My experience was so good that it was almost scary. I mean, where does one find service and professionalism that meet or exceed your expectations these days? Scheduling was a breeze - starting with the fact that someone actually answered the phone when I called! How often does that happen? Scheduling was at my convenience. Wow! Nick was a great ambassador for Dream Team. On time. Respectful of my home. Honest about a particular aspect of the job (repair versus replace). DT also agreed to install fixtures that I had purchased previously - when I had to dismiss the contractor who was supposed to install them for me. Most plumbers won't do that. I have a few more plumbing issues on my "to-do" list that I've been dragging my feet on because dealing with plumbing services can be a headache. Whie I think their prices are on the high side, I'm willing to pay a premium for courtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism. DT has my business from here on out. I can not recommend them enough.

Ralph came in to replace our water heater. I would like to first start off with the call center. They are very responsible for calling us and getting us a tech to come out asap. We ask for an estimate and got a very prompt response. Nick was in time and was very accommodating. He took time to listen and evaluate our needs. In the end we chose another company that was referred a friend. But from our brief interaction, I was pleased by the several options Nick offered to us. Five starts isn't enough for this business. Phil was the best!! We had an electrical fire and Phil was out the next day with an estimate and came the day after (on a Saturday) to do a complete electrical restoration. He spent an entire day to complete the work. He answered every question with an immense amount of knowledge and was patient in all his explaining. Truly the best! Cannot recommend him enough!

My landlord usually does things himself and that is why nothing is wired correctly. After discovering the issues with peco he finally decided to call in professionals thank god. The day of the dream team arriving to work on the property the landlord and I got in a HUGE debate and I believe his name was Ken . He was a sound mind , a calm voice , and a mediator as well as a great electrician that day. He helped us address our issues and voice our opinions then helped to push it under the rug (it was going NO WHERE ) by refocusing on what he can do to fix the problem. Then he did ! He gave us (the other tenant and me) a peaceful feeling while he worked which we haven’t had in a long time. And him and his team fixed all the issues and even created a plan that would solve our issues with electric usuage because the landlord still wanted to split the common areas and charge us separately for them. If I have any issues at all or someone I know does I will definitely be recommending them for quality work !

We were having problems with getting hot water to our master bath shower. The Dream Team sent Plumber Jack Foley to help and he was simply FANTASTIC!. Polite, knowledgeable, seemed concerned about our issues. Of course a part had to be ordered, so the repair itself had to wait for the parts, but Jack was scheduled back quickly once the part was in and finished the job. He was efficient, neat (cleaned up after himself) and extremely personable. It's been a while since I've trusted a skilled tradesman with a repair in our home (had several jobs that needed to be redone after just a short period). Time will tell, but I feel comfortable our problem is fixed and I would definitely recommend Jack.

The technician arrived when expected and was very pleasant to talk to (knowledgeable and friendly). While I had an idea of what I needed, he was actually able to find a better solution that met my needs AND saved me money compared to my original request. He was available to do the work and got it completed same day as the quote (actually, probably less than 2 hours total visit). I plan to use Dream Team again next time I need electrical work done. :)

Dream Team lived up to their name. Our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave. Called Dream Team after a bad experience with another company. Dream Team had a technician out quickly who diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for repairs. As the existing unit was 22 yrs old we decided to price the cost of a new unit. Someone came out within a bout an hour and explained the options of repair vs new unit and priced a new unit for us responsive to out needs. We decided on the new unit and the process could not have gone smoother. Dream Team met all of their estimated deadlines and kept us informed of every step in the process. Everyone from the initial diagnostic technician to the install technicians were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dream Team!

Ralph, Dan, Dean, and Ben came to replace the aging pipes under my kitchen, replace my aging garbage disposal, and updated all of the water shutoff valves throughout my house. They were very professional and kept me in the loop as they progressed through their work. Originally, it was supposed to be a 2 day job, but they managed to finish it in 1 with fantastic results. Their cleanup was also superb given the amount of items they had to remove. I'm very pleased with their work!

Of course the a/c died just as we headed into a record breaking weekend. While the team wasn't able to come out over the weekend, the customer service folks on the phone were empathetic and tried to get me on the schedule as quickly as possible. Brian arrived bright and early Monday morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, and made the relatively simple fix. He explained the issue and quickly had the cold air blowing again.

Thanks to Dan and Nick at Dream Team for removing our old outdoor motion detector lights and installing new ones. Both technicians arrived on time and were courteous, professional, and helpful. They kept me engaged in the process to determine the best placement, timing, and sensitivity of the settings. Poor Dan even had to battle our unwieldly holly bush to get the placement just right. And even when I called a few days later to see if they could make some minor refinements, it was truly a "customer first" philosophy. Dream Team was back at my house within the week. Our side yard is now well-lit, and my family feels much safer. From making the initial appointment to confirming technician arrivals, and finalizing invoices and payment, Dream Team makes it easy and affordable to check off those home improvement projects. We've been putting off getting a pile of plumbing issues in our 100 year old house fixed because of Covid, but now that we have our vaccines we finally scheduled the work. We chose Dream Team because they were well reviewed on both Facebook and Google, and we liked one of the owners when he came out to give us an estimate for our sewer line replacement (which will happen next month). Today we had the plumber Ralph come out... he showed up on time, was clean, well spoken, wore a proper mask, and stayed masked consistently which we greatly appreciated. After giving us an estimate for our abundance of work and getting our approval, he got right to work and got everything done before 6pm tonight. He communicated with us throughout the process, kept everything clean, and it looks like he did a great job. We appreciate their 6 year warranty and will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Dream Team has excellent customer service. I made a service call at 9:00 AM and had a technician at my home by 11:00. The Tech ”Ben” called to let me know he was on his way about 20 minutes before arrival. Ben showed proper identifications was very courteous and demonstrated great respect for my home. He took time to fully understand my electrical concerns before he performed a detailed inspection of my homes electrical system. He then provided a detailed explanation of his findings and provided options to resolve the problem. Once the job was finished I was given an opportunity to review the completed work. Very satisfied!! There are cheaper companies around but I doubt any provide this level of service. Having 24/7 access to plumbing, electrical, heating and AC Technicians is worth it to me. No need to contact separate service companies to get a job done. The fact that they are vetted and work cleanly is a bonus..

We recently called Dream Team for some electrical work we needed in our home - they have excellent customer service and it's easy to call and make an appointment over the phone. Nick was our electrician for 2 separate jobs we requested recently. First, a couple months ago, he came to install exhaust fans in 2 of our bathrooms: he provided us nice "quiet" fans, hooked everything up in our attic, and the fans look nice and sleek and function very well. The second job was done today, and he put in an outdoor outlet on our patio and installed a motion sensor floodlight for our driveway. Nick was professional, very punctual, and did very clean work. Dream Team offers fair prices, and I believe it's worth it to become a member, as you'll get reduced dispatch fees and discounts on your services. We will use Dream Team again for our electrical needs!

He was on time, presented who he was, laid out a small carpet for him to step on, put on shoe booties and ask how he could help me. Recently, I purchased a home with multiple electrical issues noted in the home inspection and an electrical panel that needed to be upgraded from 150 to 200 amps. I’m new to Havertown and needed a good electrician that provided high quality workmanship and stood behind their work. The Dream Team has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I was impressed with how they stand behind it. The work I needed was a new service and box to the house. After they completed the installation, I called them back to get a quote to move a utility sink that was slightly blocked by the new box. Instead of moving the sink, which the plumber said would probably make the room less functional, they moved the box - at no charge. This was above and beyond any level of customer service I have ever experienced, period. I highly recommend the Dream Team for high quality, satisfaction guaranteed, friendly, professional service.

Frank recently installed a humidifier in my home which has made a world of difference to the static electricity problem we were having from the carpets. Nick Cipriotti, electrician, did a great job installing a brand new outlet for us! We love it. Not only did he do the electrical work perfectly, he cleaned up before and after. It is a rainy autumn day and he put a mat down on the floor inside the front door to catch all the wet leaves that tried to come in the house when he went in and out to get more supplies/tools. Everyone from Dream Team puts shoe covers over their shoes so they don’t bring the outside in! We became VIP members and will have plumbing work done next week!

Our aging Carrier gas furnace stopped functioning and Dream Team's Frank McGinley came over the same day based on a cancellation along with a text head's up with his profile before meeting. He diagnosed the parts we needed to replace and avoided (at least for now) a full replacement. More importantly, he took pictures of the work and parts and explained every item to us in detail, and in the end, estimated we could make do hopefully without the last and most pricey part, as we were on a budget with this unexpected expense, which he was very mindful of. Not pushy service in the slightest, and Frank was timely for the 2nd service for which to my pleasant surprise, he had already ordered the parts for, so we were back up and running in a matter of days as the parts come in quickly. We signed up for the DreamTeam service plan which gave us a break on this work, plus the promise of an annual HVAC, plumbing and electrical review. Frank did price out future 3 different gas-furnace replacement options and spent about an hour doing it, which was incredibly helpful for whenever that needs to occur, I have the essential quotes and benefits of each model. Dream Team also had a pricing sheet for what appeared to cover any potential work item that could ever happen so there was a transparent and well-thought out road map to costs. DreamTeam is not inexpensive, but w/o the surprises we have experienced overt the years with other, larger vendors in the past, I might argue may very well be less expensive than those players; there is definitely more value in forming a relationship between vendor/customer, which is rare these days. DreamTeam is local, and consistent in its delivery of information for us to make an informed decision or what we needed to do, and the unit is performing well so far, so good. I would also say Frank's was consistent with the service we received from the owner of Kelly electric in the past (pre-merger to make DreamTeam). Notably, Frank was relatively new to the company as they expand in the HVAC market here and he was solid on his presentation, technical expertise with our Carrier unit, its parts, (he also labeled all our shut-off valves as standard procedure courtesy), and the managed our decision process well and steered us to a good outcome. True to its name, the service was a dream solution for this situation, and well represented in your Frank McGinley.

Dream Team is a first class company. We had major drainage problem with old cast iron pipes and terracotta pipes in the basement interior and backyard exterior. Our house is 93 years old and we have had many issues of tree roots creating problems in our pipes and then we had a split in a cast iron pipe in the basement. A friend recommended Dream Team and that was the right call. Every employee we had working on our problem was courteous, professional and knew what the team had to do to rectify our problems. They were here many days but always showed up, and when they finished our bilko door area was swept and basement floors cleaned up making it better than when they arrived. Backyard area was raked, grass seed put down, and then topped with straw and hay. It was fascinating to watch them work together and get the job done. Many of the team said how much they liked working for Ryan, the boss, and how the company is treated like a family. I have to say that was very refreshing to hear that praise. The Leonards

New to the area and the first hot and humid day realize the air conditioner is not working. Twice noticed shiny "Dream Team" Vans on the road and decided to give them a call. Wow! A very pleasant voice answered. I was so surprised to hear a person answer and not a recording telling me to leave a message. Within a few hours a very nice, personable service-man was at our door. His name was Jim. He worked on our HVAC system, explained in detail the problem . He said he would be back the next day with the parts and fix the air conditioner. Promptly, the next day there he was at the front door. He even wore booties over his work boots so as not to harm our floors. I highly recommend calling the Dream Team if you have a problem air conditioner. They are my go to first call if I need any other services for my home.
