This company was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Very responsive. Upon arrival I described what was occurring & Casey knew right away what was needed. Casey was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and courteous. They worked clean and only took a matter of mins and all was resolved. Casey walked through and showed me the entire procedure to ensure I understood what he did. Pricing is reasonable. I discussed a future project with Casey that he stated can be done as well. Then the scoping, cleaning, and future advice was clear and quick. I called I called mid morning and asked for an appointment. They sent a technician right out, and I got an estimate. I was surprised that they were available to do it today, and so we went ahead with the installation and the technician was awesome the installation is professionally done and I really appreciate the expediency, the professional attitude, and the efficiency. If I have any other needs I will call Plum crazy plumbing again, and I recommend them to everyone!

Had them replace my dishwasher, and a number of pipes under my sink after my kitchen flooded this week. I researched a lot of Yelp and Nextdoor reviews, and Plumb Crazy had may good reviews. On the few that were bad, the owner directly replied to try and remedy any issues. That stood out to me. I made a request online Wednesday night, it was easy; my technician Kevin showed up Friday a.m. He was knowledgeable, professional, and left no unmet needs or messes. As long as this repair holds up, they will be the first I call the next time I have any plumbing needs. **One edit- not going to change the rating, but this needs communicated. Had my line from the water supply to ice maker replaced. I was not told to cycle it (or anything for that matter), so the ice tasted like chemicals and plastic. Potentially dangerous, so if you have that line replaced cycle the ice 5+ times. Wish that would have been spoken too. **

The lady taking calls is very professional and keeps customer informed. The plumber calls with his ETA, is professional, gets the job done, and is transparent with fees. He gives options when it's feasible. It's not in-expensive, but a company has overhead, wages to pay, insurances etc. I've used them personally and in business many times.

I did not have a good experience...I had a great experience. The gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and gave me notice they were on the way. Answered all my questions. Left the area where they worked sparkling clean. This will be the place for all my plumbing needs. They replaced the inner parts of my tank that I have had ongoing issues with and I had a broken flange that had to be replaced.

We have lived at our current residence for more than thirty years. In almost all of that time we have used Plumb Crazy Plumbing for everything from a leaky pipe, to installing a new hot water heater, to fixing sink drains, and repairing leaking toilets. We have always been happy with the work they have done for us. They are always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. We have never had a problem with anything they have fixed. We will continue to use them for all our future plumbing work. Recently we wanted a new taller toilet installed in our guest bath. Called Plumb Crazy and scheduled them to come out Monday. Casey did the whole job in less than a couple of hours, and that includes having to replace the old flange that fell apart when he pulled the old toilet. He did an excellent job, and the new toilet looks fantastic. He was fast and friendly too. We will always call Plumb Crazy first for any of our plumbing needs.

Really was fed up with my toilet and bathtub backing up every few months. Called Plumb Crazy and they sent out Scott and Anthony to save the day. Scott ran a camera (from my roof 😮) and found a huge block just beyond the foundation of my house. He quickly gave me an estimate for installing a clean out valve and said he could do the work that day. Scott and Anthony worked quickly but also took the time to show me exactly what they were working on and possibly tricky spots. Scott and Anthony were awesome. Can't recommend them enough.

So these guys came out, Kevin and Sam, to fix my two outside hose bibs that were leaking at the handle. Kevin said that sometimes it's as simple as tightening the nut on the outside. He put a channel lock on the first one on it solved the leak immediately. He did the second one with the same result, looked at me and said 'no charge'. They also took me outside to find my main water shutoff so I know where it is in case of an emergency. I knew right then that I'd found a company with integrity and kindness. These guys weren't trying to fleece me or nickel and dime me but instead, educated me. Based on this, I asked them about another problem I was having and they knew exactly how to fix it. They explained the scope of the work involved, showed me the cost of the fix, and then sent me an estimate for the work before they even left my driveway. Burden lifted, anxiety lowered lol. Kevin and Sam were on time, respectful, and just flat out good folk. The knowledge they have and share is just plumb crazy!

This is our 2nd time to use them foe the same problem. Our floor drain backed up and water was all over our floor and going under the baseboards. I called several different companies and I was told they can't get there today but can come out tomorrow or next week. I called Plumb crazy and I told her what was going on at first she said "we can get someone out after 3pm or you can setup an appointment for monday. " I explained the water situation and she said we can see what we can do. I received a text saying someone was coming at 415pm and he was right on time. It didn't take him long to run snake to unclog the piping. We ended up paying $155 for 15 minutes of work but for us it was worth it because if we had waited on the others to call back or even schedule an appointment for the next day or week it would have cost us more money for water damage. They are our go to plumbers for now on. Thanks

Left message that this was an emergency (because my wife didn’t know how to shut the main off). My plumber never called by the way. I used google maps to find any plumber. I had two clogged drains and went through a list of plumbers trying to find someone available. Then I got to Plumb Crazy Plumbing and I wish I had found them first to save me the all the trouble. Their website was very easy to navigate and had the added benefit of being able to view and schedule appointments through the website. That was a huge perk as it took all of the guess work out of when a plumber could look at my issue. It was great! Once my appointment was scheduled, I received confirmation emails of my appointment time and a phone call to confirm the appointment. On the appointment day, I received a text informing me which plumber was coming to my house and a picture attached of that plumber. The plumbers, Tim and Dustin, were talented and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and gave me helpful tips for avoiding clogged drains in the future. Tim even took some time to show me how Plumb Crazy Plumbing pricing worked to take the guess work out of other typical plumbing needs. I will definitely be using them in the future because of the time Tim took to talk with me. Their prices are fair, the plumbers professional, and the website is very well done. My technician with Kevin, and he was very punctual and professional. He brought an apprentice with him and they fixed my outdoor leaky hydrant quickly. They also gave me a multiple price options for different hydrants to choose. Additionally he showed me how to fix my sink which had sediment from this winter storms and was causing the low water pressure. He did not charge me for the service and showed me how to do it myself. I think that is a hallmark of a good plumber, one that will show you how to fix it yourself, explain the issue, and not charge you extra for questions. As for the price it was about what I expected and for the quality I don’t mind paying that. Expecting to have a skilled plumber work on your house for cheap is unreasonable - They have special training and offer an important service. I’m happy to use them again and will recommend them to my friends. Also I appreciated that they texted me ahead of time that my technician was coming and a photo of him as well as his name from a safety aspect. It feels like Plumb Crazy goes the extra mile.

It’s Saturday afternoon and all of a sudden my kitchen sink backs up. Running the disposal does absolutely nothing. . Tim and the folks at Plumb Crazy totally saved the day! Within about 30 minutes of me calling, Tim was at the door. He diagnosed the issue, told me how much the service would cost before he began working, and was able to quickly clear my sink’s clogged pipes. For immediate service on a Saturday, the price was very reasonable. I will 100% use Plumb Crazy the next time I need a plumber.

Plumb Crazy replaced our hot water heater and, as a result of a slab leak, replumbed our entire house. Process took about 4 days and they just did a fantastic job. They clearly knew what they were doing, did their best to minimize the mess, then made sure I knew where every hole was for repairs later, and kept us informed all the way through. I wouldn’t wish a repair like this on anyone, but if you have to do it, Plumb Crazy is the way to go.

I called for an appointment to have my garbage disposal either repaired or replaced. They got a technician to my house within approximately an hour. They sent a message to let me know when he was on his way and sent a picture of the technician so I would know he was from Plumb Crazy. Once here, Billy was quite personable, and he tried to repair the disposal, but it did end up needing to be replaced. He had a replacement in his truck and completed the work promptly. Altogether, it was a good experience from start to finish, and I will call them again in the future if I need help with other plumbing issues.

My new washer was was not working properly, I kept getting a code saying chk water pressure or chk valves. Because I never had an issue with my old washer, we thought it was the machine so they brought out another new one, but I had the same problem. We chkd the hookup, hoses, etc. but didn't know what the issue could be, so we decided to have a plumber check things. I called Plumb Crazy, thinking it would be a couple of days or a week, but I was surprised when it was same day, within the hour! They also emailed me the name of the tech that was coming, along with his photo and his qualifications! I loved that!! Billy showed up & was very friendly & even took off his wet boots,on the porch bc it was raining. He chkd the water pressure & he discovered the valves were the problem. They both had to be in a certain position in order for water to flow out. He showed me how they just turned all the way around so it was hard to tell if they both were open all the way, so we ran the washer, and found he still had to adjust the cold water valve to a certain position in order for it to be completely open, and it worked!! It was definitely worth the cost of a service charge, bc we had been so frustrated. He said he would give me a quote if I ever decided to replace the valves. Thank u Billy, for finding & solving this problem, I have been enjoying my new washer ever since! Thank you Scott, his helper, Casey and Bruce for helping in such a timely manner! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Even the dispatcher was friendly! After finding the source of the hot water leak at my home, two options were proposed to remedy the issue: open the slab and repair, or bypass the slab and loop overhead. I chose the latter which costs more but you get what you pay for! The following morning Casey and Bruce arrived, executed the plan and voila, no leaks! I highly recommend them for major repairs!

He was competent, efficient, and polite. He also told me exactly what he was doing and why. While I was able to get a same-day afternoon appointment initially, and earlier customer did not confirm an appointment and I was able to have a repair person arrive within 15 minutes. Kevin arrived on time, masked, and prepared. After explaining my problem, Kevin showed me that this is a flat fee for this very typical problem, so I didn’t ever worry about time and cost. Just a quick note to brag on Plum Crazy (purple) Plumbing. My kitchen sink backed up due to decades of use and I made an appointment with Plum Crazy. To meet my schedule, they came out at 9AM. Tom, the plumber, was very professional and personable. He explained the cost and what he was going to do upfront, before bringing in his tools. I guess that allows the customer to cancel. Needless to say, I didn’t cancel. Tom brought in the Snake machine and was very cognitive to not bounce it off my front door, walls, etc. Tom kept his work area clean throughout the process and used his own trash can. Tom expertly found the clog in the line, but kept snaking the system, using the entire snake cable. While retracting the cable, Tom kept the area clean and I didn’t notice any “nasties” falling off the cable. Upon completion, Tom again cleaned up his work are. Overall cost was $129; I appreciate the low cost. I was thinking it would cost double. Yes, I will use Plum Crazy Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Earlier this month, we called Plumb Crazy to come out for a clogged bathroom drain. We’ve used several different plumbing companies over the years for various jobs and none of them communicated or took the time to explain things the way these guys did. This was after hours on a Friday (because why would my shower choose a more convenient time to back up) and not only was scheduling quick, but we were contacted multiple times with updates on when our technician would arrive. No fooling - Friday, April 1, water leak. Called SEVENTEEN (17) 24 hour plumbing companies and no one answered or said they'd come on Monday. Plumb Crazy answered and sent a plumber immediately. Within 2 hours the leak was located and repaired. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable! They have our business.

Highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbers they were very helpful. The Tech Zach Cromwell was polite, informed and worked quickly to identify the problem and the least invasive steps to resolve the issue. Our main line was clogged and this was cleared out within about 10 minutes, but Zach wanted to be certain that the issue was fully resolved so allowed us to test toilets, bathtubs and sinks thoroughly to ensure that the issue was fully resolved. We had one stubborn sink that required more attention but this was also dealt with ease and professionalism. On March 25th, 2020, a Home Health aide came to help give my bed bound husband a shampoo and shave, along with a bath. As she was leaving to go home she told me she couldn't turn the tub faucet all the way off. When I went to check it, the water was streaming, not just dripping. I called Plumb Crazy, as we've used them for many years. I told them what the problem was. She suggested I turn off the water outside until they could get someone out there. I told her my husband was in a hospital bed and I needed the water constantly. She said they didn't have any appointments open until Friday, the 27th. That meant the water would continue to stream for almost two more days. She then told me she would do what she could and would do her best, but it was possible they still wouldn't be able to come until Friday. Thursday morning she called me to tell me that a technician was on his way to my house. Oh my gosh! Fantastic. I don't remember her name, but she obviously worked hard to get someone to our house fast! Thank you so much. Kevin showed up soon after. I thanked him and he said there had been a cancellation and he was able to work us in. He went into the bathroom and within minutes, called me in, showed me the problem, and showed me how he fixed it. So easy. He also gave me an estimate on how much it would cost if we had to replace the faucets. He said the estimate was free. And since our faucet problem was so simple, he didn't charge us one penny for it. Nothing. I almost cried. I was so relieved. Thank you to the woman who got us worked in at least 24 hours earlier than I had expected, and thank you, Kevin, for being so kind. Both of you made my day.

So Plumb Crazy to the rescue: they cleared the clog, explained to me the condition of my pipes in the backyard, and made suggestions only when I asked what I should do next (rather than try to push unnecessary services on me!). If I need plumbing help ever again, Plumb Crazy will be the first call I make.

I had asked a plumber to come replace a dripping faucet last year, and instead of replacing it they "fixed" it by replacing the washer, forcing the valve shut, and billing me $150. The next summer when I tried to use it, we had to use pliers to turn the valve on, and of course it began dripping again right away. Plumb crazy actually did what we asked (replaced the actual faucet). We actually believed they would have to come a second day to do the actual replacement (because the other guys acted like they would have to quote us first and come back), but they replaced it the same day. We didn't use this company for our plumbing needs, but we still want to leave a review about what little interaction we had with them. We called in the morning, the person who answered the phone was not professional at all and sounded like we were putting her put by asking for someone to come out today. All she could say was that she would try to get a tech out. Two other companies beat their timetable and when someone finally called late afternoon to confirm an appointment we told her we already had someone replacing the hot water heater. The response was "oh" and a hang up. Glad we didn't use them. If that was our experience just on the phone I can't imagine what the rest would have been like.

Very pleased from start to finish. First, I was sent an email when my plumber was coming that included his name and picture. I was given a window of arrival time but the receptionist let me know how many appointments were ahead so I had a better idea of how to plan my wait. Kevin was polite and took time to listen to my concerns and look at several issues around the house because I wasn’t sure if they were related to the present leak. The initial inspection was no cost, but when it came time to cut a small hole in the wall under the sink that’s when it becomes a $59 service call and he clearly explained that before proceeding. He also let me know that I would be responsible to repair the hole, which I expected. When no leak was found at the sink, he went up into the attic to find the source. Turns out it was a roof leak from a missing shingle that had neatly tracked down the vent pipe. The leak didn’t affect any ceilings so there were no other signs to alert us. Because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, he had done all he needed. The charge for the visit was $119 - the standard hourly rate since there was no repair. He was at the house for an hour and addressed everything I asked, so I feel it was a fair rate. He emailed me an invoice with pictures and stated that the leak was due to a roof leak and the pipes were not leaking. He also gave me estimates for the other issues we had discussed during his visit. When our insurance adjuster come out a few days later to assess roof damage from recent storms, he was not going to cover the damage behind the sink, but that changed when he read the invoice from Kevin. In the words of the adjuster, “he’s an expert, so if he determined it’s from the roof, then we won’t argue”. The wall will have to be opened up and cleaned out, the drywall replaced, the cabinets and countertop replaced all because of that sneaky little leak and thanks to Kevin’s thoroughness and good documentation, our insurance will cover all of it. Thank you Plumb Crazy!

Always prompt and reasonable. 9/4/19 Another under slab leak in kitchen. Next day service with our requested plumber. Leak found, kitchen draped to keep down dust, tile and slab removed, leak repaired, concrete curing with complete cleanup of materials. Timely, efficient and reasonable company. 1/20/2020 Yes, another call to Plumb Crazy and a leak in the hot water line quickly repaired. Always available for us with experienced plumbers and reasonable prices. Now to determine how the leaked water traveled under the tile to the living room carpet. Have called to have water e extracted from the carpet too.

Plumb Crazy found our foundation leaks, re-routed water lines through the attic thereby saving our expensive imported Italian tile and saving thousands in repair work. As a bonus, the new water lines have frozen twice this winter but never busted. These guys are the most organized outfit I have yet encountered as their auto/digital invoice system is 21st century stuff. They also took the time to walk our insurance company through the repair work and why things were done. I couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically. I first had Roto Rooter out here for a slow drain. The Roto Rooter technician snakes out the drain and said and the technician said they my drain pipe collapsed and would cost around $3500 to fix. In addition to that, he turned a slow drain into a no-drain. I called Plumb Crazy, recommended by a friend, and Brian came out. He was able to clear the drain, but warned me that it only bought me time, as the bottom of the drain pipe under the slab looked like it had partially rusted out. Not only was he more informative than Roto Rooter, he saved me thousands of dollars. Plumb Crazy will be my new go-to for plumbing issues.

Plumb Crazy literally saved me $5000. I had my home warranty plumbers come out to my house because I had a clogged sewer line. They company that came out said I had too many roots in the line and that I need to replace all the water lines outside. The quoted me around $5500 to do all of it. I thought it was a little ridiculous that I had that many roots in my pipes considering I bought the house completely renovated even the plumbing was redone. Anyways I called Plumb Crazy and they sent Wade out and let me tell you he was amazing! He immediately went into the restroom that was backing up and pulled hair out of the shower and sink which helped the matter. Then he put his snake in the sewer line and hardly any roots came out it was other stuff that was clogging it. So instead of spending $5000 I spent $228 with Plumb Crazy and fixed the problem. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Brian responded quickly to my call about a possible water leak in the slab in our master bath. Brian identified the leak from the hot water recirculation line beneath the slab under one of the sinks. He returned with Hector and jack hammered the cement to expose the leak and cut that line. They ran a new line and put everything back like new. Brian demonstrated great expertise in assessing the problem and how to solve it. He and Hector did a great job, were neat and courteous. We highly recommend Plum Crazy Plumbing.
