Anthony is awesome!! Came out after dark after another tech got tied up, listened to me, answered all my questions, and worked out in the freezing weather trying everything he could to get it to quit flooding sewage into my house. He didn't have to do any of that and just left it for tomorrow. Because he did though I get to have my first good nights sleep in 3 days without having to worry about waking up to a flooded house tomorrow. Their office team is fantastic too! Super friendly and helped get him out here quick as they could when they realized the issue on the job before mine. Hull has great people who do good work and genuinely care about their clients. 100% would recommend.

Had a different plumber cancel the morning of my appointment so I called Hull Plumbing and they were able to fit me in same day. The tech came out at the time they said he would and he was very nice and professional. Talked me through everything he was doing to check for leaks and the actual issue (shower cartridge had gone bad). Got our shower up and running in about an hour and it works great! Will definitely use again!

Our water heater decided to give out late Sat. night. I called Sunday morning and spoke to Becky. Very nice! She lined up Aaron to come out to give me an estimate. Becky kept me apprised of his status and he arrived within an hour. I had a new water heater and hot water again by 1pm. Conner was very professional and polite. I had a gas line installed to replace my electric stove. A little more pricey than I expected but he was able to get the line installed same day as estimate and it only took about an hour. Very happy with services!

Called a couple days after Christmas for backed up plumbing everywhere and had to use their emergency after hours technician. I had my whole extended family of 15 people at the house with no way to use any of the plumbing. Their tech Jacob came out and was very professional and knowledgeable and got my plumbing moving very quickly and was super kind and courteous. I would use this company again for any plumbing services and would specifically ask for Jacob again.

Plumber was great, efficient, clean, friendly. However, I was disappointed in the scheduling. I called on a Monday, booked appointment for Friday. They said Friday between 8 am - noon. 2 pm I’d heard nothing. Called Hull, they said they were backed up and we were next in line. They arrived around 4 pm. My expectation when I call 4 days ahead to schedule an appointment, is we are first in line for that day.

Andrew was very polite and did a great job. He found a small gas leak in the fire place and made needed repair for safety and will return to replace our old pipes and valve. Did an inspection of home and made some adjustments to correct some water leaks. We are very pleased with his work.

This company is a joke. Used them to repair a leaky faucet. They’ve come out twice now and it is still leaking. They were supposed to come back out last week and never showed. They were supposed to come this morning, I was promised this morning…. Still nobody. No phone call. NOTHING. I’ve used BL3 plumbing out of Moore in the past with great experience. Wanted to try a more local plumber out of Yukon and chose Hull based on their reviews. Spent $200+ on nothing. T EDIT: Upgraded the stars. The company called and refunded my money and apologized.

We hired another plumbing company to evaluate the issue and quoted us for having to install a new clear out on the property because there wasn't one, and they couldn't do the service until the following Tuesday, so I called Hull Plumbing and they went out same day and assessed the problem, found the pipe clear out that the other company said "didn't exist" and fixed the issues for about 2K less than what the other company wanted us to pay. Highly recommend

Leland Gaston just came out for an emergency call. I just bought this house 6 days ago and am still currently moving in. Our basement flooded about 6 1/2 inches and he came in a very short wait time. I am new to my home and my shower pipe froze during a cold snap. There was a huge backlog b/c of the volume of calls relating to frozen pipes. They have always been very polite and accommodating to the best of their ability under the circumstances. I was out when a tech arrived so Aaron inspected the pipes in the crawl space to be sure the pipes did not develop a leak from having been frozen. There was no leak. The next step we agreed to was for someone to come back out and provide an estimate to insulate the pipes in the crawl space.

This was for a service done in the fall of 2023. Once we finally got a hold of the actual office staff, the customer service and speed of repair was super! We took a star off for the fact that we called first thing on a Monday morning (7:30 am) and left a voice message with the answering service who assured me the message would be relayed. When we still hadn't heard from them by Tuesday morning I called again and the actual scheduler for the business answered. I let her know what had happened and she took care of us and had someone scheduled before the day was out!

Andrew the service tech came out to do the camera drain snake and found that the outside drain does have an issue of the Pvc lines dipped a little with earth settling and quakes so we're going to eventually try to get that fixed. But since we had the master bathroom backed up, the tub and toilet, he recommended that we have the toilet removed and unclog the lines from there. And he gave us the estimate and it was nasty high as I thought with the snake camera. So I thought it was fair and I needed it done that day so my wife and I can stop stressing out for now. Andrew reminded me of an ex-coworker in Florida at a major copier company and we hit it off. Andrew was very informative and trustworthy individual he even spent time to explain what was going on with the pipeline to my wife so she could better understand it. The 2 Jacob's that came out here previous Sunday didn't do that. So I appreciate Andrew.

The 50 gallon Electric water installed by Hull in December, 2016, was now failing to provide hot water. Aaron was able to make an immediate inspection and also an immediate same day order for the A.O.Smith 80 gallon electric water heater and get installed immediately as well. Their $1200 estimate to patch a cut sewer line 1.5 feet below the surface seemed excessive to the scope of the job. So I paid the service call and didn’t use them. A independent licensed plumber came out after 5pm and charged me $300. All in, it was about an hour of work and maybe $30 in parts. That said, The two Hull plumbers were very nice and pleasant. But not an extra $900 worth.

Called Hull Plumbing because there was a leak we knew was under our subfloor but no idea where. Doug was our plumber and we cannot speak high enough praises for his customer service. Our crawl space is incredibly tight fit and he wiggled himself all the way under the back of the house and found the issue. Ended up having to cut a hole in our floor in the closet to get to the pipe but we were ok with it since there really was not any way to get there via the crawl space. That seemed really high considering that overhead and indirect costs were fully loaded into the charge for the faucet. So I declined to have him do the flapper. This tecnition found problem right away. A broken pipe causing dirt to seep in. Another service call. He did take off weekend rate. So now to come back with camera another $250. $100 would be taken off of estimated repair. But now up to $400 just to find real problem. Maybe. Called second plumber. He ran rooter and found no blockage . did find a low Area but thoroughly cleaned. $149 total. No overtime rates on weekends. Probably won't call Hull again.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and make Hull Plumbing your FIRST CALL!! I am so pleased with this company, not only as business professionals, but as honest, hardworking people of integrity. I made the mistake of calling another company first. They came out, charging the typical service fee, didn't even bother to look under the house or at the drain where the problem was occurring. Wrote up a $1,300 estimate and said we needed to replace our entire pipe. We called Hull Plumbing to get a second opinion. Don of Hull Plumbing looked at our drain, crawled under the house and investigated the leak, and concluded that it was not the pipe. It was the newly installed drain flange that was not sealed correctly that was causing the leak. It needed additional plumber’s putty for a proper seal. He also stated that he didn’t feel right about charging a $50 service fee just to tell us that, so the fee was waived. My husband was able to seal it properly, based on his instruction, for a total of about $10 in tools and plumber's putty, and a trip to Lowe's. There was not a drop of water after the fix. I cannot tell you how much we needed that kind of win at a very stressful time. It's not always a cheap fix, but you certainly feel better about paying for the work when it's honest. In the future, Hull Plumbing will always be our FIRST CALL!!

He then asked to see my water heater which turned out to be a bigger problem that I would have never known about. It was leaking, had all kinds of growth on the top and was ready to explode. I am so thankful that Damon was skilled and knowledgeable about the immediacy of fixing this dangerous hot water heater. Damon was very educated in his trade and very caring and responsible in this potential hazardous situation.
