I had an emergency where my main line was stopped up and I needed help ASAP. I called around and nobody could get to me for 1-2 days. A friend referred me to Michael Shaver Plumbing. They said they could be at my house within a few hours that same day. Sean showed up early and was in and out within an hour. He was very professional and polite. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. They were there when I needed them and I highly recommend them. Top notch!

They came on time and fixed my clog. It wasn't cheap but they stood by their work and although the first tech didn't fix the problem the second tech that came out was incredibly thorough and I wasn't charged an additional fee. I will definitely recommend them and use them again. Great company and worth every penny.

We had very low pressure in our house and noticed water bubbling up beside our driveway. We called out another company, but they were unable to locate the leak. Our area was hit with a winter storm and most other companies were not going to be able to respond. Michael Shaver Plumbing came right out and were able to locate the leak quickly. They were very knowledgeable and were able to fix the issue despite the frigid temps. We really appreciated their help and will be using them in the future!

Simply professional! I called, set an appointment, they called an hour before they were scheduled to let me know they would be there, they were perfectly punctual, he was ppe ready, gave me two choices of what I could do and prices, I chose the best value, Phillip went above and beyond. I'm getting some major work done soon and I am getting a quote from them and sure hope it's as great a service as this time! I highly recommend them.

Found a water leak in our basement over the weekend. I contacted Michael Shaver Plumbing via their online form. Received an immediate response to expect a phone call, which I did. They were able to dispatch Larry who did a fantastic job. The following week I contacted Michael again to come out and empty my septic tank. Great people, super nice and responsive. Great customer service follow up call a few days after our service was completed. Highly recommended.

Timely and affordable! I called in the morning and was told someone would arrive between 3:30 & 6pm... that day!! Ben arrived at 6 and immediately assessed our water pressure and pipe knocking problem. Parts were already on hand and an hour later we had a new water pressure regulator. I really can't say enough about this company and Michael Shaver. I had a plumbing leak I could not find. I googled plumber in my area. I called his company and from the start Mr Shaver was giving me options to try to help me save money even if it meant not using his services. The next day they showed up to help me with leak detection. They helped me with some old pipes I had repaired poorly on my own and was able to find my leak quickly. They really cared if I had water. I'm going to say these men were a God send. Truly. At a really hard time for my family here at the holidays. They reminded me people are still good!!!! People do care about others! I highly recommend using this company. Honest family owned! I will forever only use and recommend them..

I have used Michael Shaver Plumbing on three different occasions. They have always been professional, quick, and honest. Today, Josh installed a new hot water heater for us. He took the time to do it right by creating the needed plumbing instead of simply using screw on hoses. Tech sent was polite. Had a leaky stem or valve on a cold water bathtub faucet handle was the diagnosis. Solution: replace both stem and valve in a cold water faucet handle. Estimated cost for repair: a little over $900 if they provided the parts. If parts were provided by me the estimate was a little over $600. I opted not to use this business for the repair work. A new stem at Ace hardware alone costs $8-$12, valve was priced a little over $120. Time estimated to replace by every plumber I called was no more than 2 hours to replace the valve and 20 minutes or less to replace the stem alone...

I called for help from a recommendation from the Next Door app. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and our plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem. However, when I made the appointment, I was not told it would be $250 for them just to come to my house and look at the issue. Maybe I should have asked, but I also think it’s the company’s duty to be up front. Be sure to ask how much they will be before booking!

We purchased a home with unknown plumbing issues, unable to efficiently use our showers and toilets, we were frustrated. After attempting to auger our sewer line ourselves, pulling up tree roots, we realized it was an issue that we should not handle ourselves. We called a few other companies with no response. Michael Shaver plumbing came out on our schedule, Larry did a great job diagnosing and fixing our issues. We no longer have tree roots in our sewer line. I believe that the pricing was fair and service was exceptional. I know that we will use them again for other issues that we are unable to tackle on our own.

Main water line busted and your "big" plumbing companies were not willing to repair until next day. With the reality of having no water in the house was a nightmare. Great guys! Called them and they were here the next day, even after the 4th of July holiday! Came in, fixed the major leak in the front yard in no time. And then asked them to look at another issue inside the house, and they found another leak which could’ve been major, but they caught it just in time.
