Great company for installing my hot water heater that went out. They were quick to arrive and had me up and running 24 hours after the initial call. Where the 3 stars comes in is the communication involving payment. The technicians who initially came were awesome- they explained the process and guided me in the right direction. They said “at most it would be 2300, but that’s only if we have issues with your vent pipe or there’s something we encounter upon installation. I’m confident I can get you around the 2000 mark.” He said it would be less if they are not here as long to install. Today a different group came to install at 8:15 am and they left at 9:25. I was told $2,350. When I explained what I was told, shoulders were shrugged and he said that was the price. Then I asked how I could pay by cc and then was told it would be an additional 4% which was never explained. If you decide to use this company, make sure to get what they are saying in writing- not too happy with the communication. It would have also been helpful to get something in writing. I never signed for anything. (And normally I would but I guess in an emergency over the holidays it was overlooked) I hope this helps the next homeowner!

I was amazed at this company. Christmas Eve night is when I found my pipes had broken Christmas day. I was just filling around on the phone. Saw the name said well. Let me just send a message at least I’ll get on the list on Christmas day. I was notified on Christmas day that they would come on Monday morning, who does that this company is beyond on believable they are wonderful. All I have to say is call and see if you’re yourself he fix my pipes in less than a half hour. Price was great. I was so blessed to have them get in touch with me on Christmas day I still can’t believe that I am talking to everybody about them . Good job guys know beyond good job guys.

We called them about a washing machine drain clog which had been attempted to be repaired twice, but could not be resolved. We called in on a Thursday afternoon, after another plumber left, and they came by 8:20 on Friday morning. The 2 men that came were great and it looks like it is fixed. They had equipment which reached further down the drain than what had been used before. We intend to call them in the future. Very polite and professional.

We recently discovered we had a broken drainpipe outside of our home. We contacted Saia Plumbing, and they came out the very next day to perform a video inspection. Within 2 days the problem was completely fixed. They did have to dig up the existing pipe and replace it, but this was done very quickly and the existing shrubbery was put back exactly as it was before the repair. Couldn't have asked for better service. Recommended!!!

My pipes froze during the Christmas 2022 freeze. When I called on Christmas Day and left a message, Saia got back to me that day and told me they had several similar calls to attend to but would give me an update in the morning. They did and arrived at the time promised, even calling ahead to let me know they were o their way. The plumbers were courteous, efficient, and most important, fixed the problem.

Guys did a great job. Showed up, assessed the situation and got to work. No BS, just work. Good guys, keeping everything clean and got my drain issue fixed quickly. I will be coming back for any other plumbing projects I may have in the future. PS. Give Dru and his apprentice a raise. They deserve it. Second call. Not to related work previously done. Dru, Mike and the apprentice arrive on time. Get to work and located the issue I have been having for years. Guys did a great job. Now it's up to the parish to make the repairs needed. Since the where so quick and through I was able to get the parish workers here just as they Mike was leaving. The parish is able to start repairs tomorrow! I would recommend this service if you are in dire need of pluming problems, make sure you have a ladder if they need access to roof or attic they don't bring one with them. I had a leaking water heater vent stack and they charged me 175 dollars to silicon seal it on the roof and did not bother to check the piping in the attic that leads to the water heater or and other opinion to replace it. just patched and called it fixed

Saia Plumbing is amazing! I called Tuesday, and they were out here on Friday morning. They hooked up a gas line to my dryer, which took only about 15 minutes. They also scoped out potentially installing a tankless water heater and hooking up a portable generator. Very professional and courteous. I won’t call anyone else but them in the future.

Recently I had a leaking gasket on my toilet and needed new bathroom faucets installed. On all three occasions I felt they were professional, courteous, competent, and efficient. We needed to have a gas line run from the attic down to where our new gas range would be installed. The job was a bit more complicated than originally thought. The house is 45 years old and Saia brought the gas line "up to Code". I particularly like that they came out to survey the job before the actual day of work. I really liked that service, as opposed to showing up on the Day of Job and finding out it is more complicated and they don't have a part. mr. mike showed up late due to being stuck in traffic from across town, he arrived as quickly as he could, was very apologetic, and gave on spot discount for being late. Mike Saia is my neighbor. My water heater needed re-lighting after Ida because the pilot went out. Worked for awhile but went out again after a week or so. Tried re-lighting, but didn't work. Took cold showers for a week. Saw Mike this a.m. while walking the dog, told him about the water heater & next thing I know he's at the house installing my new water heater. He's nice as can be & very professional as are his employees. I had hot water in a couple hours. Couldn't ask for better service. Call Saia Plumbing for all your needs. She immediately text the service men who responded ASAP and was at my home the following day before scheduled time and ready to work. They were very Polite.
