First time customer and I am very pleased with the all around service provided. Even though the original quote did end up increasing due to unavoidable necessary repairs, Nathan did his best to repair what was existing. He did a great job to finish timely and patiently walked me through all repairs and ensured that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and explain all options for the additional repairs and I did not feel pressured when making final decisions. We now have all issues fixed and I feel confident that his quality workmanship will last years. I would definitely recommend Master Plumbing of Tennessee because of their responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, pricing, quality of work, friendliness and great customer service. Thank you again, Nathan, for helping fix our plumbing issues correctly.

Discovered I had a leaky toilet so I decided to call around different plumbers to for price quotes. I wanted to remove the old toilet and install a new one in its place. After calling around and getting different pricing’s I decided to go with Master Plumbing and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with Jennifer who setup the appointment and got me the quote. She was super friendly and kind throughout the entire conversation. Glenn who came out to install the new toilet was great as well. He was very friendly and was willing to go out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. From my experience this is why I love dealing with family own businesses. Thank you Master Plumbing for the great experience and hard work.

My husband and I used Master Plumbing of Tennessee for our broken water heater after an awful, awful experience with another water heater company last December. The other company left us with no options due to the placement of our water heater (next to washer/dryer in a small closet) and essentially told us that there was no way to fix it. We felt completely hopeless after our experience with them and tried calling around to see if any company would be able to help us. Master plumbing of Tennessee was very, very responsive and helpful! The receptionist on the phone assured me that they would do their best and would not leave me without any help as the other company did. Glenn came to our house immediately and worked tirelessly to help us fix our water heater! We explained the situation and he was able to help us move the washer/dryer, fix the water heater, and replace the washer/dryer. Glenn stayed with us for hours to resolve our issue. We felt as though he knew how desperate we were and worked to help ease our anxiety and fears. We are eternally grateful to have come across a company that is fair, hardworking, and CARES about the customer enough to go the extra mile. We recommend this company a MILLION times over! The service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and we can't rave about them enough.

Master plumbing of Tn is the place to go for any plumbing job big or small. The team recently replaced the sewer drains in our house, re-piped the water lines, and installed all of the fixtures on our project. Out of all the contractors working on our house, Master Plumbing were the easiest to work with. Reasonable prices, quality work, and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Highly recommended!

My Husband and I were very impressed with the friendly and efficient service provided by master Plumbing , Inc. We had an emergency, leaking water heater at 5:30pm on a Wednesday, which meant we were at the mercy of whichever plumber responded first. These days it feels like no one responds. After waiting for 2 other companies to call back, we reached master Plumbing and they arrived at our house within an hour of contact! Glenn was able to switch out our water heater that same night, and had us up and running around 10pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that we were lucky enough to use this company during our plumbing emergency. We would surely call him again

We had 2 plumbing issues within 2 weeks. The people at Master Plumbing were quick to respond and correct the problem(s). We then had an unforeseen emergency & Master plumbers had 3 people at our home within an hour. They explained what happened and fixed it immediately. We can't thank them enouph & will definitely call them again if we need a quality plumber.

Highly recommend this great service. Glenn was exceptional - diagnosed a broken sewer pipe in our front yard and patiently walked us through every step of the process. He answered all our questions, and repaired the pipe with minimal damage to the yard. They turned a potentially devastating situation into an easy one. Thanks Glenn!

Glenn came out on a service call through my home warranty. He was wonderful. At first the home warranty company said they wouldn't replace my garbage disposal but Glenn solved the problem and I ended up with a brand new replacement. He was patient and waited whole we sorted it out with the home warranty. I would recommend this business to anyone. A++

I am glad to give a 5 star rating to them! Our plumbing backed up from the main line and we couldn't use bathrooms or shower. Glenn came out to our house on a Saturday to find where the blockage was and discovered it was tree roots in the line. He was really nice and caring and lined up all the equipment he needed so that on Sunday he could start digging. By Sunday evening he had new lines put in around the tree and all our drains work great now! He knew exactly what he was doing and was extremely professional. I totally recommend Master Plumbing to anyone with any problems!

Glenn is the man! He sent us a text when he was on his way over. BONUS. He was on time. He got all our new toilets installed. He had to fix some of the plumbing so it took some time but he got everything done in reasonable time and at an affordable price. He also laid down mats and wore shoe coverings so he wouldn't track dirt around the house.

Our home warranty company sent out Master Plumbing of TN for a service call due to hot water and garbage disposal leaking. Both gentleman did a great job and worked hard. They were able to replace my items that day.

This contractor outshines others in this area. If I have a job for my house or a job through my warranty I will only use Master Plumbing. Jennifer is great in the office, and Glenn, Chad, and Nathan will do the dirtiest jobs with a smile on their face, 0 complaints.

I live with my elderly mother who is on oxygen. They saw that we were in terrible shape due to blocked sewer line They were a strong advocate with the warranty company. We got a new line in a few days. The gentleman gave up his Saturday. I cannot praise them enough.

There is a host of negative reviews and while I did also have my issues, non of them are MPoTs fault in my opinion. An employee was sent to replace the water heater in my home who wasn't operating under the confines of the law. I need not go further and this business shouldn't be negatively impacted publicly by one devious employee. He was quickly removed from the job and the owner of the business personally saw to my job being completed after the mishap. I've had zero issues with the new water heater since it's replacement.

Simple, typical set up. Professional, friendly staff. My hubby and son shot a 50 cal and had a blast! So freakin' loud! We were there during a quiet time of day but it looks like they get busy with classes, and sales. Their shooting range is inside, fairly typical and with the heat, much appreciated. Thanks for the good time, and we'll be back! Highly recommend
