Terrance from AZ Water Systems was great. He installed a new water heater, new water filtration system, replaced a toilet and redid our main water shut off valve. He was meticulous and paid close attention to all the tiny details. He cleaned up any messes made and made sure there were no leaks when finished. His handy work looks professional. And he was really friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with all of that work. I definitely recommend this company. I’m so glad I called them.

My hot water stopped on a Monday night at 11pm, and I had soft hot water ready to use the next afternoon. AZ Water immediately responded to my cry the next morning, first thing, and sent Lester out! Lester is one of the kindest, most selfless and honest technicians I have ever encountered. I needed a new water heater, and I decided to also invest in a water softener too (thanks to Cory as well, equally awesome!) All absolutely fairly priced. I highly recommend AZ Water Systems for any plumbing needs and here’s why: When I called them I was immediately greeted with a joyful energetic spirt. Have you ever been on the phone with someone and you feel that you can see them smile as they talk because they truly are happy doing what they do. Well that’s my experience with Tyanna who answered the phone. I told her I had no hot water, she quickly took my info and she had me on the books immediately for someone to come out. I also received a notification text as well. Derrick from the company came and took a look at my leaking water heater and gave me a quote. After I approved the quote I received an immediate notification and I was on the books for replacement that same day. I then received constant communication of expected arrival from Destin and Tanner. They were the amazing tech team that came out and uninstalled my old one for a warranty exchange. They then took it to the original store of purchase, ) a requirement of my water tank company ) and then returned with a new one. Throughout this smooth process I received communication from Destin and Tanner. They have attention to detail. They cleaned the area where the hot water heater goes throughly before placing the new one in that area. They installed the water heater, kindly answered all my questions with a smile, and informed me of the timeframe it would take to receive hot water and the sounds to expect when turning the water on inside the house since it was temporarily off during the install. They were an amazing team. That I jokingly called them team TD. Tanner and Dustin but more Touch Down because they sure made the TD and two point conversion on my installation. That’s how happy and grateful I am on the service I received from start to finish! To have hot water again is a win as well! Again, I highly recommend AZ Water Systems for any plumbing needs. Ask for team TD too! ;)

Unfortunately my mainline became clogged. I contacted AZ water Systems and had a man named Cori come out and inspect the house. He was very upfront and honest and professional about the work that needed to be done. The next day Todd came out and work on the pipe. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He came in worked hard and left the area cleaner that it was before. I highly recommend using this company for any plumbing issues

I recently had a Whole House Filtration System and a 5 Stage RO installed for my new home from AZ Water Systems. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Larry, the owner of the company. He answered all my questions (believe me I had plenty!). He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. I contacted AZ Water Systems on 07/31/2021 to request a quote for a water softener/home filtration system install (including installing the loop) and to replace two leaking hose bib 360 valves with quarter turn valves. Within an hour of sending my email I received a response from Alisha Nielsen to schedule complimentary estimate visit and we agreed on a date for the following week. When they came out that morning they were on time and actually asked if they could stop by early, which was nice. I met Corie Bennett and Marcus and we discussed the project and what we wanted. There was no hard sell or sales tactics to upsell something I didn't request, just two no nonsense professionals (Corie and Marcus) briefing me on the work required to complete the requested job. Corie and Marcus quoted the job at a very reasonable price for a 48,000 grain water softener/home filtration install including local loop and hose bib replacements and we had the scheduled date for the install. When the install day came Marcus arrived during the window specified and was ready to get to work. He spent the whole day working on installing the necessary copper lines, drain hose, drain, and equipment for the water softener and by the waning hours of the daylight Marcus and Corie had the system up and running. Now it did take longer than I was expecting it didn't seem to phase Marcus and Corie, and from my perspective it was because Marcus and Corie were spending a great deal of time making sure the install was done right. They even helped apply the Stucco patch to the outside of the home were the new loop was located. Since the install the water in the house has tasted better, smelled better, and all the water fixtures in the home have gone from constant calcium build up to crystal clear. I don't even have to squeegee the showers anymore to keep them spot free. The dishes come out of the dishwasher sparkling, and the clothes come out of the washer/dryer even softer than if I murdered Snuggles the Downy softener bear and used his blood to wash my clothes. If you want a job done right, by professionals who care about the quality of their work and the dependability of their word, I wouldn't hesitate to use AZ Water Systems again. I will be sure that my next plumbing project uses AZ Water Systems.

We had a drain that was clogged and then after we had someone come out it actually still wasn’t draining. We had to call and they sent someone right away! I wish I could remember his name because he was very sweet and informative and worked really hard to fix the problem! Drain is working great now and he left us with some great tips and cleaned up really nicely! Would absolutely call AZ water next time we need some help!

I have used this company at multiple homes and they are the only company I would use. At this home they are redoing the main line from the kitchen out to the clean out in the backyard. Larry the owner is approachable which I want in a company’s owner and his service personnel are knowledgeable. You do receive what you pay for. This job is in progress over the next 2 to 2.5 days and I’m certain I will experience the same consistent professionalism as on the prior two homes.

This is so far the best plumbing company I've ever used in Arizona. And we will continue working with them in the future. I called and immediately got an appointment on the next day. Jason showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion. They helped us unclog some drains, and later we did a hydro jet. I hired other plumbers to hydro jet before, they took like 20 mins and didn't offer any proof that the line is thoroughly cleaned out. Our drain ends up running slow only weeks after the service. AZ Water System actually showed us the camera after each jet to show their progress. We are more than happy with their professionalism and honesty.

Closing on an older home and wanted the sewer lines inspected after being advised by my home inspector that it would be a good idea. Called on Wednesday afternoon and got an appointment next day in the morning (which is great as our 10 day inspection window was closing soon). Larry came out and did a thorough video inspection, giving me tons of information on what he was doing, what he found and what was required to remediate the issues he found. He emailed a thorough report which we utilized when submitting our BINSR report to the seller's agent. Overall responsive, friendly, thorough and was able to explain and answer questions. Where do I start? When I called in, AZ Water Systems was so busy I ended up having my call answered by the owner. I wanted a good after softener installed and didn’t know what my options were. Larry was able to guide me on needs/want options so I knew what to go after. After I made my decision, they sent a team member out to my home to inspect a few things to see where the install would take place so they could have the right parts on hand and get it done right the FIRST TIME. I scheduled for install and again the tech was very punctual on time and gave a courtesy call before arrival. No hassle or haggle on price. Everything was exactly as explained by Larry from start to finish. Huge shout out since I know this is a Gilbert based company and I’m on the West side of Phoenix. That’s a long way to drive for somebody that isn’t having an emergency service call. I needed to call company before authorizing any work. When I asked “how much?” Larry responded “nothing, we didn’t complete the service”. My mouth dropped to the floor. I contacted AZ Water, Drain & Sewer thru their website and got a reply on the same day. I asked for the cost of their water leak detection for a suspected wall leak. They had Terrence come out to check first before they can give an estimate. He was very professional and explained all the next steps based on his initial findings. He's not pushy with offering to check other usual plumbing issues at the house for free and still very polite even if I declined. He had Pete from Bingham Restoration come (same day within 2hrs) to check the wall for any hazards like molds before they open the wall to thoroughly determine the cause of leak. Ends up the wall is dry, no molds or anything and found that the corner of my patio roof connecting to the wall has a hole. I feel bad as they all did this for FREE!!! I would have stuck with them if I had pipe leak as Terrence already explained what to expect and answered my questions which made me less nervous and less panicky. To AZ Water, Drain&Services, thank you! I would recommend you based on the good impression I got from your people.

We called AZ Water Systems to come repair a leaking water softener system that was installed by a previous owner. AZ Water Systems did not install the unit originally, but the arrived early, provided a quick diagnosis and multiple options on how to proceed. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I first messaged them on Instagram and they responded right away. They were very kind and communicated every step of the way. Everyone was honest and straight-forward and took the time to clearly explain what I was wanting to get. I got a water softener and a RO system installed. It went very smoothly. James was great - polite and professional, and didn't give up, even when my garage wall surprised him with some extra building materials. Overall great experience. Companies this awesome are few and far between. my entire experience from start to finish was overwhelmingly positive and exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was a breeze they were able to accommodate a timeframe to worked with my schedule. The tech showed up on time, was extremely respectful, and did a great job. We had AZ Water Systems come in and look at our fridge's ice maker that wasn't working correctly. They came the same day as we called! What was even more impressing is that they guarantee their repairs for 30 days, so if something else is wrong you do not have to pay for another service call before then. When our ice maker finally died, they promptly ordered replacement parts and will be back with them shortly. I've absolutely loved having them here. While we have not used either system yet due to a delayed move in date into our new house, I wanted to make sure that Nick and his apprentice, as well as the owner, Larry, got recognized for the work they did. By far, the best customer experience that I have received in a VERY long time!!! I had them out to change the valve under the kitchen sink. They finished the repair and then I asked if they could change the other. The bill seemed a little high, but I assumed it was normal because I added the extra work at the last minute, so I paid in full. Great experience and very reasonably priced. Same day professional service and quality product. I called them about an older under counter RO system that sprung a leak under our kitchen sink. After calling a couple of other companies in the area and getting quotes for soonest next day repair and lengthy expensive replacement options, AZ Water offered to just come out same day and take a look. The tech showed up right on time, showed me where the repair was needed and explained repair / replacement options very matter of fact with no pressure. His estimate for replacement was about $50 less expensive than the other quotes and he said he had the system in stock and could install it and replace the broken system right away. He even moved all of my items back under the cabinet just as they were and cleaned up as if he was never there. Very pleased and will definitely use again for soft water / RO needs.

We had Larry work on out last home to do some inspection work before resale, and we were very pleased with his follow-up and professionalism. I asked Larry if he installed soft water systems, and RO systems, as we were going to need this in our new home, he said yes, and told me to let him know when we were getting closer to moving into our new home, that he would stop by the new home and check out what we needed. That time came and I called Larry, as usual he answered on the second ring and we met out on the new home jobsite. I had some questions about the systems in particular and the installation, and Larry was very complete and informative about all the questions I asked. Larry provided a detailed quote and price for both the soft water system and the RO for the kitchen. We picked a date, and Larry showed up on time as usual. The installation went very well it was extremely detailed and clean work, and everything worked as planned. A few weeks later I noticed that the water did not seem like it was softened, so I called Larry, he said he had an opening in the afternoon, and would drop by and check things out. He did show up as planned and checked out the system, made some corrections, and told us to check what we thought in a day or so, we did and still water did not seem softened, Larry actually called us back to check on what we felt, told him seemed still not softened. He was back out the same day, found a defective hose deep in the softener and replaced the compete tank no questions asked. People this is service, no arguing, no questions asked and trustworthy. We were pleasantly surprised at how great this business treated us! Larry is a true professional and is very trustworthy. His professionalism is above and beyond most I have experienced. One of the guys used my wife little towles she has hanging on the wall to clean his hands or tools. Neither one of those Plummers knew what the hell they were doing. BTW I never got either of their names. Now "Daniel"was the name of our Plummer from Az Water Systems He was on time, very respectful and he introduce himself right off the back I like that!! Daniel came in asked me a few questions about my situation and what was going on. Then before I knew it he was done he picked up after himself, came over to me and asked if I had any questions or if there was anything else he could do. He also explained to me why I've been having problems with my plumbing for many years and what he recommends I get done to fix it. The difference between Daniel from AZ Water Systems and the other guys is night and day! Also I believe it is important that I let everyone know that I am a paying customer! I paid Daniel for his service that day and what I posted above really happened to me and I don't waste my time posting reviews unless I truly believe it is worth other people knowing, so that no one else goes through the same BS I did.
