I called about some major kitchen sink plumbing problems on a weekday evening after 4:30, and they were able to send someone out the next morning at 8AM!! The girl who I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Shane (plumber) arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. He fixed it right up and also installed a new faucet, and took care to do the job right! Mr. Rooter will definitely be my go-to going forward, for plumbing and their other services.

Mr. Rooter to the rescue. I had my main water line bust in the ground and was creating a lake in my yard. I had home warranty come out and a week and a half later, they decided they weren’t going to pay for it. So a week and half of water leaking into my yard, I called Mr. Rooter as soon as I found out about the home warranty. They acted so fast, was at my house in a few hours, identified the problem and fixed me back up better than it was before in about 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with this company. The technicians Paul and Devin crushed it. I will continue to refer business to this company and if ever I have any plumbing work in the future, they will be on speed dial. Thanks again for your great work, your professionalism, and you extremely fair price. You guys rock!!!

Dan Helm was the technician/plumber who came to my house to repair a break in my water line between the meter and my house. He was a consummate experienced professional. He explained everything to me, took pictures and wrote a detailed report describing the reason the pipe broke and what he did to fix it. He exemplifies the best in customer service! He totally cleaned up the area when he finished the repair and swept up and hosed off my sidewalk and the area affected by the water leak that was there before he arrived. He took pride in his work. I called about a clogged sink a few days before Thanksgiving. They had an appointment for the day before, and the Plummer, Shane, was able to come by an hour early. He is very respectful and was able to diagnose the problem. He wanted to snake the drain from the roof and avoid hauling the equipment inside the house. It was a great idea to keep the place clean. He was able to do the job within 45 minutes and recommended preventing the problem from happening again. I will use this service again.

I thought I had contacted the Roto Rooter for servicing on Saturday for a leaking kitchen sink. I was surprised to see a Mr. Rooter, and felt unsure about continuing the appointment. But I had a leaking kitchen sink all weekend I was desperate! Mr. Dan, the technician, honest demeanor, knowledge, the way he explained what he would be doing and professionalism. Changed my desperation into thankfulness, to the point I had other plumbing work done also. Last but not least the price was not an astronomical cost! In case I need another plumber I'm going to be sure it's Mr. Rooter.

Chris was so nice and great to work with! He arrived on time and explained what was wrong with the water heater. While we thought it was a quick, simple fix, we ended up having to order a part, which meant a few more days of cold showers. He was so pleasant to talk to and showed me where the new part would go if we wanted to replace it on our own when it arrived so we could get hot showers quicker instead of having to wait for a scheduled appointment to open again once the part arrived. He was efficient and again, one of the nicest workers I’ve had in my home, explaining the process of what he was doing as well as just talking about Louisiana and growing up here since we are new to the area!

Mr Rooter gave me a next day appointment, at a time that fit into my schedule and sent "Cowboy" who was as gracious as he was knowledgeable. He confirmed a dangerous problem my AC person had spotted with my water heater, several problems actually, and while it took my landlord weeks to actually read his report, once they did- they put in a new water heater....I think it's safe? I may have to ask Cowboy to be certain. Trust is important. Update 8/20/22: this is a company who cares...if you need something done right, use them--ask for Cowboy, he won't disappoint- thanks guys!

We had Mr. Rooter install a dishwasher, move an under-the-sink water filtration system, and connect an on-demand water heater. They were polite, knew what they were doing, and wore masks the entire time. The only complaint I had was they forgot to turn the hot water and the water to the filtration system back on. Easy fix but I shouldn't have had to crawl under the sink after paying over $800. I would hire them again, however.

I called because my bathroom toilet was running for a very longtime after flushing. Requested an appointment online. They got back to me the following day and made an appointment the same week on my day off. The technician Derek was polite, found the issue quickly, and repaired it. I was very happy with the company and the service overall. I would recommend them to others. This is a second review for Mr. Rooter. I had a new issue, this time with my guest toilet leaking. Dan Helms came to fix it. He was courteous and presented me a quote before performing the service request. He was very polite and friendly! He provided great customer service. I called two other plumbers initially, one no showed me twice, without even a call to explain why, the other said couldn't get to me before mid January. Then when speaking with a co worker, he told me of Roto Rooter. He called his contact, the plumber answered immediately, asked if it was an emergency, of which I said no, then right there, scheduled a time to meet with me at a later time. His dispatcher called and emailed me as well to set a definite time, followed up with a text to me, then he called me prior to coming out. He was ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem within minutes, I paid him and all done!!! I'll be using this service for not only my home, but for my businesses as well! Thank you so much!!!!

Instead of hiring a local handyman who didn't have the proper equipment (snake, camera, etc) I made an appointment thinking I would be getting a person to come out that had the proper equipment to figure out why my sewer line was clogged. $280 for a tech to tell me he didn't have the equipment on his truck and I would have to call and make another appointment. Then I was charged again for a 2nd appointment. The first guy says he cleared the line all the way to the street with a 4-in cable. My pipe is only 3 in. The 2nd guy that came out was not able to get the line past a certain section so there was no way the 1st guy really go the line all the way thru. If you do use them, save yourself the time and ask for a technician with all the tools on his truck. If not, you are wasting your time and money.

We had a partially clogged main line and this was my first experience with Mr. Rooter. I am very impressed. The person who took my call was knowledgeable and helpful. The plumber who came out, Kevin, was very courteous and professional, and did a great, efficient job. He searched all around our house twice to try to find a clean out valve, which would be less expensive, but it appears that our house doesn't have one. He was also respectful; when he finished his job, I was in the middle of signing a song with my 3 year old daughter and recording it, and he waited in the hallway for us to finish. When I realized he was there, he said he didn't want to interrupt. Anyone else would have come on through! I'm grateful for Kevin's consideration and very satisfied with our service. Highly recommend!

We had a very slow drain in the kitchen and completely pugged in Landry room . Told them I had Washed a MY PILLOW and it leaked foam in the washer and that started the problem. Man went on roof 30 min later he came said I think you have a broken pipe. We can flush it for $400plus or send a Camera down and see then we can fix the broken pipe. I figured why not send a camera down and know for sure what and where the problem is. Made an appointment for the next Tues. When he left the drain was not working at all completely blocked. Cost $250. My Partner comes home that weekend went to home depot bought a $20 Bladder undid the drain under my sink put the bladder and hose in the pipe turn on water 30 min later the drain is making whirlpools it works so good. I call to cancel Tuesday appointment and tell the lady I am VERY Disappointed with my latest experience. She said I am sending an email to a Supervisor and he will be contacting you today. That was 3 days ago and I'm still waiting to be contacted by a supervisor. This was the 3rd time I had used Mr Rooter and the Last UPDATE Today Mr Rooter Refunded my money and Apologized for not returning my call in a timely manor. They also said they were sorry they didn't fix my problem the 1st time . I appreciate the call and the refund . Thank You

I knew finding someone to come quickly would likely be an impossibility but the amazing staff at Mr. Rooter, not only managed to find an appointment for her but got there early, worked efficiently, and had everything finished before the time they originally said they would arrive. All that and they kept me up-to-date throughout, emailed me pictures of the work, were incredibly reasonably priced, and just a pleasure to work with. Highly, highly recommend them.

I've had a persistent drip from the faucet in my wash basin, more like a steady stream of water. Dan had to replace the fixture and rebuilt a part under the basin. He also fixed a toilet which has been "singing" every 2-3 mins. It was a longer job than I anticipated, but Dan was determined to finish the job. He also checked a dryer connection for a gas leak. All clear! Thank you, Dan Helms, for a job well done! And, BTW, the office manager, Missy, I believe, was great at keeping me informed when the schedule changed and there was a delay. Dan Helms is the man! He came to my home and helped me to diagnose the problem with my washing machine backing water up into my shower. He wasn't in a rush to do a quick job and collect a check, he made sure that he ran through the line several times to make sure there weren't any issues. He was polite, courteous and respectful with a mask during this pandemic. Hiring Mr. Rooter was a great experience, and I will call and ask for Dan personally for my next plumbing issue.

There was a leak in the intake line feeding the toilet. Dan Helms Jr diagnosed, offered an estimate of , and repaired the problem within a few hours. He documented the findings during inspection, what needed to be done, and how he was going to fix it. I have a double vanity sink in my master bathroom. I needed both faucets replaced. Because of the very little space to work in, I decided to hire a plumber. I called on Saturday and was able to get a appointment on Sunday. The plumber that reported (Zachary) was very professional and on time. In order for the job to be completed on the same day, the counter top had to be removed. Zachary was very careful and handle the job as if he was repairing completing repairs at his own home. It took him almost 12 hours to complete but I was very happy with the results. I gave four stars instead of five because of the amount of time it took to complete. Also, the corking could have been a little neater when he reinstalled my counter top and back splash and he could have cleaned up a little better. Over all, I am satisfied and the new faucets look great.
