Jim knocked it out of the park at my house today! I’m already telling everyone about the best service experience I’ve had in a long time. Jim fixed every fixture in my bathroom (toilet, tub faucet, shower head, and sink) in one hour. Due to low usage in my guest bathroom these all needed some attention before I have guests stay at my home for Christmas. He took the time to understand the issue, diagnose/confirm, and offer solutions. As a woman, I often have service providers think they need to over explain things to me—which is not necessary. Jim did not talk down to me, he treated me like a competent person! It was refreshing. He was professional, respectful, kind, and efficient. Keep Jim around! I know I’ll be asking for him if I ever have any future plumbing needs. I’m going to tell my friends and family to do the same!

I had Eyman technician, Scott Schmitt, come out to camera old cast iron gutter drains prior to installing new gutters. He and his coworker arrived on time, were professional, and took time to answer questions I had about the services provided. We have used Eyman in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The company was easy to schedule with and communication was easy with the dispatch team. A big thanks to Greg Barlow of Eyman Plumbing. A week ago he came out to repair a leak in our bathroom. This had been an ongoing problem with no solution. Greg found the problem and fixed it in short order. We had other water pressure issues in the kitchen. Greg determined it was a problem with the faucet fixture. He worked with the manufacturer and they replaced it under warranty. After installation he went through the entire house checking for clogged filter screens on all faucets and slow fill on the toilets. What I appreciated was his professional demeanor and his thorough approach to our plumbing maintenance. I strongly recommend Eyman Plumbing and give Greg a big thumbs up.

My service included wrapping the HVAC system in insulation and insulated the roof cavity. From the very first phone with the schedulers, to Chris the lead technician who came out the very same day to assess my problem (and even made us aware of other issues we didn’t know about), and to Zack the installer who did the work the next business day we couldn’t be more pleased. Even the gal who took my payment over the phone was just as professional. Zack showed up on time, worked hard all day and cared about quality. My bathroom was cleaned up afterwards leaving no debris at all. The fees were extremely reasonable and worth every cent. You won’t regret doing business with Eyman. This is Thom’s wife, Lorraine Boyd. My furnace went out yesterday and I missed the call by serviceman Aaron that he was ready to come out. As a result I lost my chance to have him come out yesterday. 😢 I took a chance and called Aaron after hours anyway and he called me right back. He was off duty but said he could try to help on the phone. We FaceTimed. I ran up and down the stairs at his command, trying all kinds of things. He ended up sending me outside (-40*) to check the vents. Sure enough, he was right. The condensation in them had frozen and blocked them. I made a small hole in them and my furnace worked again!! Aaron was patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was warming up when I went to bed. I am eternally grateful to him for his help! It was off again this morning but I was able to go back out and do a more thorough job and get the heat up and running again! Because of my above and beyond experience with both the office and Aaron, I am putting them in my phone contacts and will use Eyman from now on! Thank you for your outstanding service! Erin Wolsleben came out and helped us get a new water heater installed. He got here, and was very courteous and professional. He assured me everything would be done properly. He worked efficiently, and if I had a question, he answered honestly. He didn’t try to tack on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need, he knew all we needed was the water heater, and he said everything else was great. We will definitely try to make sure we get him specifically if any other problems arise. 10 out of 10 across the board.

Just bought a home and wanted to have the HVAC looked at. Called Eyman and they sent Kevin out. I must say as a former service manager I was overly impressed with the way Kevin took the time to explain the condition of my HVAC system and what needed to be done to solve my issues. In the end Kevin was able to answer my questions and resolve the minor concerns I had. It was one of the better experiences I’ve had. Will for sure be using them again and asking for Kevin!

My husband called and made a service appointment on a Monday. First available time was for Thursday, which was fine as the service needed was not urgent. We got a call the next day (Tuesday) morning and they had gotten a cancellation and were able to come in 30 minutes! Our technician was Joe R. He was able to identify our two problems with our master bathroom shower and toilet quickly. Took about an hour and even noticed another problem we had no idea about. Fixed that problem and he was done. He was very friendly and kind. He explained everything he did and even asked if I wanted him to wear a mask! Very professional and will use him and Eyman For future needs! Thank you!

Mike K did a fantastic job updating pipes in wall and updating my bath/shower faucet and faucet handle. On time and explained everything very clearly before and after making the updates. Cleaned up after himself well too which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely use Eyman again in the future.

3/17/22 Eyman tech Jim T came to install a new garbage disposal and find the leak under our kitchen sink. The pipes under the sink were in bad shape and he replaced all the pipes and located the leak that two other plumbing companies had not been able to find. Last night after running the disposal we had a pipe come undone under the sink. The disposal has a vibration. It was after hours and I called the emergency line for Eyman. I explained the situation and she took notes and said she had to talk with the supervisor. We were having very bad weather in our area. I called them back and said do not send anyone out. I did not want any one in danger from the storm. Jim called me this morning about 7 am and he was shortly here. He was so professional and had it fixed. He shortened the pipe hoping that would help cut back on vibration. He also took time to look at a disposal that is know for low vibration. He priced it out with them getting it and also using buying it along with installation. He stated he hated mentioning a new disposal since we just bought a new one. He did not pressure us and said try it with the adjustment he made and see if that helps. Jim is so knowledgeable and no questiones I asked was too smal for him to answer. I also talked with Jim about a new hot water heater as ours is 10 years old and probably won't last that much longer. He did not charge a thing for the second visit.. You better believe we will call Eyman and have Jim install a new hot water heater when the time comes. We are life time Eyman customers and a real fan of Jim.

Rob McWilliams came out on 3/29/22 to install a new shower. Rob did an excellent job removing the old tub and installing the new tub without any issues. Rob took the extra time to make sure he was very careful and meticulous in the installation. Everything works great and the new shower fit perfect in place of the old one. Thank you Rob!

An excellent plumber. Fair deals and professional service. One specific thing they did for me that was excellent was clear an emergency sewer clearing on a Sunday. The came out once during the week, the removed the plug okay. The following Sunday, it plugged it up again. They came out and found that what caused it was a cutter head that another plumber used but got stuck in the line. The decided to call it a warranty claim even though another plumber was responsible. They felt bad that the first technician overlooked it. An excellent service.

Our shower was dripping - couldn't shut the faucets off tight enough to keep water from dripping. Our garage water faucet was the same. Eyman Plumbing sent Joe R. out for service. He did a great job correcting the problems. Our home is 57 years old and the faucets had never been repaired. Not an easy problem, but he accomplished the tasks in an excellent manner. We have used Eyman Plumbing many times over many years, both at our home and at the rental complex we had on 36th and Drexel, and were always pleased with their work, no matter who the service technician was. The price was very competitive to other plumbers in the area that I called, in fact they were a little bit less than most and could get on it right away. While they were on site, I also had them replace a sprinkler drain valve that had been problematic for some time. Would recommend.

Our family had an emergency situation the other night- our home filled up with deadly levels of carbon monoxide thank goodness we had alarms that triggered us to get out in the middle of the night.... after MUD got us aired out and safe we were told that our hot water tank had failed... I called Eyman at 11 am on a Friday with no expectations they were able to give me a price over the phone and had someone out to the house in less than an hour.... I was beyond thankful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SIX STARS on a five star scale. Contacted Eyman to make house call to fix/repair three toilets. Appointment made within the next week. Technician (Dave D) arrived on time. Technician listened to my ‘uneducated’ assessment of the problems – even my thoughts that the fluid control mechanisms might need replacement. Dave immediately corrected one toilet – water flow level was set too high. Diagnosed other two toilets as needing new flappers. Dave returned to Eyman offices to retrieve replacement flappers. Flappers were replaced. Total cost was reasonable (less than expected due to not having to replace any fluid mechanisms). And, cost only included time at my home and labor and materials – did not include back and forth to Eyman office to get replacement flappers. Dave was most helpful in explaining the work and the details of the billing. Eyma is on my ‘go-to’ place for plumbing issues.

We had our outside hose start leaking when we started using it this year. Called Eymab Plumbing and they had someone come over within three days. Joe R came by and was nothing but professional. He had it all changed out and good to go in about an hour. Mark is a rock star plumber. He hesitated zero in answering questions, he was to the point, and wasted no time getting to work once I agreed to the job. You can tell the work is solid and lasting. I had 3 handy men and 2 plumbers that all told me different things, never accomplished the end result, and charged me along the way. If you have any of the problems above. I would call Eyman, ask for Mark. It'll be the last call you make.

I needed the shutoff valves replaced by the water meter. Ty couldn't access the stop box as it shifted. The utilities crew had to repair that before the work could be done. Terry returned after the stop box access was repaired to complete workr. All was completed as I wanted and all service techs and other crews were congenial, informative and good about explaining. I will have no problems calling on Eyman for other repairs needed in the future. Good work!!

This place is so great and made it stress free! There was a plumbing emergency at my center where the supply room was flooding and I had to get someone out there before the next morning when customer would arrive. I called Eymans Plumbing at roughly 9:30 PM and they had someone call me within 30 minutes and had someone out there within the hour. Even though it was a tough job, came with some struggles and it was a late night (we weren’t out of there until 3:00 AM) the guy was super friendly and positive the entire time. He joked around, laughed and made the situation the best it could be. What could have been an extremely stressful situation ended up not being one at all. Super impressed!

They are courteous, on-time for appointments, and very professional from the persons scheduling the work, to the sales team, and to the hard-working crew. In addition, their pricing is reasonable and accurate. We recently had our a/c quit working (middle of August!) and they promptly gave us a quote with options on Friday, and installed the new unit on Monday. No extra charge.

We called Eyman’s because our water heater was dripping from the pressure valve quite heavily. Mike K came out and showed us how corroded the old valve was and replaced it for a very reasonable cost. I was having trouble with a kitchen sink leaking and a shower faucet that was broken so I called Eyman Plumbing as I had used them in the past with great results and reasonable pricing. I called yesterday and an appointment was set for today. The service tech. (Terry W.) called me 20 minutes in advance of his arrival at my home. Upon arrival he promptly diagnosed the problems and had the parts in his truck to make the neccessary repairs. After fixing these problems, I remembered I also had a bad hose sillcock that wouldn't stop dripping. To my surprise, Terry said that would be a quick repair and he could get it done for me. Joe and Mike were the best!! They new exactly where to cut the concrete floor and locate the 3" cast iron pipe in both the hallway and utility room. They removed the dirt, removed 5' of pipe , replaced with 5' of pvc and back filled. They kept the concrete dust to a minimum by using a shop vac and spraying water during the cutting. And of course cleaned up the area. I can definitely recommend Eyman and will use them for any future plumbing needs. I’ve used Eyman Plumbing twice while at my current residence. Once to replace a spent cartridge in a tub/shower control and earlier to replace my water heater. They were exceptional in both instances. While at work, my old water heater ruptured. Fortunately my wife was home and when she heard the water rushing shut off the house’s main supply valve. After informing me, I called Eyman, supplied the info on the old heater and told them what I would like to replace it with. About 3 hours later when I returned from work, the Eyman plumbers were just finishing the job. Timely, courteous, professional. Extremely efficient, thoroughly knowledgeable-and willing to share that knowledge. I asked several questions about the old heaters rupture and they explained what had failed.. what could have been a somewhat harrowing experience was just a bump in the road, thanks to Eyman Plumbing. When we could not draw hot water in our spare bathrooms tub I called Eyman. Soon, while on his way to our house, an Eyman plumber called, asking for some info on the situation, which I provided to him. He said he believed the problem was a failed cartridge in the control valve, informed me of the parts cost and said he had one on his truck. Shortly later, he arrived and about a half hour later was finished with the replacement. Again, prompt, courteous, professional. Eyman is my go to for any plumbing repair/remodel.

Waking up to a flooded basement is never a good way to start the day. Nonetheless, from the minute we called Eyman Plumbing, Eyman went above and beyond to defuse this stressful situation. Greg showed up promptly, determined the cause was a particularly aggressive main line clog, and worked tirelessly to resolve this clog for hours. Greg ultimately fully opened the clogged drain without necessity of digging up or replacing any piping. Tankless water heater - Our old plumber does not work on tankless water heaters so we had to get a new plumber. The manufacturer (Richmond) listed Eyman as an approved plumber. Terry was our service tech. I thought the water heater would have to be replaced but he said the flame rods need cleaning and it works great now. While not a huge deal it was nice that he was clean and did not track water and mud all over the house (it was raining that day). He was nice to my cats and was careful to not let them out (later I did put them in the bedroom). I will hire Eyman again and hope they send Terry.

They are a union so way over priced. Came out at 9 to fix my air conditioner. We did everything they said. At 5 they were closed and we’re going to charge 300 extra dollars cause they were closed. It wasn’t even 12 hours later n $$550 Come to find out they didn’t even follow procedures. If your air-conditioning motor ever breaks make sure they don’t come back till tomorrow because your hvac has got to drain so fuses don’t get blown. Two other Hvac companies enlightened us of that. Super disappointed. Two other companies laughed at the price to. Never again. Asksarben Hvac will be my only go to. So sad

Just wanted to share a plumbing story and a referral. We had EYMAN PLUMBING come out to take care of cleaning out our main line. Mind you this was more than just snaking our line. We needed it to be descaled. We had another company come out initially and they quoted us $1800. That was a little more than I could swallow. So I contacted a second company who quoted us $1000. Seemed more reasonable but still more than i felt neccassary. Eyeman was the 3rd company i contacted and they charged by the hour and not the job so i took my chances that it wasnt going to take them 6 hours and end up being more then the 2nd quote. Jake was the tech who came out. I explained to him my situation and what we were told needed done. He proceeded to evaluate the situation and told me it could use descaling to hopefully prevent the backup problem we had. He was very honest and didnt up-sell and actually talked me out of doing more because it was not neccassary where the other company had us convinced we needed more. In total it took him an hour. He showed me the before and after using his camera. He was very knowledgable, polite, and professional. What started out as an $1800 job ended up costing me $202.😁 We will definitely use EYMAN PLUMBING in the future.

We have a older home, built in 1912, that does not warm or cool evenly on the 2nd floor or the sun room on the back house, leading to lots of floor heaters in the winter and window air-condition units in the summer. Eyman's HVAC team evaluated our forced air furnace and air conditioner and recommended a ductless HVAC installation that would significantly reduce the load on our older A/C and furnace and allowed for efficient, zoned comfort -- two things that have saved us money while we enjoy every area of our house year round.
