This was the best experience I’ve ever had with anyone! Our water main had a leak in it and the city turned off our water on Tuesday and said the leak was on our side of the meter. We called Air Comfort solutions because we had used them before. They said Tech would come out Thursday. They said he was on his way, then canceled 5 minutes later because it was raining. I was so mad and frustrated. I found Hi Tech and they were very helpful and said they would try to be out that afternoon. Within 10 minutes they called and were on their way! We had been without water for 3 days and they showed up, went and got the parts we needed and did the job in the rain!!! They explained everything to my husband, got they city to inspect it and we had water 2 hours later!!!! If you ever need a plumbing company I highly recommend Hi Tech!! They care about people!!!

High Tech Plumbing was recommended to me to detect and repair a leak in a water line in the slab. Their technician, Joshua, found the hot water line leak quickly and was able to re-rout that line without damaging the floor. I chose to have all the hot water lines re-routed and he did all the work on Friday afternoon. The City inspector approved the job on Monday. Update: Hi-tech contacted me this morning and apologized. They refunded the money. The man I spoke to was very kind and wanted to make things right. I had what seemed to be an obvious leak near the water faucet in the front of the house. I called many plumbers and Hi-Tech was the only one who could come out. I thought I was getting a plumber who could fix the leak but the guys who came were just leak detectors. They verified that there was a leak, charged $400, and gave me quotes for the repair starting at $1600. They couldn’t come to fix the leak until after the weekend. I called around to see if another company could come sooner. Pipe Down Slab Leak came out with two guys ready to do the work required to fix the leak. We realized that it wasn’t a leak at all and that there was just a faucet that was left on in the back of the house. Pipe Down did not charge me anything even though he came with two guys anticipating a big repair. I called Hi-Tech back to let them know I was disappointed in the service and they said they would look into it. The next day, they resent the invoice to remind me that they charged me $400 to ‘detect’ a leak that wasn’t a leak. If you need a plumber, call Pipe Down!

I am not one to blindly use businesses, especially for something that could turn out catastrophic if not done correctly. I had two friends suggest them! I would highly recommend Hi-Tech Plumbing and Leak Detect. Michael and Ryan came out and went step-by-step through process of elimination to figure out where the water was coming from and thankfully it was just something that I needed to seal myself in my shower/tub. They were very thorough, professional, and friendly. They will definitely be my go to for any plumbing or leaking issues. Even the girls that answer the phone and book appointments were super friendly and responsive and got them to my house the next day (Friday) when they were originally supposed to come the following Monday! Trenton did a great job. Put a camera in the drain line to find the cause of the slow drainage. Found the clog and removed it with a power auger. The kitchen sink is now draining perfectly. I will use Hi-Tech Plumbing again! 5 star service! 5 star service.

Joshua was our tech that came out to determine where our leak was, and he was nothing but helpful!!! Truly, from the bottom of our hearts, we are so appreciative!!! He was honest and said a slab leak detection would cost $400, but if he could find the leak using an alternative way, it would save us money. It required him to do additional work, but he did it anyway. He was able to find the leak and gave us a few options. Michael was exceedingly thorough. He did everything possible to detect our leak, in order to find the cause/source of our hardwood floors buckling. He also replaced a copper hot water line that was leaking inside a wall. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ experience from the beginning. After a hard freeze, I had water (ice at first) collecting in my driveway. I made several calls and and was told by other companies that they only locate broken sewer lines inside the home. They won’t locate water main lines outside. The majority of my water line was under my home, porch, garage and driveway. I called Hi-Tech and I was on their schedule for the following morning. Josh showed up at least 15 minutes early to consult/locate/find the problem with my broken / frozen / cracked water main. He was fantastic. What a Pro. He explained all aspects and options of the repair proposal. He answered all of my questions so that I was able to make an informed decision on the repair. When Stephen and Kael showed up to perform the under driveway, under house, 110’ + water main replacement, they were the same. Complete pros. On time, hard working, professionals. Pleasure to be around. I hope I never require this kind of work at my home again, but if I do? There is no doubt I will call Hi-Tech! I now have a 110’+ one piece, one inch, pex water main that I have complete confidence will last. Thank you for a high quality job well done !

On March 6th I called Hi-Tech plumbing, and the same day, they had someone out to my home. Chase Coulson was the plumber who arrived. He was on-time and very professional (I wish other services we all use would take note). He spent hours on-site removing an old 50 gallon hot water tank, and installing a new one. While I think Hi-Tech charges more than almost any competitor for similar service, I can only say great things about Chase and the work he provided.

Trenton did a nice job of drain pipe “clearing.” The “service performed” box checked above is technically inaccurate, as I learned the difference between “clearing” (which was done) and “cleaning” (which was not done but could be $cheduled to be done). Give Trenton 5*/5*’s. All people HiTech has sent out on jobs have been great to interact with and their work has been good. We have called HiTech on plumbing issues for about 10 years. From customer perspective, can detect a difference in “busine$$ approach” between previous local owner (Mr. Miller) and that of new owner.

Trenton came out today to ck for a slab leak. Our wood floor is cupping in the hall and yet we’ve had no signs of water … NONE. Trenton did a moisture level test throughout the house and there is no leak, no moisture in the floor. We discovered a small patch of water in our LR wood floor. That was not good & a little panic set in. We had heard stories about slab leaks, trying to locate the leak & then the cutting into the concrete foundation to try and pinpoint the leaking pipe. A business partner who had used Hi-Tech recommended them to us with the caveat they aren't cheap. Well, you get what you pay for! Hi-Tech came out the next day & located the leak. We were provided with two options & no hard sell. We chose to re-route the leaking pipe & they were out the next day. All work was completed that day & the leak was stopped. They cleaned up so well the wife was going to hire them to do the entire house. Kudos to Kyle and Garrett for their professionalism and work ethic. A week later & our 16 year-old hot water heater failed as I discovered on a Friday morning, Christmas Eve. enduring a cold shower. Called Hi-tech again & Joe came out on Monday. He gave us our options to replace the heating element or get a new hot water heater. We chose the new heater, Joe installed it and left us with a clean house and hot water. Caveat - you get what you pay for and Hi-Tech is a bargain for getting the job done right, done quickly, and taking away the panic.

When we require a trained technician for small household jobs, most of us are naturally dubious of a person with special training & knowledge potentially taking advantage a bit to help increase profit margins or cut down on overhead; knowing that we, the layman consumer, will likely be none the wiser. Save yourself the anxiety and call Hi-Tech. Courteous and professional start to finish. From scheduling on through to job completion. How many services can you say that about lately? Hi-Tech sent John Kearby out to inspect my complaint of loss in water pressure. He arrived precisely when expected with a nice heads up text beforehand. Informative, direct and professional throughout his time in my home. Estimates/quotes compared with my out of pocket costs were exactly as projected and very reasonable. Although I did not have a major issue requiring significant labor, if I do in the future Hi-Tech will ABSOLUTELY be my first call.

We had 3 other companies look at our sewer line issues, which included slipped joints and roots. One would never get back to us, no matter how hard we tried. The other two recommended extensive work, which would include replacing the entire line and tearing up our kitchen floor. Our son-in-law had used this company years ago and recommended that we give them a try. The initial meeting went very well. We ended up repairing a small piece of the line and installing two liners. The repairs had a minimal impact on our yard and zero impact on our kitchen at half the cost estimated by the other companies. The technicians were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Hi-Tech Plumbing and Leak detect was responsive and professional from the start! Trent came out and did a thorough inspection finding numerous areas of concern with old cast iron pipes under my slab. Once diagnosed all options were again thoroughly presented and discussed. Unfortunately for us, the best remedy was to bust through our kitchen slab to replace the corroded and broken pipes underneath. Hi-Tech's professional crew and mangers made this difficult time as easy for us as possible. Their crew, Michael, Brian, Daniel, Carter and Korbin took their time to make sure the job was done with as little disruption to our daily lives as we could expect from such a huge project. They did everything they could to make sure our home stayed as clean as possible. They cleaned the work site daily, kept us abreast of daily progress and explained everything as they went. Michal and Brian were here everyday on-time and ready to work. They were great! Daniel made sure we were happy and explained everything. I could tell his supervision style and willingness to "do the dirty work" along with his crew motivated them to do their best. Even though this was not a cheap fix it had to be done. Technician promptly came out and immediately told me that I needed a new hot water heater. The $99 initial service call included him draining the defective one, which I appreciated. Quote for replacement was received the same day. I asked around our neighborhood for other recommendations and ended up using a different plumber who was more than $1100 cheaper than Hi-Tech. I’m sure they do a good job, but it’s a hot water heater, not open heart surgery, and there should not be that big of a price discrepancy amongst local companies. Their office staff was very friendly, however I never received a call from the owner/manager that I was told about when I objected to the high quote price.

QUALITY: When Mark arrived, he was most professional. He told me his name, extended a handshake and asked how he could help. Regarding quality, I later noticed a very clean, organized truck loaded with the latest equipment/technology. From his questions, it was immediately obvious that Mark was an expert at his craft, an excellent communicator and well versed in customer service. VALUE: Three months prior I hired an independent plumber who was recommended by a friend. The ‘plumber’ replaced a short section of PVC and assured me he had cleaned/rooted the drain from the offending bathroom to the city line . . . for $700. A few days later we were having the same problems. Another friend related his success with Hi-Tech Plumbing in Edmond, OK. To make a long story short: In less than two hours the drains were flowing smoothly and ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN RESOLVED for slightly more than $400! PROFESSIONALISM: Mark’s uniform was clean and his truck was well organized. He was very logical & methodical with his questions regarding the symptoms and he attacked the plumbing problems with the same intensity. His attention to detail was impressive. He was clean, neat & did not leave a mess. AND after packing up his tools, he returned to the back yard to close & latch my gate! RESPONSIVENESS: I called Hi-Tech on a Wednesday morning and spoke with a very nice lady who took my info and told me their dispatcher would call to set up an appointment. Minutes later my phone rang. The dispatcher assured me they could have someone at my home THAT DAY and I would be called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. PUNCTUALITY: Hi-Tech called at 1pm & Mark arrived at 1:20pm! OTHER: I don’t normally leave comments regarding service; however, the service I received from Mark & Hi-Tech was so incredibly good, I felt compelled to share my experience. Hi-Tech has been in business for over 20 years. Mark has been with them for over 8 years. I will never use another plumber or plumbing company.

We had water leaking from the hole where the water meter is located. At first we had a different plumber come out and inspect it. He dug a small hole and assumed it was the sprinkler system leaking. A day or two later we had a sprinkler guy come out and dig a massive hole that showed that it was the connection to the water meter that had busted. So that made it a plumbing issue. Hi-Tech Plumbing just happened to pull up at the house next door for another job. After talking with Daniel and another gentlemen who also assessed the problem. I contacted Hi-Tech and they did an initial leak detection that was quick and necessary. Joshua did an excellent job finding the leak, marking it, and providing my options on moving forward. After the plumber my home warranty sent out was unable to clean out our sewer drain, I was told I should try to hire my own plumber and submit the receipt for reimbursement. I saw a Hi Tech Plumbing truck driving down Reno ave one day, and I remembered so I gave them a call. They came out very quickly, did a great job, and gave me some insight into why my problem kept happening. But this is where they really stood out. After I’d already paid Hi Tech and got the receipt, my home warranty told me they wouldn’t reimburse me because I should have had Hi Tech call BEFORE doing the work, to be sure the work was covered. So I thought this would be a long shot, but I asked if I could have the plumber call, would they consider paying the claim then? He said they would. I call Hi Tech and explain the situation, then I ask if they would help me out and call (this is a month after the work was done and paid for, they owed me nothing) to see if the warranty would pay. Todd at Hi Tech called and spent a long time on the phone with the warranty company, evidently they asked him a million questions. After that, Todd called me back and left a voicemail to say he tried to help me out, and he thought they were leaning towards approving the claim, but he didn’t know. Maybe 30 min later I get an email from the warranty company saying they approved the claim and mailed me a check! I want to thank Todd and Hi Tech Plumbing for their service after the sale, it means a lot and I appreciate you all. Be assured I will only ever call you guys when I need plumbing work done. Thank you for really going above and beyond, you didn’t have to do that but it is so very appreciated!

I have heard great things about this company for years, and have actually recommended them before using, based on what partners had told me. People I referred them to that I followed up with, said nothing but great things and sounded excited talking about them. Three separate times. A gentleman named Dylan came out to work early on it this morning. I am so happy with this company and their techs that I could just cry! For 2 months we have had issues with our sewer main and it being backed up, we could not run our washer and flush the toilets or take a shower and do dishes at the same time without everything backing up into the house. I had a unique issue with a sewer drain line that was becoming clogged by construction debris from rehab work on my house. I'd had estimates of $2,000 to $3,000 to repair the problem. The technician from Hi-Tech that came out for the service call found the problem and tried for the entire time allotted for the call to remove the debris upon finding it. This turned out to be impossible. However, he came up with a solution where a short section of sewer drain pipe would be replaced, which was completed the following week. The sewer line has been problem free since that time. The cost ended up being about half of the competitor's estimates for both calls and the parts, which was much lower than anticipated. I very highly recommend Hi-Tech.

We had a major plumbing issue in our master bath, unfortunately we didn't know what or exactly where the problem was. First we had Trenton come out to scope our sewer lines, he quickly found the problem(cracked pipe & tree roots) and dialed in the location( directly under master closet). Trenton was great, he allowed me to sit up on the roof with him while he used his camera and explained everything that was going on. He even located a clean out that we never knew we had due to it being buried, we also found out that our main line from the edge of our house out to the street had been replaced with PVC at some point before we moved in. Our house was built in the 60's and we've had numerous neighbors the last 5 years have to replace the main line through their front yard, needless to say when Trenton showed me ours had been replaced already a weight was lifted. Now that I knew what the problem was and where it was located we set up an appointment for Hi-Tech Plumbing to come fix it. The two guys that showed up were Daniel and Dylan. They showed up first thing in the morning and walked me through the whole process before they started, asked if I had any questions or concerns and then began their work. They had to bust up the slab, excavate dirt/sand, locate the cracked pipe and then continue excavating until they found the end of the crack in both directions. I had to leave for work before they started but felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house. Throughout the day I received texts and photographs updating me of exactly what was happening. It ended up being a 2 day project and on the second day they called me about an hour before they were done so that I could run home and see their work and verify that everything was working as it should. Daniel and Dylan cleaned up after themselves and were great to work with. Highly recommend.

They treated my home as if it were their own and paid attention to the little things not cutting corners. We recently used Hi-Tech to address some extensive drain related issues, ultimately requiring drain repair/replacement. Part of the repair required our kitchen floors to be busted up. Daniel and Javier went to great lengths to contain the extent of the mess. Daniel also did a thorough job of explaining his work plan, addressing our questions every step of the way, completing the repair in a professional and timely manner. We also had further plumbing repairs that presented the option of using trenchless line repair. While this approach is far from the cheapest (when it comes to the actual plumbing repair itself), the costs are offset by not having to replace expensive flooring, walls, landscaping, etc. Matt was very detailed and patient, both with explaining his findings from the camera inspection/detection, and providing quotes for our best options. Once we decided on the trenchless option, the weather had turned for the worst, but Mark and James fought the bitter cold throughout the repairs. Even though they ran into an unforeseeable issue that affected their original time estimate, Mark committed to working late into the night to get our house back up and running, and ensure everything was to our satisfaction - I can’t thank Mark, Daniel and their crews enough for pushing through to spare us an additional night in a hotel! I also want to mention the great customer service I experienced with Hi-Tech’s office staff. Susan was a delight to communicate with throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your plumbing needs.

It took him approximately 5 days to do the work in just above freezing temperatures right before Christmas. The finished work is flawless, just like Hi-Tech's service. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing work done. And if the job is particularly difficult, ask for Blaine.

He was able to determine the area of the leak in a very short time. Once the leak was found, Dylan was sent out to make the repair. Dylan too was very courteous, on time and masked up. Very impressed with Dylan, too. Due to the depth of the main water line, this was not an easy deal and required a large and rather deep hole to complete the repair. Update: They did reach out after my negative review and gave me a small refund, and substantial discounts on additional work I needed done. Joe and his partner did a fantastic job at installing the gas lines and new water line. Thank you for trying to "make it right". Original: Repeat customer - but no more. If you have a slab - call them. If you have a crawlspace it will be a minimum of $500 plus service charge. A busted water spigot replacement cost me $630. And no, they did not mention the minimum crawlspace charge of $500 until the tech was onsite. I paid - as I felt like I was already in for the service charge. When I complained about the excessive minimum crawlspace charge, I was told that "plumbing was expensive". I called other companies who quoted over $300 less for the same repair. Hindsight is 20/20.

I am a first time home owner. I found out that my cleanout was overflowing in the backyard. I put a work order through my home warranty. The plumbing company they sent was useless. They were in and out in 20 minutes. They did not even try to unclog the line. They immediately wanted to charge me $200 to put a camera down the line. They came and fixed the leaking pipe under the foundation, they sent out someone initially to find the leak and a few days later a tech came and cut a hole in the foundation where the previous had found the issue, only to by off by about 3 feet. I used Hi Tech to detect and fix a pipe below the slab in my home. They were able to find the precise location of a blockage in an old pipe under my home. When they came to fix it, they were able to do so with minimum disruption to my floor.
