We were up the creek with a toilet issue that caused water to leak through our ceiling. Derek was able to get out the very next day and addressed the problem. Very professional, tidy, and knowledgeable. I will 100% be using 207 from now on. They showed up when everyone else was booked 4 weeks out.

Derek helped me out with a leaking mixing valve, the day after I called. When it turned out to be an easy fix(which he was totally up front about even though he could have done a big repair and I wouldn't know better), I asked the wait for an annual furnace maintenance, and he offered to do it right then since he had time. He showed me what was going on throughout the service and gave tips on what to look out for likes leaks and regular furnace operation.These are my new heating and plumbing guys for sure, and I highly recommend.

Customer service was exceptionally good from start to finish. Calls were returned within good time frame, technician arrived within projected window of arrival estimate and called in advance to let me know when he expected to get here. Very friendly on the phone and in person. Went the extra mile to see the job completed properly. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely call again!

207 Plumbing & Heating were amazing!! Highly recommend them. We had a toilet that was backed up that another company wouldn’t address until we had our septic pumped. Note we have 3 bathrooms and the other toilets were operating properly. After I had our system pumped they told me it would be over a week before they could come out. I called 207 Plumbing and Heating and they were at my house within 24 hours. Bill was professional, courteous, and prompt. He gave an hour window for his estimated time of arrival, called prior to arrival to confirm and then arrived at said time. I’ve had several companies not show up in the past so this was a pleasant surprise. I couldn’t recommend then more to anyone needing any plumbing /heating work (inside and out). 207 Plumbing & Heating will be my permanent plumbing company going forward.

I experienced an unexpected water issue leaving me without water. 207 plumbing and heating prioritized my situation and worked with me to get the issue taken care of in a professional and timely manner. They took the time to explain and walk me though eveything that they thought was nessaray, making this a great experience. Not only were they confident in what they were doing, they were very reasonable with there estimate. I had such a great experience I scheduled another appointment for my yearly furnace cleaning.

I have been looking for a new company to clean my furnace and found 207. They were able to fit us in right away. They were super friendly through email and followed up multiple times on the phone that they were coming. Derek came to do the work and he was great! Really friendly and knowledgable. When I bought my new home I had 207 plumbing & heating come to clean my furnace and when I had to actually use the furnace I started to have some problems. Every time I called they were right there to help me out. When my furnace decided not to work they came over first thing on a Saturday morning just before Christmas to fix it for me. Very professional and courteous. Furnace works great.

Hired Bill to clean and service our furnace. He did an excellent job on that and when I asked him to do several other projects outside the scope of that work, he did them, including two plumbing projects that I need work on. He was a go getter and his customer service was second to none. I was pleasantly surprised with his pricing. Excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very kind, and always answered my calls promptly. I'm a new customer, and had a pump that needed to be replaced that stopped be from being able to do laundry, use my shower, and toilet downstairs. Initial visit was scheduled in a few days (good time considering it was around new years). He was in and out (although he said he would be here between 12 and 2pm. He ended up showing up by 9am). I opted to pay him in full instead of half down. Had to wait for the pump to come in off backorder. Over a week later I gave him a call and asked if the pump came in, and he responded by saying he has not checked yet. He told me he would check and get back to me shortly. I appreciated his honesty (although bummer i got put on a backburner, as my situation is a big deal with the amount of laundry i have to do daily)! He then got back to me very quickly and then stated the pump did in fact come in. So he scheduled me for over a week later on a wednesday.( even more bummed, as the sense of urgency doesn't seem like it's there). Wednesday rolls around and I took the day off. He was supposed to be here from 12-2pm. He calls me a little after 8am, and said something came up and he will have to push it until tomorrow. (Bummer..but I get it. Things happen). The next day is here and hes supposed to be here from 12-2pm. He showed up unannounced at 8am. He didnt expect me here today, and apologized for not calling when I greeted them. They were in and out within an hour, and my sewage pump is installed and working. Im very pumped! Key issues though: 1.) For less than an hour it cost me over 400 dollars for a pump to be replaced 2.)They left promptly, and left black sewage (dripped from taking out the broken pump) all over my house 3.)sense of urgency with aquiring the pump and getting it replaced could have been much better Key positives 1.) Answered initial call promptly 2.) Completed the job as he said he would 3.) was very friendly

Steam furnace required a yearly cleaning. Had not used 207 before, and he came recommended by a fellow heating technician. Scheduled an appointment, called ahead to confirm and arrived at correct time. Went to work cleaning out and did an excellent job (to the best of my knowledge). Would recommend to friends.

Bill left my house less than an hour ago. I only got in touch with him this morning to let him know I had a septic system backup. Luckily his schedule allowed him to get to my house within an hour. Bill dug around the septic tank itself to check for issues. He diagnosed it was a clog in the pipe and had it fixed in a matter of a few minutes. Since I was having an oil burner installed today, it was essential to get the septic issue fixed ASAP. Bill was MORE than up to the job. Thanks you so very much!!!
