

Zeri has done a few major projects for me. He did a complete job plumbing a salon with 4 hair sinks, 3 hand washing sinks, 2 toilets, dishwasher and a full remodel of the attic in my home to a master bedroom and bathroom. Jobs were completed on time and professionally.

We had a pipe start leaking into our basement at 4:15 in the afternoon and Zeri was not only the only person to call me back at that time of day, but was able to come and install an emergency shut off within minutes of our conversation. We had him back to install a new outdoor hose hook up and he did an amazing job. Cannot recommended highly enough!! So nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional!!

My toilet broke on a friday at 3:30pm. After 15 or so calls, messages, texting and emails Zerry was the only person to help me. He came out on a Sunday looked at the job said he would be back in the morning and he was! Rechecked on Monday morning and then went to plumbing supply and finished the job by 1pm! Friendly responsible knowledgeable and fair. Very very happy with his work. Im so glad I found him and will use his services if needed in the future. It will be my first and only call next time as well!
