I called Mr. Horne at 10:11 am due to a clogged toilet and Mr.Horne arrived to my home at 1:01 pm which is impeccable! He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Ju responded to a text message on a Saturday in less than an hour. Since it wasn’t an emergency, I arranged to have him come on Monday. He arrived at the designated time and was polite and knowledgeable. We had to replace our cheap garbage disposal that couldn’t be fixed. He went out and bought a replacement and installed it in no time. Reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Ju was amazing his service is totally outstanding,. I called him on Tuesday evening I informed him I had a toilet leak he immediately gave me an appointment for first thing the following morning, at 9:00 am. He called and informed me he was in route he was on time he arrived at 9:00am, he found and repaired my toilet leak along with fixing other issues in some of my other bathrooms. I cannot stress how he exhibit professionalism, organization and explained all issues that he found to me. His attitude was great !!! He truly is the example of what you would call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Thanks Mr. Ju

Mr. Horne was the only plumber that called back the same day to schedule an appt. He was very professional, arrived on time, and his price beat several other plumbers in the area. Mr. Horne also had the opportunity to overcharge me with a service that I did not need. He was honest and and I really appreciate that. If I have any other plumbing needs, this is the company that I will use. I have also recommended Mr. Horne to relatives.

Very good experience. Called Ju in the late morning and he was able to squeeze me in a couple hours later. His work only took about 30 minutes. Very reasonable price and he’s very nice. Even used disinfected wipes after he touched the door handles. Love!!! Will always call him when I’m having plumbing problems!!!

Julius is amazing!!! He helped us to put in our dishwasher for a very reasonable rate. He has helped us on so many plumbing issues and we fully trust him to do the 'right' job, for the 'right' money! Trustworthy, kind, personable and professional - he is the only plumber for us. When having service of any kind done to your home you really need a 'journeyman' plumber to insure that the work is being done right; mishaps, and mistakes, can cost thousands to fix later on. I called Ju at 10am & he came all the way to Delacroix to fix our RV toilet that was beyond clogged that afternoon. He worked in the rain until he got the lines cleared-never once complaining about horrid conditions. He got us squared away in no time! He was the only plumber in a 50 mile radius that would come to our rescue! Highly recommend this very nice & experienced plumber!
