Had pipes video inspected as I am purchasing a home and wanted confidence the pipes were in good shape before we moved in. Professional team came in, located a clean out and performed video inspection (even located another clean out for me...under a sidewalk but at least I know). Would recommend! Thank you!

We had a leak of a water pipe under the porch. John and Paul did a fine, professional job of removing bricks to get under the porch, locating the leak and replacing the rotted pipe.

Jason showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he started. When he was done, he gave us a detailed report on what he found and cleaned out. He also captured a video of the entire pipe from my house to the city drains. This was extremely helpful!

These guys came out 2-3 times over a couple of months to clear a toilet line that kept backing up at our house. I believe the repeated back-up was actually caused by issues with back-pressure from the city, but they honored their guarantees and did not charge me for the extra visits they had to make, even though the fact that the issue came back again I don't think was on them at all. So grateful for their quality of service and integrity of business at a stressful time. I will definitely be calling them back for any future needs.

We called Rooter Man on 10/27/2021 to service a clogged residential kitchen drain (in St Rose) and was EXTREMELY PLEASED with their service which was done the next day 10/28/2021. Rooter Man tech Jason was absolutely AWESOME with his obvious experience based knowledge and definite Customer Service orientated personality. A competing plumbing service was originally called in error (due to an apparent fluke) a few days prior. When that competing service arrived (Eagle Plumbing), they were unable to clear the drain clog, charged over $350 for their non-performing service call, and then sent a repair estimate for OVER $11k (stating the drain line needed to be dug-out and replaced). Obviously, eyebrow raising for a retired couple! When Rooter Man (Jason) arrived, he was able to clear the same drain (via a different route) within an hour and charged about 30% less for the service call AND NO DRAIN LINE REPLACEMENT was required (saving Eagle Plumbing's $11k estimate). WHAT A DIFFERENCE A PHONE CALL MADE! Thank You Rooter Man and SUPER Thank You Jason!

This is the second time that I have used Rooter Man, and both times I’ve been so impressed with the excellent high-standard of service received. Their techs, Ryan & Archie arrived at my home in a timely fashion, and expeditiously assessed the situation. Ryan afforded me three repair options for each task: the p-trap under my kitchen sink was not plumb and leaking & the fill valve, flush valve, and tank-to-bowl kit had to be replaced on my spare bathroom toilet. The prices were reasonable, and the job was completed in no time flat. I wish I could give them 6 stars instead of 5! Thanks, guys!

The team at Rooterman provided me with a detailed estimate and some options. The repair required getting up in our attic to shut off the water. They were prepared for this with two qualified technicians for the job. They cleaned the drain and fixed my water supply line in about an hour. Was very impressed with their preparation, and efficiency. I can recommend them; $400.00, drain clearing in a tight area, and two line valves replaced. They accessed the drain without pulling the pedestal sink off the floor mount. Which was amazing.

I'm very pleased with the service we requested. Devon arrived on time and spoke with us about the service we requested. He performed the video tests and explained every detail to us. It appeared to be a disjoint between our main sewer line and the city main line. He also offered to help if needed. We contacted the city sewerage dept. and repairs were made two days later. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Devon explained all the issues we were having and offered solutions to them.

They have also begun installing water heaters at a large multi-family property. They provide reports & corresponding photos for our review. In addition they have created a PM program for these water heaters to extend the life of the equipment!

RooterMan came and RooterMan fixed ! I am so happy to have called this company after having to throw Roto Rooter out of my house last week. Similar name but not similar service. Mr. Jason with RooterMan knows his stuff ! He was professional, prompt, pleasant and thorough. Pricing was reasonable and work was done neatly (as if he lived here). I can’t go on more! As most of us are, I was hesitant to call a plumber to fix household problems, The cost, scheduling and the lack of skills in today’s tradesman. The experience I’ve had, on three occasions, with Rooterman has changed my perspective as well as faith in servicemen that care about their work. In particular I’d like to point out a particular employee named Jason at Rooterman. He was informative and personal but more importantly he did his work not only just to fix the problems I had but he went a step further to assure it would not happen again. On all these occasions, Jason followed up with me to assure the problem was completely solved. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of drain cleaning or plumbing work. You’ll become a believer again in a workforce that cares about what they do as opposed to the mediocre work from the service industry we have experienced for the past several years.

Jason and John came by to my retail location in the LGD and provided excellent service. I needed a drain cleaned out in the basement of my building and they came out in a days notice and fixed it all up. Competitors charge higher minimums, I know this from contractors who have dealt with other companies. I am happy to have found Rooter Man to take care of my plumbing and drain issues.
