Brandon and his coworker came to look at my washing unit that had been overflowing and flooding my basement. They unclogged where it had been getting backed up and went the extra mile to check the rest of my plumbing situation at no extra fee with some top end camera and found some additional issues with some pretty shoddy plumbing work that had been installed by the previous owner of my home. I trusted Brandon once again with helping me get the work sorted from line at my house all the way out to the sewer line since there were clearly issues that could become a catastrophe during the winter. They did a lead line burst and replaced a slip line and clay tile with more reliable material and helped the gradient moving to the sewer line out in the street. Brandon set everything up for me from the excavators he worked with to communicating with the city planning and auditor plus any permitting that was required. We set a date and he had everything done in the same day and even put in extra work and time to get the job done right and stuck with his initial estimate despite any challenges that cropped up. The finished product looks great compared to what i had there (unfinished basement) and he stuck around to converse and share some of his life with me. Straightforward, honest and reliable. Brandon is a veteran with a heart of gold and he really cares about people and it shows with how much care he puts into both his work and communication. I will definitely be keeping his number handy as he offers emergency services for plumbing and is amiable to helping however necessary at any time day or night

Stop reading reviews and call Brandon at FM Drain Cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced. I had major issues with the main drain of my house. He looked at it and had an estimate the same day I called. His contacts with other local tradesmen made the whole process very easy. His communication throughout the job was exceptional and always returned calls/texts in a timely manner.

Brandon did a great job for me. My kitchen sink had some issues and needed a new setup and he got it working perfectly for me again. Also looked at my water softener and made sure that was running correctly. Great guy and great price.

We had a draining issue since we bought our house, and had another local company come to help us fix the issue. They just augered the drain and called it good. Then tried to over-bill us. Then it happened again, and we contact Brandon. He came out and used his camera to find the issue, and boy did we find it. Had to get a whole new sewer line put in. Brandon handled everything for us, kept us informed on the situation, and upfront and honest about all costs to us. Glad to know there's still good and honest people working hard out there! Cannot and will not recommend anyone else but him.

I had drains in main level all backing into the tub and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. I had another plumber come out and try for two hours and couldn’t get unclogged. I called Brandon. He came out same day. Fixed the clog in approximately 45 minutes! Toilet flushes properly, drains all run clear, no back up. Very reasonable price also. Highly recommend this company!
