I requested Eco Clean services to locate an underground waste line from house to curb in preparation for constructing a deck that would require deep footers. The Eco Clean tech arrived exactly on time and went to work immediately. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the location of the underground pipe. I was very pleased with this service.

I got an appointment next morning. They are open 24/7. Tanner was good and efficient, put a camera down the drain and found the blockage. Used his snake to clear it out. Running clear now. There is a pipe sag 1/2 way down the driveway, which will have to be dug out and repaired and replace the pipe. Waiting for their estimate.

The entire process using EcoClean was extremely positive. I called, they were able to get a technician to my property with in 30 minutes of my call - I understand this was cause someone was in my area already, but still it was outstanding. I was so impressed with the responsiveness and rapid service from Ecoclean. I had moved into a new home on a Friday, and woke up Saturday morning to the sewer line backing up into the basement. The employee answering the phone was very kind, and assured me that someone would be at the home before noon. And the technician was there by 10:30! He was wonderful, very informative and was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. The charges were reasonable considering it was a Saturday, and I will absolutely call again should the need arise.

Contacted EcoClean last weekend when we had a problem with flushing our toilet following some bubbling in the toilet when we tried to run the shower. Spoke directly with the dispatcher Sunday morning and their technition Tanner arrived Monday morning to do a camera inspection which revealed a problem in the connection between old cast iron pipe and PVC piping out to the Street & that need to be repaired. Tanner explained everything that needed to be done and was very polite . He returned with another worker on Fri and the job was completed . I found Eco Clean to be professional and efficient. Estimates were timely and reasonable. We are very pleased with the work that was completed . Thanks to Eco Clean for peace of mind for a long time to come.

We called late on a Saturday not sure what the problem with our toilet was beyond the classic “it won’t flush the water down.” Tamara was able to walk me through the troubleshooting process to determine if they were the right company to help me, in other words was my issue drain related or more of a toilet hardware/plumbing issue. Once we determined it was the drain she was able to give me an estimate and get someone to come out. Less than an hour later the technician called to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived he did some more troubleshooting and quickly determined what was causing the issue and resolved it. There was no mess, in fact he left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. Total cost came in under the estimate and now my toilet works better than it ever has. Thank you Ecoclean for your prompt and professional service.

Our downstairs bathroom smelled like septic. We were told by other companies it is going to be hard to find the source and finally told to just use EoClean. We did and within 10 minutes the person they sent found the issue and it was a 1 second fix. The bathroom hasn't had the smell since. I recently had a sewer pipe serviced as tree/shrub roots were prevent proper drainage. A serviceman was able to come out about 24 hours after the problem began and was able to remedy the situation within an hour. He was pleasant and explained everything very well. What could have been a very unpleasant situation turned out to be very pleasant and professional. We had some beginning root intrusion in our sewer pipe that needed to be fixed. The original thought was that we would have to dig up part of the yard to get to the problem. After some extra research and effort Ecoclean was able to give us an entire new lining without having to dig. The people at Ecoclean were thorough, prompt, organized, considerate, and very efficient.

We were very impressed with the technology and professionalism EcoClean brought to our sewer line problem. Before we hired EcoClean, we paid a plumber $200 to fix a backflow we encountered during a kitchen renovation. The same problem reoccured 2 days later (he also hacked down a wall unnecessarily). EcoClean actually put a camera down the line to see what was going on. Identified a squatted sewer pipe and its precise location. We hired them for reasonable price to dig out and replace the pipe (never a cheap proposition but we did not want to risk a sewer line failure and all that it entails). If you want professional, competent assistance with serious plumbing issues, this is your go-to company.
