Thursday 27th December 2022.The Plumber that came that day was excellent.I think his name was Rex. He telephoned shortly before he arrived and came early.Rex assessed the problems and went and purchased the part and returned and replaced the pressure release valve. Really good job done.very helpful.Rex was a knowledgeable and experienced.

After my friend recommended Rex,i called him on Sunday night with an emergency bathroom leak.He called back within 15 minutes,and arranged to come after 2Hours and advised me on what to do in the meantime to avoid further damage.When he arrived,he was friendly , knowledgeable,and worked fast to fix the issue.He had the parts with him in his van to avoid coming twice. After suffering low water pressure caused by a faulty in-door stop tap,having to have S&R Plumbing Heating install a new outdoor stop tap and having a faulty shower valve,I contacted them.Even though i had to cancel the appointment twice due to UU having issues installing a new outside stop tap in the street, Rex were always quick and helpful in their replies.The plumber has just finished the work and my shower no longer leaks, I have a brand new indoor stop tap and my water pressure is better than its ever been. Great work !!

Very easy to deal with,Rex on the phone was highly professional and as I explained the issue she was very reassuring that S&R Plumbing Heating could resolve. I've used S&R Plumbing Heating multiple times over the course of a few years and every time have been impressed by their professionalism, from first phone call to completion of the job. On a cold and grey Sunday afternoon,our boiler switched off and we had no heat or hot water. S&R Plumbing Heat sent someone over within 2 hours. We called first for an emergency attendance on a Sunday evening to fix a water leak, which had occurred when I was attempting to replace a pair of basin taps. The Rex attended within the hour, fixed the leak, and completed the tap replacement. We had to call back a few days later because of a problem with our shower. Rex quickly found the problem: this was a broken gate valve, which he replaced. The work both times was completed quickly and professionally, to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend S&R Rex and his crew are professionals for heating unit boilers, I am very satisfied and surprised what an excellent job they have done in my 140 year old house. They offer a specialty service cleaning French drains and they did a great job improving my backyard drainage with rigid PVC pipes and a beautiful white crushed rock patio. PVC French drains are much more durable and serviceable than the big Os most people use.Having a professional plumber install them has saved a lot of money,effort and it’s peace of mind thank u Rex.

We have called S&R Plumbing Heating on three occasions for our rental property.The first time we had a leaky water tank which they quickly diagnosed and replaced. We called first for an emergency attendance on a Sunday evening to fix a water leak, which had occurred when I was attempting to replace a pair of basin taps. The Rex attended within the hour, fixed the leak, and completed the tap replacement. We had to call back a few days later because of a problem with our shower. We had a lot of water coming out of the pressure relief valve (PRV) and the boiler pressure reading was high (~30 psi).Rex diagnosed the issues immediately.He found the cushion tank which was hidden above the ceiling,and drained four buckets.He also installed a new PRV and checked that the CO in the exhaust was within specifications.The boiler pressure reading returned to 15 psi. It is worth mentioning that this isn't the first time I have used S&R Plumbing Heating,but they are consistent in their high service level and timeliness.We are in an old house and professionals like this are essential to ensuring that we can get through the cold winter months comfortably and safely.

Unfortunately,they were short handed on the day we had scheduled an appointment and they come. I have had my hot water tank replaced due to it being over 10 years old and leaking.The Plumber Rex were exactly on schedule time wise and were very polite, professional and curteous.They put down runners in my house from the front door all the way down the stairs and into the HVAC and equipment room.They've installed and piped a water drip pan under the tank with drain hose directly into the floor drain into the room.There was no mess or leftover residues of any kind just like they were never here. This was my first experience with S&R Plumbing Heating and the entire process from quoting to installation was seamless and efficient.I was helping my elderly dad with this project and I was a bit concerned initially because the project involved the removal of an old oil tank and furnace which was replaced with a new gas furnace.I wanted go with someone who could take care of the oil removal as well as the gas furnace installation.Rex was capable of both and was also competitively priced.They took care of the new gas line application to which was a bonus.The oil tank and furnace removal was quick,clean and uneventful which made my dad feel better.Not a drop of oil spilled that we could find.The furnace install involved some tricky venting and the install team was able to route them neatly out of the way.All in all it was a very positive experience.

I could see that he had made a good job of it, and left the defective parts so that I could see for myself what was wrong. I was also impressed by the short waiting time.I requested the repair the evening before, and was told that a Rex could come out early on the following day, which he did. We will definitely use again should a plumbing job be required

The service that was done in my home was repairs and replaced copper pipes and connectors that were old and oxidized.Put water pipes in,drainage pipes in for drain to sewer.This was all done supply service for a new washer to an upper floor and did this in a day.The person named Rex did a super job and is a very professional worker and your company shows how you value teaching your workers to do a super job and Rex was a very kind and educated in his job,so thank you very much.Recommend 6Stars.

Yes first of all we had use for plumbing and heating up to fix our hot water tank and they were prompt and on time courteous and did an excellent job.Would give them six stars if there were six stars - will definitely use in the future for any future needs that we have.Then I recommended them to my mother and she also had S&R Plumbing Heating up and she says she would give them 10 Stars if there were 10!! She is a senior with health problems and lives alone and they were courteous on time and excellent work performed!!In fact she said that they sent went above and beyond for her.They also have a senior's discount which is excellent.

Water was coming out of the drain in our floor we are in a shop.The S&R Plumbing Heating was there so quick as we have a dog rescue so multiple dogs are housed there and would have had water all over in their kennels.Because of their fast response it never got into any of the kennels and they had it fixed immediately.

I would highly recommend Rex and his team.He replaced my old electric hot water tank with a high efficiency tankless natural gas system and also brought in a gas line to my kitchen. He communicated in a timely manner and was very punctual (even early at times!).His work is efficient and tidy and he cleaned up everything when he was done.This is the first time in my life I've had such a positive experience with this type of service.

S&R Plumbing Heating replaced 2 furnaces,1 air conditioner and a hot water heater.They were an excellent business to work with.They set dates and always kept appointments, working long hours to do the installations,being very careful with being clean and tidy.They threw down drop clothes from the front door down the stairs and around to the basement to be careful not to get the carpet dirty.They cleaned as they went along with their installations.They answered every question,worked around our timeline and were willing to come back to complete the job at our convenience.Their work is neat and efficiently done.We highly recommend this company.

Rex was extremely professional and knowledgeable,and did an incredible job.On top of that they were tidy, polite and very respectful.I recently moved in and I had a boiler replacement,a water cylinder full service (every valve was broken), and a new Nest thermostat installed.
