Amazing Service! Called at 12:20pm on a Sunday they we're at my home by 1:15pm. Turns out the issue was with the city line. They called the city and stayed while the city was there to be sure the blockage was cleared after the city tried to say it was their line. Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable techs, dispatch was patient and gave upfront pricing that never changed and followed up with us regarding the city issue; seriously, she's the best. I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, fair pricing, etc.

So on a Saturday my water heater randomly decided to leak on me. I should have done better planning because I knew it was an older unit. Anyway, Robert Skylar and Steve replaced my unit and got me hot water again the same day. I'm very Happy to support a family run business too!

Had a really bad leak and flood! The plumbers Arrived Saturday morning for an emergency leak detect. We heard water running in the walls and soon water appeared on the floors in our bedroom. The plumbers determined where to get us a new line and had us working again the same day. We got insurance involved which their office helped us with immensely. Great family run business that helped us out when we really needed it!

Called all round town for a plumber to come out and fix a clogged sewer line. No one could give an exact time or price on when they could be out to fix our issues. Met these guys at whataburger by chance. Said they could be there same day within the hour and gave me a estimate on what it would take and stuck to it. Good service!

I identified a leaking water pipe that was bad enough to get through the wall and damage our flooring. Called one local company who told me they were booked and it sounded like it could wait until next week. Called A-Mac’s and they had a team out to the house within an hour. They found the source within 15 minutes, which was a screw driven into the pipe that had eroded over time. Instead of repairing everything themselves (which they could have done), they advised us to call our home builder instead to see if they would do the repairs, even though our warranty had passed. Sure enough, the home builder agreed to fix the issues. Big thanks to A-Mac’s for helping us out and saving us thousands of dollars and a ton of hassle. Will certainly use again in the future for any needs.

Steve and Skylar from A-Mac came, same day, which was exceptional responsiveness and were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue with the old plumbing.
