From start to finish I had a good experience with this company, specifically the technician that came out, John Wenner. From start to finish John was pleasant, helpful (well over what he needed to be. He helped when I was not sure how to get the county to turn off the water and instructed me on what to do), and professional. It was a good experience from start to finish. Not only was the service quick, but also informative. John took the time to test and go over everything with me once everything was completed. I am new to the area but I believe I have found my local plumber, I will go back again and request John specifically.

It's really nice when you find a business you know you can rely on for life. I know that for all my plumbing needs I will reach out to this company. This morning I noticed some water stains on the ceiling in my house. I called Len's number and the scheduled a technician to come out that morning. They found the root of the issue, walked me through what my options were, and even listened and helped me look at other non-related concerns. After that they even took the time to address those non-related concerns at a very good price point. I worked with Tom from this company and he was a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them in the near future.

I was very happy with Antonio, the plumber who installed my new toilet. He was professional, polite and pleasant. My one and only toilet stopped working last night and I needed it fixed today. He was here within 2 hours after my call. So.. For $200 more, I opted to purchase a new toilet, instead of getting my old toilet repaired. Even though I agreed to have the work done, despite the $1,296 it cost... I can't help but wonder... what I would I have paid if I had the chance to shop around?? It seems like I always overpay, when I need a job done right away.

Justin was amazing! He was super friendly, very informative, and walked me through everything. He spent a good chunk of time going around snaking every single one of my drains and fixed the damage a previous Plumber did to my drains. Justin also made sure to stay till the problem was resolved with our clog/stoppages. He was here for about 6hrs, and honestly it shows about how much this company wants to get the job done the first time. Which I truly appreciated and felt taken care of. I have no more backup in my basement and have the ability to use my shower and toilet again. I had Justin come back the following day to replace all our old plumbing in the bathtub and kitchen as well. Everytime we showered we were always standing in at least an inch of water. Now the shower water goes straight down the drain. I'm so appreciative for his service and will have all my future plumbing done by this company.

I am a new customer, from my first phone call to schedule an appointment, the customer service was excellent. When the plumber, Bryan arrived, he was professional, explained my problem, my options and then quoted the cost of my job with an explanation as to my options. Bryan then gave me an accurate time frame for my replacement and kept me updated with his progress. He was respectful to my home, wore booties and left the work area spotless. I was so grateful for the procedure that this company handles same day service. Bryon is incredibly knowledgeable and his customer service far exceeded my expectations, he truly cares. Bryon will now be my first only call for all plumbing needs and I will refer everyone one I know.

Has a $49 charge to show up and look and give an estimate. Great service , fantastic technician, explained everything thoroughly.. Installed new faucets you faucets and new shut off valves . Showed up on time I'm even with the weather we're having with the rain. Highly recommend.

I own a small excavation company, and we had the pleasure of digging/trenching for the crew at Len The Plumber. We met their professionals on a job and began excavating for a new water service for one of their customers. It was a real pleasure working with them because everyone stayed busy and everyone helped each other. My crew helped them and they helped us. As we were trenching they were laying pipe. Overall, it felt like a group effort and everyone was on the same team. It’s a pleasure working with them and I hope to continue to do so in the future. Top notch.!!!

Brian was great. Explained everything, was very knowledgeable. I called at 1:30 with a little bit of an emergency, and he arrived less than two hours later. I would use Len the plumber again if needed. Be sure you go to their website to see if there’s a coupon you can use, as it was a little pricey, for a single mother, the coupon helped!

Len the Plumber informed me that Gary Grasso and his co-worker were en route, even sending me a short bio about Gary’s years of experience and a picture of Gary. Once they arrived, Gary immediately diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, I needed a new water heater. Gary gave me a quote, I accepted, and he immediately got to work removing the old water heater while awaiting the new heater’s arrival. He and his assistant worked professionally over the next few hours, keeping us informed of their progress. When the job was completed, they restored moved items to their former locations and cleaned up thoroughly. I should note that they always slipped on shoe covers when they entered the house and removed them when they left the house. They also protected the stairs before they removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater (up and down a very steep flight of stairs). I was very pleased with Gary’s efficiency and pleasantness and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

Really happy with my Len the Plumber experience and Anthony. Had a massive backup and leak in my kitchen sink. Called on a Saturday morning and they were out within a few hours. Not only did they fix the clog and leak in my sink, but Anthony also noticed that my water pressure wasn’t great (something that had been bothering me since we bought the house) and he adjusted it for free. A pipe burst in my addict. What a nightmare… I called around and Len the plumber was quick and right on time. They send you a nice link to there specific tech. Pretty nice to learn about them before entering your home. Maurice Gonzalez gets 5 stars but this is about the company not him. He was very polite, great to work with and like I said on time. But also did his work as promised no questions asked!! So for that thank you for your hard work. Even Sent photos and made being a landlord using your company a breeze. My only problem with this company was price. For about 8 feet of pipe to be replaced they started at 730 dollars. I was like what? No shot!! I know the material for pex and the cost of the hose clamps used to connect them were not that much at all. This job would of taken about 2 hours estimating. Even after negotiation I got them down to $500 this was still to much in my option. The average hourly rate for a Plummer is $100 on the high end of the national average. Google thanks for that fact btw. Long story short I did like the work but wish they were more flexible on price. All in all I would use them again but I would have to work numbers out better next time. Thanks again for all your help and if you are in Levittown area ask for Maurice Gonzalez guy was Great!!!

Called Len Plumbing as I was in a bit of an emergency, the toilet shut off valve was leaking and the only way to make it stop was turn off the water to the whole house. I tried to place it but got stuck half way through the job and called Len. Justin was my technician, he was on time, very profession and just a great young man, had me all fixed up in 30 minutes. Len Plumber is the only plumber I will call from now on!!!

Just an update to say that I’ve had my installation done and Gary and Evan were fantastic! Quiet and diligent - work was done well. Thanks again to Tom for his help too. Decreasing my stars to 4 - not because of the work done by Tom/Gary/Evan. They were all 5 star! I had trouble even getting dispatch to call me back and then the person in charge of billing (same as the dispatch person who only called me back when my plumber got involved) tried to make me pay $650 more than quoted and never removed my exploratory deposit from my work. Soured my opinion on an otherwise great job!

PRV replacement. Michael replaced a leaking/faulty PRV. It wasn’t a simple unscrew the old one and replace with the new one. The working area was tight not allowing for much leverage to remove the old rusted in PRV. However, Michael was able to muscle out the old one and replace it while, for the most part, maintaining his composure. The final cost was a little pricey, but I’m glad I didn’t try this myself.

Called LEN because of a main drain back up in my basement. Within 45 minutes Maurice showed up. Initially thinking we may need the drain cleaned (which costs $565) he wanted to check the trap of our ancient slop sink. Lo and behold the trap was caked with lint and gunk. Maurice replaced the trap on the sink and saved me an extra $2-300 in cost.

Needed to replace a leaky faucet in our kitchen as well as needing to replace an old broken faucet for our utility sink. Jacob was able to assess both and recommended for us to replace the basin to the utility sink as modifying from the one hole to two hole would risk cracking the old fragile plastic when drilling. We were allowed to circle back to the utility sink after we find and order the new basin. Best part was we were able to have the faucet that we had purchased installed (not sure if this is commonplace since I'm a first time home owner). We would of done the project ourselves but the previous installer puttied the faucet onto the underside of the countertop and the garbage disposal made the task all the more harder. Jacob was able to efficiently remove the putty without needing to dismount the garbage disposal which I'm sure speaks to the skill needed to accomplish such a task (I did voice that I was completely fine to move the disposal out of the way if it made it easier). After all was said and done, Jacob showed what had been done as well as the project we may face the next time we work on the kitchen piping (1950's house with corroding pipes, oh fun!) The whole process took under two hours and Jacob was very prompt and professional. Did find it funny for the company to send a quick bio of the plumber with a few interests (I guess more for off topic discussions but my first thought was odd dating service 🤣)

Len the Plumber has our go-to plumbing company since we first purchased our house in 2017 and ran into issues with our main water line and backed up pipes. They were recently out to fix our broken water heater and we were really impressed with not only how professional the technicians, John and Philip, were but also how they went above and beyond when helping us fix our issue. They were very determined to fix our heating and even stayed past 1am to make sure everything was done correctly (while also managing to not wake our toddler). Their website shows that they do same day service 7 days a week...but apparently not for my area as they needed to come the next day. Nowhere on their site does it say some locations may not have ability to do same day. I gave the call center associate my wife's number and told them specifically to call her when they were arriving, which was to be 30-40 minutes prior according to call center. Morning of I, not my wife, get the call and the person tells me the technician will be arriving in 20 minutes, so I waited. Over an hour later the tech arrives not even addressing their lateness, let alone apologizing for it. I walked through the issue with them which involved pulling a toilet to snake the drain, which affects multiple bathrooms. While the tech starts I run out to get a new toilet and a couple new braided lines of different lengths. When I get back the tech has the toilet pulled and his equipment set up and snaking the drain. They have no floor protection under the equipment and the tech is not wearing any shoe coverings. I tell them I have the toilet and (2) new braided supply lines because I didn't want the line too taught or twisted, then I leave. I get a call from my wife that this tech is finished and another is coming to scope the drain and set the toilet, they did wear shoe protection. Another call later when the new tech is finished. When I get home the box from the new toilet is still sitting on my patio, though they did take the old toilet. I come inside to find packaging and other trash sitting on my kitchen table from them, all basement lights still on and my wife tells me they left our door wide open when leaving. I also find that they used the shorter braided line which is very taught. The tech cut the tag off of the one they used so I can not return. Aside from the lateness and poor communication these aren't huge issues, but they charge approximately double what other plumbers do (which I confirmed with a plumber I know) so seeing the lack of care is disappointing. I, myself, am a carpenter and would never get to a job like they did or leave a job like they did. The work they did while here was well done and other than no apology for the lateness, was polite. Do what you will with this information but I wouldn't recommend them at this price point unless you don't have any other option like I did.

Was the plumber assigned to replace my 10yr old water heater in bucks county, PA. I initially thought it would be a quick in and out job, but due to my condo's construction, it proved to be very difficult. The water heater is located under my kitchen counter, and must have been installed before the cabinets, making the removal and installation a logistics nightmare. Matt from the team at Len the Plumber saved the day! Before calling him, I bought a one-piece Kohler Santa Rosa toilet from Home Depot. Once I unboxed the new toilet in the upstairs master bathroom I noticed a big problem. The newer style toilet took up all the space up to the wall. It would not fit properly in the master bathroom because the cold water supply line was routed directly behind the toilet. Fortunately, Matt had a Gerber toilet on his truck which fit perfectly in the master bathroom. He also installed the Kohler Santa Rosa in the downstairs bathroom. Both toilets he replaced were 18 years old.

The first thing I received after making my appointment was an estimated time of arrival along with A picture of the professional plumber they were sending my plumbers name was TJ he arrived on time wore a mask shoe covers and gloves he listened to me and then explained what he was going to do and then provided me with the cost of the repair. TJ was respectful of my home and did a great job fixing my toilet and then thoroughly cleaning up the area he worked in. He got my permission before doing any work and even when I didn’t understand what the issue ended up being he asked me for a glass of water and a straw and showed me what was happening to me that was going above and beyond before leaving he checked in with me to see if I had any further questions and was I satisfied with all that was done. I certainly don’t want any further plumbing issues but it they arise or my friends and family need work first I will tell them to call Len the plumber then I will have them to request TJ I was 100 percent satisfied with his work but most importantly he was a true professional and a very patient and respectful gentleman.
