I had such a great experience with Hero Home Services! From setting my appointment with Janette ( the day after Christmas) . They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. They have great work ethic and are VERY transparent about pricing which is very important to me. I Highly recommend them. They genuinely care and want to help. Awesome customer service!

We were more than pleased with Hero Home services and Albert a very knowledgeable young man who seems to know this business in and out and I believe puts his heart and soul into it and wants to do the best job he can for every customer! He is very accommodating He's very caring we found him to be a very respectable young man that I would recommend to anyone to come in their home to do a job for-My friend's home was older than some he did not want to injure any pipes and explain details very clearly that a free camera inspection would be necessary to make sure that they did not injure any pipes! Then he explained the situation of piping underneath the ground from the result of the camera-he would not do any unnecessary work and I have heard only great things about the work that this company has done and would hire him in a New York minute to do anything in my home-Don't hesitate to check out Hero Home Services plumbing and ask for Albert-!!

Our toilet was clogged with a small travel size deodorant!!! 😳I really recommend Hero Home Services if your looking for professional, kind and quick help! First I went through dispatch and the woman was very helpful/professional. She helped me with a sense of urgency and was able to get me someone right away. Both gentlemen were very respectful and professional but Manny was amazing and really put in hard work to get the job done. Manny went above and beyond and was able to unclog the toilet quickly without flipping the toilet. Highly highly recommended!

I would like to start this review by saying Joel, and his team from Hero Plumbing Services, went above and beyond our expectations, to fulfilling our home repair. We had a pipe burst under neither our home, it was a major plumbing issue and didn’t know what direction to go. Joel was very Explicit describing something that was very un-clear to us and how we needed to proceed. Joel and Jose's interaction with us went outside the parameters of business transactions. They broke down the cost and a payment plan and didn’t pressure us into making any decision. The Exceptional customer service skills involve developing real relationships with the customers and listening to our concerns and desires. I need to take the time to thank everyone on the team Cesar, Roger,Ivan,Daniel,Diego and Nicholas. Everyone of these men were very professional and respectful, and worked tirelessly to complete the job. We have had other companies do repairs on our home, but we have never experienced the professionalism and the service this company has provided. If I could give the company 10 stars I would. Very, very pleased with the quick, friendly and competent service to clear two sewer blockages in our home. We were given the $59 special price as new customers which included free camera inspection. Joel and Devon were fine with me watching and explained the whole process, snaking from the roof. They also gave us a break on the price for roof access clearing. Their service exceeded that of two previous plumbing services that we'd used 12 months and 2 months previous. Neither had cleared from the roof and neither had done a camera video.

Hero Home Services has been fabulous. I have used them twice to unclog a toilet. Each time they were reliable, friendly and conscientious. The second time my plumber, Devon, was concerned we might have a issue farther down the drain, so he came back the following week (free of charge) with his manager to inspect it with a camera. He ruled out that concern and gave us great peace of mind. I recommend them!!!

Joel came out on an emergency call to fix a water pipe leak that was in the wall causing a flood and ruining dry wall. He quickly found the pipe leak and was able to do very minimal cuts into the drywall to fix the pipes. Joel explained every step of the repair very thoroughly to us as it was more complex than it looked at first. We really appreciated Joel's attention to detail, the care he took with our house, his responsiveness and his 5-star workmanship. I highly recommend Hero Home Services and Joel.

Jose' Aguilar was the technician who was sent to our home to drain our septic tank. It overflowed over the Christmas holiday. When he got her he discovered more problems and quoted us a very fair price to fix everything. It rained all 3 days it took to fix the problem and drain the tank but that didn't stop him. He wanted to make sure that me and my disabled son wouldn't be stuck nor being able to use our showers, toilet, etc., any longer than necessary. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He really cared about us and did an amazing job. He really was my hero! What an asset to to your company! I will refer Hero Home Services to anyone who asks and it's all because of Juan. Absolutely blown away by the level of service Manny and his crew gave to our needs. A simple "clogged drain" turned into roots in our line (yep...every person's nightmare". They did so great at locating the problem and solving quickly and efficiently. Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did "clear some space" and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. A friend recommended them, as I had a bad experience with a contractor in 2019 still fixing things he destroyed/sabotaged. I called as I have a whole house water system installed in 2016. Wanted to change out the median. I was going nuts as I was following the arrows and could not get it to shut off. I needed to remove the tank and still have water to my house. That means from sometime between 2019 and 2020 it has been wrong. They showed me that it was put on wrong/broke. I took pictures as the knob had been damaged and put on wrong. I also had them check out my sewer line. It is so refreshing to have knowledgeable and professional service. You guys are the bomb. Thank you so much Jean Paul and Alex.

So grateful for Ernesto who showed up from hero home services. He was here for no longer Than 30 minutes and assessed the situation and was able to fix the issue I was waiting to get fixed for over 12 hours. We had benjamin Franklin plumbing here for over 3 hours and they weren't ble to tackle the job nearly as good as Ernie. I'm a disabled person and can depend on heroes like Ernie to fix my problems. We had an issue with a clog happening in our toilet and bath tub, the water was not going down. Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. Ernie and David replaced old cast iron pipes with new pipes. It was quite the job digging beneath my house. They were both courteous and professional. Oh my goodness, where do I start? We came down to Sun City to visit my Mom-n-law for spring break. That day, we had a overflow in both bathrooms from the toilets. We had water that had ran into the hall from the guest bathroom into both guest rooms and the main bedroom. My mother in law searched the phone book looking for a plumber and ran across "Hero". She needed a Hero, so called them and before you know it we had a technician onsite, Cesar. Seeing the issue, he called in support to have the standing water removed and begin drying the carpet and remove the wet drywall. Cesar, Joel, Neal and multiple other outstanding technicians spent the week identifying the problem, sharing options and ended up repairing/replacing the complete drain line. We had multiple pipe failures. Each step of the way had visual inspections in the pipe so we knew the issues. I need to give a huge "shout out" to Cesar. He insured my mother in law was always informed of the process, the next plan etc. Joel was also one of our Hero's. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company. The work was extensive, but I cannot say enough of the professionalism of our repair team. We had 5 holes through the concrete slab indoors and one exterior one. The job was completed prior to what we where told. I cannot say enough about "Hero Home Services"

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times. I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous. Their prices are great! Their Service is great! The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time. Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

At first I was in a bit of shock at the cost of the repair, but then after seeing the amount of work that went into replacing pipe under an existing concrete slab. The house was built back in the late 70's or early 80' I beleive. They could not cut the concrete where the pipe goes and the amount of hand digging done was a lot. I appreciate the amount of effort and time involved. They did very professional and quality work. I am glad we won't need another job done like that again, because like I said the cost was not cheap.

This was a very involved repair (2 days) and was done in an exceptionally clean and thorough manner. Using this company was a fluke. We dialed the wrong number, but we're still looking for a plumber. The lady was very friendly and we decided to use them (especially because they are family owned). 2 guys came (Christobal and John Paul) and they were very friendly and professional. The crew of Alex and Brian were able to make the service call the same day. They performed a quick inspection and showed me a couple of other potential trouble spots (corrosion.) We had what we thought was a clogged drain. I called Hero Homes Services as they were highly recommended on our Historic Coronado Nextdoor Neighborhood site. They had a quick response time and worked to diagnosis the problem. The problem, our 71-year-old cast iron pipes had deteriorated beyond repair and instead had to be replaced. I believe the price we paid was fair, considering the amount of work that had to be done. My wife and I found the plumbers/technicians to honest, considerate, and personable. They were at our house for two weeks and during that time we got to know them a bit. We had conversations and joked with them, but don't get me wrong, as they are hard-working men and women. I cannot speak highly enough of them! Both my wife and I like to know how things work and they let us peer over the work they were doing. They listened to us about what we wanted and offered their input. After doing extra touches of finishing and cleaning up they left our home on a Friday night after finishing up at 7pm. I had another company come to "snake my drain" because the toilets and tubs were backed up. They charged me $245 and said I'd need another procedure that would cost $600. Two weeks later, the toilets and tubs were backed up. I called Hero Home Services. Joel came out and ran a "snake" through the drain. But, instead of calling it a "job done", he called Jose in to send a camera down to see what the problem was. There was minimal grease build up (so the other companies $600 procedure would have been unnecessary.) But, the main sewer line "sagged". I called the city of Goodyear and Jose talked to them. Joel and Jose were joined by Alex (the manager) who all talked to the Goodyear workers. I pressed Jose for an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I promised I would not hold him to the amount. I went in and sank into a depression wondering where I would get the enormous amount of money that it might cost. After some discussion, Jose, Alex and the city of Goodyear agreed it was a city problem and Goodyear would take care of the repair costs. Hero Home Services went so far beyond what I expected that it's jaw-dropping. I cannot say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them handling the city workers. They stayed for over 2 hours getting everything settled. Joel, Jose and Alex didn't do just what I asked, but they identified the problem and they found a resolution. They did all this work for $59.

Excellent customer service and very knowledge. We were going to remodel our home and wanted to be sure there were no plumbing repairs that might crop up, so Hero took care of us. From my 1st call to the company, my questions were answered, a fair estimate given, and timely response to do the job. The company representative that answered my phone questions came out for the inspection and the needed hydro-jetting the next day. Video and intelligent explanations provided by the rep gave me the understanding to make my decisions easily on how I wanted to proceed. I had to replace a portion of my main line under the foundation in my house. The rep continued as my supervisor of the job for continuity. They made the best of the plumbing issue with fair pricing, their care to protect my belongings, minimal digging to access the pipes, very intelligent solutions to the repair with extremely great servicemen, and clean-up was done leaving me little to do. No more plumbing issue to worry about.

I’ve been searching for a good plumbing company for years. I went to Home Depot and tried to do the kitchen sink caulking by myself. Because we hired a different plumbing company one year ago and it wasn’t done right. So the silicon turned into a yellowish-brown goo and it looked so gross. Unfortunately, the person at Home Depot recommended the wrong silicone… and I made more of a mess in my sink. I couldn’t use my sink anymore and I need to get someone to do the caulking professionally as soon as possible. I found Hero Home Services through the Neighbor app. I remembered they advertising for clogged drain problems. So I called them, and they came the next day. I had used the wrong silicone, so it took them more time to repair the sink gap :( But Alex was nice about everything and explained things well. He did such a great job around my sink and granite countertop. I remembered the last plumber company we hired, he did a really quick job, it wasn't even that clean before he put in the silicone. But Alex from Hero did take his time for cleaning everything well and removing the old silicon before putting the new one. I’m a housewife with my baby. I don’t know a lot of plumbing stuff, but I noticed that my kitchen looks so much more solid and even has a newish look now. No more worrying about splashing the water all over the sink. I loved it so much. I feel like he cares about the quality of his work. Also, the price was much better than my the old plumber. From now on, I'm using them as our main plumbing company.
