NOLA Brew BusWe had an issue with our toilet not turning off after a flush. We called Harold’s at 11:30am on Friday. Fully expecting a next week visit (let’s be honest, it’s the Big Easy...), I was surprised to hear they’d be by around 1:30 same day.
They had to replace a couple of parts, both of which they had in stock on their truck, so it wasn’t necessary to make a second visit. The price was also affordable. The repair was done in under an hour. Very good experience.
Mac SevinThey just finished up with our under the slab plumbing repair. The entire process was stress free. Price was reasonable and actually cheaper than our first estimate. Provided proof of licences and insurance. Julie kept me informed through the entire process. Every worker was polite, respectful and did great work. They cleaned up after there work was done. Lastly, we were able to stay in our home which was an added advantage. I would recommend them to anyone.

Harold used a camera to find the leak and fixed it in no time. Best part was they didn't tear up my yard! Thanks a lot.
