Chris was fast and efficient on a rainy and cold Saturday. He answered the first call after two other local businesses didn’t respond. Replaced my mom’s leaking hose bib without problem. Price was steep, but to be expected. Much appreciated.

Christmas Day! Yes, on Christmas Day, these guys answered on the 2nd ring, responded fast and were here within 2 hours of our call. Took them less than 5 mins to identify the problem and get to work. Chris was in and out in under an hour and we were back to getting ready for Christmas. And super thankful they didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend for any plumbing help you need.

I called them at 5:30 am in a panic, because I clogged the toilet with one of those beach tablets. They assured me they’d have someone out there today but he also told me they’d see if they could move some things around with the possibility of coming by earlier. Well they did arrive earlier than the time I was originally given and they gave me a call when someone was on their way. Chris was professional and efficient everything was done so quick. I called at approximately 11:00 AM on a Friday and by 5:00 PM they were at my home. Chris, the technician, explained everything to me in detail, gave me a quote for the cost, and would have replaced it the same day but for the plumbing supply company had closed. He assured me he would pick up my water heater on Monday morning and would be here for 10:00 AM. He was prompt and called first before coming. He got here at approximately 10:20 AM and was done before noon. I would recommend them highly and I would definitely use them again

In one 15-minute visit, Chris did what a previous plumber was too lazy and impatient to do in two visits. He didn’t even require me to jump through a bunch of hoops like the previous plumber did either. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue in less than 60 seconds and completely fixed the problem within minutes. He actually knew what he was doing and didn’t waste time getting it done. Chris cleared whatever was causing the drain to back up and tightened the p-trap. This brother made it look too easy. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I’m asking my home warranty company for Rooter 9-1-1 Plumbing Repair & Drain Service by name. And y’all can send Chris again because the dude was thorough.

This company was called because the plumber from another company botched the job. I was told by the plumber I called out first that the leak in my shower was caused by a bad cartridge. He replaced the cartridge and then called me in the bathroom. He had wrapped the cartridge in a towel to let the water run down in the tub. He said that the valve was the problem and that it was leaking. He needed to go in the wall and replace it but he couldn't do it that day. Long story short, I called this company to fix it. I was told that the valve was cracked because the 1st plumber put too much pressure. They came out and fixed the problem right away. If you want good quality work, don't waste time and money, call Rooter 911!
