My family closed on a home on May 26th, on May 27th we found standing water in the basement.. we called plenty plumbing companies but PlumbRite was the first to respond and the best in Price ! Melanie was great taking the service call, Cody was an awesome sales person who explained the issue, showed us video of the sewer and even returned after the repair to see how it was doing! The technicians who came to install the new sewer was respectful, responsible and super fast! Plus the job was done right away (within 48 hours)! I recommend this company to any and everyone who “needs a job done rite” !

Everything went well and seems to still be working fine thankfully! They followed through on everything they said they would and did quality work it seems. One plumber maybe wasn't super professional, but I'm not worried about that. One was still learning but worked hard. He may have made some very minor mistakes, but he worked hard and cared about the quality of the job, so I didn't mind. My home was left very dusty and dirty because of the work. I wish that dust at least could have been minimized more, but I know this work is messy. The office people were very responsive. I did have like 3 or 4 different people and numbers contacting me, though, and that got a little confusing. I would have preferred to do the negotiating and communication of time and price with one (at most two) people in the office. The priced seemed high, but I think that is just our world now. Everything costs more. I'm willing to pay more if the work is high quality and will last, though.

We were so thrilled with our experience and service. Jim was able to come out same day when our water heater began to leak. He was patient and had great knowledge on our needs. He was no pressure and allowed us time to research and make our decision and was able to get our install done the next day! We now have a wonderful new hot water heater!

Frozen pipes, called and immediately got service scheduled same day. They notified me by text/email 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed a pic of who was coming. Both plumbers were outstanding! I had Shaun Craig come out to clear a basement drain line that wasn't draining after some basement bathroom work had been done. Shaun was real honest with me about what was going on, and did more than just the minimum. He cleaned out some other pipes around that clog just to be sure and give us peace of mind, and didn't charge us for doing that. Would definitely recommend him and this business in the future.

I had an extensive plumbing repair performed by Plumbrite. My entire plumbing stack was replaced from the basement to the roof, my lavatory lines including my toilet and shower drainage pipes were replaced, and they replaced my kitchen sink drainage pipe. The two excellent technicians I had for this job were Joshua Wood and his apprentice Austin Grife. They were punctual, professional, great with my pet, and answered all the questions my wife and I posed to them respectfully. If you are getting work done by Plumbrite you should request these technicians.

Daniel the Tech was nice. The receptionist also was pleasant to work with. Had a new flange and toilet installed. Old toilet removed. I was quoted 3 different prices and the cheapest option was $995. Seemed very high, but wanted to get the job done.

They thawed out my water pipes. I called in the morning and they were out by 2 pm. Very curtious and helpful.. had the water running in less then 30 mins. I had called a lot of other companies and they said it would be next week before they could get here. Thank heavens for companies like Plumbrite. There when u need them.

We have a commercial building that after moving into it, we learned the sewer main outside the building did not have proper slope and we had sewage backing up into the building. Needing to get the sewer main replaced quickly and with the least amount of interference on the building tenants were a priority for us. I called Plumbrite on a referral and I am glad I did. We not only had a very fairly priced bid, but the project was completed so quickly that it went relatively unnoticed by our tenants as they made every effort to not impact day-to-day operations. I will definitely call Plumbrite for future plumbing needs.

Incredibly fair pricing!!I Also very impressed with the quick response and getting a text with Justin's work profile and customer rating ahead of time. Seeing that really relieved a lot of stress. Justin then had the problem identified and repaired with water running before I even realized he had started. But above all I appreciate his professionalism and that I didn't have to explain why I believe no running water is a serious issue, unlike my insurance company that scheduled me an inspection 4 days later, and refused to offer any other options to even have an inspection. But I'm glad that happened because having Justin show up, and very quickly nonetheless, was absolutely the best possible scenario for my home and well-being after nearly losing my mind when insurance failed.

I was contacted by Melanie promptly after submitting a request. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Adam was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. Ran into some complications with the work that increased the cost, but it was justifiable. He even provided me with a fitting that would be needed when I install the new drain pipes for the bathroom sink. He left the workspace clean and took all removed parts! My first experience with them, but they made a great impression and I will be calling them first for any other plumbing needs.

Had an issue with a branch line on a weekend. Plumrite was the only company that responded to my weekend inquiry and sent a technician the same day. They partially resolved the issue, enough to get by, and came back on Monday with the proper equipment to finish the job. They provided all the information I needed to make a decision, see the state of the pipe before and after cleaning.

Plumrite was able to identify the problem with my plumbing and fix it all within 3 days time. (Had to excavate and dig up part of the street and refill). They did awesome work and were very professional and very affordable. Can't reccomend them enough!

Justin and Dan came out to jet my sewer line in May 2022. They were awesome! Explained everything I asked about and did a MUCH better job clearing the lines of tree roots than other plumbers had done in the past. I could see the evidence on the cameras. Would definitely recommend this company to remove tree roots from sewer lines!

We have used PlumbRite for two years and Matt and his team are always amazing. Justin came out recently to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing under our sink for a counter install. He was on time, respectful of my property, friendly, honest, safe, and professional. I needed some unexpected, additional work completed and he was able to get it completed during the same appointment. Some other work I have had done is a whole house filter and water softener installed, water pressure regulator, gas line installed, and house filters changed. Their work is exceptional. It is always a pleasure to work with this company. I would highly recommend them.

I called Monday with a clogged drain and talked with Mason. She professionally asked for details and set an appointment for Wednesday. I received confirmation for the appointment by a phone message and on the day of the service got a reminder. I thought that was a very good business practice (Plumbrite needs to add their name to their response - by the way). Daniel arrived on time, examined the problem, gave an estimate, and then brought in the equipment and did what he said needed to be done. He cleaned up afterwards, and left after about three hours. A very nice and thoroughly professional young man. I would use this company again without question.

My wife and I bought our very first home not even a week ago. With it being an old home, we were expecting some issues, but we were rather disheartened to learn that we needed a large amount of new cast iron sewer piping, and also had a significant amount of roots growing into the lines under the house. He called ahead to make sure I was home and the timing worked okay. He was very efficient, friendly, shared helpful information and had some great recommendations for future prevention. This was my 2nd time using PumbRite and Justin has been my tech on both occasions. He was very courteous and wore booties and a mask inside my residence which I very much appreciated again. He listened to my questions and issue with my old kitchen faucet and presented a variety of options and choices for me to pick from. He replaced my faucet in a timely manner. My kitchen was spotless when he entered it and after he was done installing my new faucet, he left it the same way that he found it. He was very professional and provided a lot of useful house/home/plumbing advice that I can use in the future. Matt came out and assessed a job that was started at my home by a different company but was left in a disaster! He fit me in to his already crazy schedule and gave me a fair price. His crew is amazing too! They turned a wreck of a broken main line into a miracle and had me back up and working in a day! I had a leaking pipe connecting to my washing machine, it was clearly affecting the drywall and I had no idea how to fix it. It also rusted the laundry water supply line box. I called Plumbrite and they were able to have someone out to give me a free estimate. Also, no charge just for showing up like most other plumbers. It turns out it was not a broken/leaky pipe as I suspected. Kevin and his helper Justin were the first plumbers to come over to my house when my water backed up into my basement. All the other plumbers I called did not give me the time of day and they didn’t see the urgency of the situation. I had a silcock capped off and redirected to anotjer room in my basement. Not an easy job since the silcock pipe was behind drywall and an installed shower. My service tech Jordan C was awesome! He was respectful, patient, clean, and honest. He listened to my questions. Came home to no water and downstairs bathroom flooded. I called 5 other companies before PlumbRite and they all said next week even for emergency. Plumbrite quickly answered, simple name address, and issue on the phone, and Guaranteed to be at my house before midnight and I called around 8:45pm. Installer quickly explained fee and what is needed. Found a burst pipe, fixed it and noticed a smaller leak and ended up finding another part of the pipe broke. Glad he spent time testing and redoing otherwise he would have had to come back. Even carried my soaking wet insulation to my trash can! Very easy, quick, and clear. The $200 trip charge for after hours is tough but still understandable especially if what is going on with our weather.

Let me run this from the beginning. 1st call Monique was super pleasant and professional. 2nd Justin comes out and does everything he can to open up my drain. Comes back the next day first thing and tries again. Justin and the crew do everything not to have to dig into my yard and open the main line. FYI I was NOT getting charged by the hour. They charge for the service. So Justin has to break bad news to very stressed out lady. In comes Bill and crew same day and install a new main with ports for access in the yard. Great response time and efficiency! I had previously had another company look at my leaking toilet. I had to wait 3 days for them to just come look at it. If you know anything about home repair replacing a main drain from your home to the city sewer is a huge job. It's messy, disruptive to your lawn and flower beds and usually means tearing up sidewalks or driveways. I did not have this experience because I chose to hire PLUMBRITE. They have a new method to replace a broken main sewer pipe where they literally pull a new plastic pipe which they weld (on site) together and then pull the new pipe (in our case 120 feet) through the existing broken main drain pipe from the street to our house. It was the most interesting home improvement project I have ever done or had done and when they were finished you didn't even know they were there. I can't say enough good things about PLUMBRITE and would recommend them to anyone who has an older home plagued by tree roots clogging your drain. Matt Simet is the owner and he and his crew are professional, polite and considering the job have great sense of humor. It was a pleasure to do business with Matt. THANK YOU!!!

I called two plumbers on a Saturday when I noticed a pipe in my basement ceiling was leaking with a wind chill of -17 degrees outside. One of the companies said they couldn't come until Mon. I had no water! The second company said he would be there when he finished a job. Guess what - he never showed up (waited all day) No answer even when I called to check on his arrival time & then texted-no reply. I then call Matt-now it was Sunday! He came over on that SUNDAY when he heard I'd had no water for two days. He quickly saw where the pipe had burst installed a correct faucet on the exterior which caused the problem. He completed the entire fix and his fee was more that fair. He deserves your business!
