We had an amazing experience with DMC Plumbing and Heating! Their customer service is great. Ellen responded to us very quickly and took all our concerns seriously. She also gave us regular status updates on scheduling and the numerous questions we asked her to relay to her colleagues. Moises and his colleague came promptly after we asked for an estimate and did a thorough analysis of what was needed to address our issue. They came back a few days later for the actual work and did an impeccable job. In fact, I was very impressed by their level of craftsmanship. Moises also took some time out of his busy schedule to answer more questions from me. I wholeheartedly recommend DMC to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I have used DMC for multiple projects in my condominium. The most recent was an installation and replacement of a water heater. The job was scheduled and completed within the week from getting a quote. Their prices are very fair and they do high quality work. On this most recent install, they gave me an estimate which was 1k less than a local competitor. I will continue to use them for any future projects and have recommended them to our Condo Board.

I completely recommend DMC. I called them for some shower leak service. Unfortunately my house pipes are super old (1968) and one of the pipes got twisted in the process. Thankfully, I called a professional place (DMC) and they made sure to fix everything and leave a happy customer in the process. I want to thank Luis, Kevin (supervisor) and Sean. This company has very sweet and professional guys working for them. Hope this review can help other ladies, who like me, are looking for someone who's not going to take advantage of their plumbing ignorance.

A few weeks after closing on our first home, our furnace broke down. We were referred to Sean at DMC and we are so glad we worked with him! He was very responsive and knowledgeable not only with dealing with the issue, but also supporting our claim to our homeowner's insurance. In addition to installing our new, more efficient furnace and AC units, he set up our smart thermostat and returned to check that our system was working efficiently. He even came after hours to accommodate our schedule for a final walk through! He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend working with DMC. We were very satisfied with every aspect of working with them from start to finish!

I had two big problems at my house. First, my central air conditioning stopped working so I called DMC and they arrived very quickly and fixed the problem. The next day, I had a clogged pipe in the kitchen causing a small flood. I called DMC and the truck came in no time. The problem was fixed. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I got from DMC. The technicians were very nice and professional.

DMC Plumbing is awesome. From the first call they were responsive to what we needed. When other items came up they saw to those as well. Moises explained everything and did not leave until we were thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend their service as they are reliable and ready to meet the needs of customers no matter how big. I'm super happy with these guys. I chose them because of their reviews here & it was well worth my time. We had a terrible water backup in the basement while doing laundry that we could not resolve ourselves & I called DMC plumbing & heat in a panic as the water pooled in my basement. When I called, the receptionist was extremely helpful and had a guy here in under a half hour to help. When the service tech Kevin showed up, not only was he was very nice and very professional, but he knew exactly what to do. He quickly got on to snaking the main line & in no time had the issue resolved. I could not ask for a better experience. I honestly don't think I could have made a better choice. If your in need of a plumber... these are the guys you want! best service in town

I recently had a leak in my bathroom caused by the unit upstairs. I called Tom from DMC and he was professional and thorough. He had a team out to check on the leak within an hour of my phone call. They worked diligently to identify the issue. Due to the damage, I also needed a new ceiling and insulation, and DMC coordinated the entire job for me. Obtaining their COI took about 20 minutes, which we all know is not always the easiest thing. They managed this repair for me perfectly and I feel fortunate to have found a trustworthy, professional and insured plumbing company. They made this entire job easy for me and my bathroom looks fantastic. I highly recommend DMC.

I was in dire need of a replacement for my leaky kitchen faucet. I called DCM Plumbing and Heating and got immediate action.Tommy( he owner) called me and asked what the problem was. He said no problem, I’ll send you a picture of the type of faucet you want. That was as immediate as the call. He promised me the tech ,(Sal) Would be at my house at 8:00AM and did not disappoint. He was on time efficient and because of what’s going on came complete with both mask and booties. He did a beautiful job and left the sink area immaculate. This is a very professional service and I would recommend it highly to anyone that needs a plumber. I will definitely use them again, you won’t be disappointed if you do too!

I had interaction with them for a shutoff valve replacement. Tiffany at customer service is very professional and efficient. She got the certificate of insurance done for me very quickly. Because the available schedule did not fit my need, I had to look somewhere else. However, I would recommend this plumbing company.

I had a leak in my bathtub where the water was running to the downstairs apartment. I called DMC, and filled out the online service request. They responded immediately and fixed the problem. Quick, friendly, fairly priced, and I'll be sure to use them again!

I am so grateful to DMC for sending Tom to my home in Jersey City Heights to repair my Navien boiler on the same day of my call. Tom was so very knowledgeable about the machine, which is a very reliable and efficient system, but also very technically complicated. Tom diagnosed the initial problem, which was a broken 3-way valve. He was very patient and explained the entire issue, providing me with all the cost information. He also explained that the Navien does need semi annual “descaling” maintenance and offered to perform this service, but did not press me. I felt it was absolutely necessary. Tom also discovered a second issue with machine. It had a broken internal pump. This required a great deal of time. Once he fixed both issues and descaled, Tom stayed to ensure the Navien performed properly. All of this was done on the first day of spring, a day before a major Nor’easter. I wouldn’t hesitate to call DMC again...
