I have had one of their Boiler Techs Jerry out to our home a few times for maintenance and repairs to our boiler system. They’ve always worked with us on scheduling, trying to keep things convenient. I work in the trades and can recognize when someone is good at what they do and they actually care about the work that they do. Jerry is amazing at what he does, he works quickly and tries his best to give you the best possible finished product possible. Since meeting him the first time he was out to our house, I have requested him by name every time I need something. I am generally a do it yourself person, but I’m not familiar with boiler heat systems. Jerry is, and I will continue to call them in the future!

This company bought out an old family company my family and I have used for decades. I was a bit skeptical as I was used to the small family-run business I had used in the past. But I needed to have my HVAC checked so I called on Monday morning and they sent someone out that same day. My technician, Guy, was fabulous. I needed general inspection of my HVAC system plus he noticed my water heater was 14 years old and nearing "borrowed" time. After discussion and pricing, I agreed to a yearly maintenance program which gave me furnace, air conditioner, and plumbing check up each year plus no diagnosis charge and 10% discount on all repairs for the year. It was a very affordable way to have all systems looked at. We have an older home and this is a valuable service. You can imagine how shocked I was when Guy took off the AC cover and found this debris covering the filters. I did not even know your AC unit needed to be serviced and cleaned every year. This was after 11 years. I was surprised I had not ruined my AC. Guy carefully cleaned the entire unit and it looks and acts brand new. I was very pleased with this company and I will continue to use them and Guy in the future. In fact, they are coming today to install a new water heater as a pro-active move. I don't want to wake up to a flooded basement and the unit is 14 years old. Guy said I probably only have about 30 gallons of actual water in a 50 gallon heater because of all the sludge that has accumulated. Great job, prompt and efficient.

6 year old water heater went out overnight, and after having dealt with a number of other HVAC and Plumbing contractors earlier in the day in an attempt to get the heater replaced, I called Rol Air and they were able to dispatch a tech within 2 hours - with the water heater in tow. The tech was knowledgeable and did a good job, even tested my water to try and find out why my heater had a premature failure. My only complaint was that they would not match a firm bid from my preferred vendor (who was unable to come anytime soon) and I payed about $1000 more than I was expecting for the identical water heater (AO smith Pro series). To be fair, Rol Air was in line with the other vendors I had spoken to and received bids from earlier in the day (other than my preferred vendor), but the fact remains that this WAS an overpriced service. A consumer grade AO Smith atmospheric vent natural gas water heater is $600 at Lowe's, and a quick search at Ferguson supply warehouse shows that the Pro is about $800. General rule of thumb for contract work is cost of materials x2... you do the math. The only saving grace to the extremely high cost was that I was able to have the appliance replaced same day (and due to my circumstances, self install is not an option at this time.)

Due to where I live, Far West Metro, There are very few options for plumbers. Yes I could have used others but they were unable to get my in within 48 hours. We first called Rol Air when our water heater was acting up fully expecting them to just want to replace it. First off, the technician offered to pick us up donuts and coffee on the way over (what!?). Even though it was 18 years old he still took the time to show us a couple things we could try to make our water heater last a little longer. He wrote up several estimates with different options if we wanted to replace it and gave us pros and cons. We ended up trying to keep it going and it lasted another two months. We had Rol Air come back out and replace it today. Again the guys were really professional and helpful and did a great job. I felt the prices were fair and would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional, professional service! Top tier work and they stand by their word! We had a new heater and AC put in to our 26 year old house. I was not an easy customer for them to deal with as we had a couple of issues with the new furnace. They made everything right in the end at great cost to them. We called on a Friday afternoon after discovering water pooling from an in ground pipe in our basement. Rol Air answered right away and scheduled a technician to arrive within 1 1/2 hours (remember, Friday afternoon). We were sent several confirmations of the appointment scheduled. He also received information and a picture of the technician for our peace of mind. Mitch E called us when he was enroute to inquire more information ahead of time. He arrived on time, wore shoe coverings and was overall extremely pleasant to work with during our time of crisis. Mitch did a full inspection of our basement and determined the water was due to ground saturation. We were grateful for the peace of mind that is was not worse. We will be using Rol Air for all of our future services needs including heating, air and our water softner.

I have never used this company before the other day, in fact I had never heard of them. I googled similar companies in the St. Cloud area for their reviews in this company had five stars. My technicians name was Wyatt and I mention him by name only because he is the reason that I will stay with this company as long as he is employed there! I was a COO before retiring and I’ve gone through hundreds of employees over my career. If I had six young men like Wyatt I could dominate whatever field of business I chose. I can’t say or speak highly enough of this young man, he’s incredible! So, enclosing I hope to stay in touch with Wyatt for all of my heating and air conditioning/plumbing issues because he’s earned my loyalty and respect.

I've been using Rol Air for the majority of my time in my current house. For nearly 10 years they've done everything from HVAC installation, A/C repair and plumbing. They are always on time, always professional and I have never had any issues with the work they have done. I trust their recommendations and they have always been upfront about pricing. You never want to have to call your HVAC/Plumber, but at least I know when I do, I'll be getting an honest and professional assessment that is what's best for me and not them.

These are both substantial investments in your home and they are essential to everyday life, they are also easily taken for granted...Rol Air obviously does not. My main drain was plugged. I call other plumbers no one could come over. I would have had to wait for almost a week. I called Hardware Hank and they referred me to this co. He advised me what to do and referred me to their Restoration co. This guy came to my house at 1:30 am this morning. Follow ing up today with damages. They are making so much easier for me and homeowners. Of all the plumbers and others involved they are there best group I have ever had. They know what they are doing.Quick and proficient. Rol Air always does great work! We called yesterday with a sink issue. They gave us a window of arrival, and even though they didn't make it, they reached out before the end of the window to let us know and reset expectations. Jerry was professional and knowledgeable, found not only the primary issue (a bad garbage disposal), but also found and explained a second issue caused by the first one. Terrific experience, the disposal is replaced and works way better than the previous one ever did!

Jay was very knowledgeable and presented us with several reasonably priced options for a complete HVAC replacement. He and his crew diligently worked to get the install done. They left us with the AC running (it was in the 70s) but the next day, as it can do in Minnesota, it was in the 40s. When we went to turn the heat on - it didn't light. One call to Jay personally, and he was there within an hour, on a Saturday night. It was an easy fix - an internal switch needed to be reset, took about 30 seconds. We never would have gotten the quick, friendly personal service from a corporate company. Hire Jay and his crew and you'll get great service, from a local business.

Rol Air and Jay helped our family in a huge way. We had a thermostat installed (routine) and ended up with red tape, a cracked heat exchanger and our furnace being shut down which meant no heat in January! I think our heads were spinning when Jay came in and explained our options to us. He explained carefully what they would do and the next morning at 8am they were there to install our new unit. They were extremely careful and also installed some new duct work for us. The plumbing work was acceptable. However, I did not appreciate three large advertising stickers being placed on equipment not serviced. I feel somewhat violated because I trusted the technician to work in my house and did not agree to solicitation signage. In addition, Rolair started sending me a newsletter, but these seem to have stopped after I complained. I would only use Rolair as a last resort because of this company's aggressive marketing.

Our furnace went out during the coldest week in November 2014. With a baby and my husband sick at home it was a real problem! We were able to get someone out the same day to check out and diagnose the problem. Their rates were much better than Centerpoint Energy and they were able to give a specific timeframe they would be there (unlike Centerpoint which gave an 8 hour open window). Turns out there was multiple issues with the furnace which was getting old ~20 years. Jay sat down and gave us several options on how to tackle the problem and laid out exactly what each cost would be and the pros/cons. We ended up getting a new energy efficient gas furnace. They price and the service was great, they installed it quickly and they were very professional! He also took my call after 5:30PM to answer a last minute question about the system they installed. My brother's AC crapped out (it was several years past its life expectancy) and we needed help ASAP. There was a heat wave and the kids were going nuts, fighting each other over fans and ice. I called Rol Air, and Jay, the owner, came out the same day. He gave me the bad news - my brother's ancient AC unit was done for, and could possibly be repaired but would only last at most another year. We opted for the new AC unit rather than a repair that may only hold for a short time.
