Kris from Richfield plumbing was extremely helpful. We have been living with an issue and due to lack of access we were dreading calling another plumber (we actually had another Plummer come out prior to Kris and he was unable to resolve the issue). Well, the issue is resolved AND he helped set us up for success in the future. Highly recommend!

Brian from Richfield Plumbing was beyond fabulous! He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our kitchen drain. He also took the time to fix our trap which was never installed correctly to begin with. No song and dance, very reasonable and high integrity. A totally pleasant experience and very professional. I would very highly recommend Richfield Plumbing. They are my new “go to” plumber. I wish I would have known about them several years ago!

I was quoted more than double the cost of replacing the guts of two toilets by a company who shall remain nameless.
After communicating and photographing my problems to Mike via email and having Dominic over to assess the situation, it became clear to me that so many companies have an unscrupulous, arbitrary rate system. Mike gave me their up-front hourly rate and an estimated time frame needed to complete the job. He is an excellent communicator which is necessary in performing any job with skill. Dominic performed the plumbing and made short work of it. The two of them saved me a lot of stress and money. They've earned my trust and I will always call on Richfield Plumbing for future issues.

Great service, I got a quote from another company to unclog a drain for $380, but Richfield Plumbing Co did it for just $160. The plumber that came knew exactly what he was doing, and had the drain free in about 10 minutes. Excellent service!

Two critical qualities differentiate this outfit — Trustworthy and fair. No, they may not be the cheapest service you might dig up, but they’re fairly priced and were very professional.
In the midst of the pandemic, the last thing I wanted was a stranger coming into my home (and my master suite bathroom), after I’d carefully isolated for 7 weeks. It turns out my usual handyman was uncomfortable wearing a mask, had been in and out of supply shops without protection, and now had “the sniffles.” These folks came recommended by two different members of my exercise network. They were masked and bootied, kept their distance, and sanitized the area after their work was done. And they weren’t just going through the motions with all these precautions. They seemed to genuinely appreciate the need to protect themselves from possible contamination just as much as the customer.
Yep, plumbers don’t come cheap, but sometimes you just need one. When you do, fair and trustworthy is probably the best place to put your money. And I’d sooner support these honest, small shops than the big ones with all the expensive TV ads.
A usually cranky, but now satisfied customer here.

Kitchen faucet install:
Just called for a quote to save you the trouble: $139/hr, minimum one hour, charged in 15 minute increments after first hour. Time starts when they leave their shop until they return to their shop- so you better hope the traffic isn't bad.
Extra for parts.
For comparison, Home Depot quoted me a straight $149 for a kitchen faucet install.

The work was ok, just not worth the price, I recommend finding a business with more competitive rates. No quote, no communication during or after work. We had no idea how much it would even cost until 2 weeks after the work was done when they snail mailed the invoice to us. $300 for 30 minutes of labor (I'm not counting parts) I know they charge for driving time but I chose them specifically because they are close to our house (3 miles away). Caveat emptor!

I'll start out by saying they were the ONLY company to give me an upfront quote over the phone without any games or having to come to my house first. I just needed 2 drain lines cleaned of roots. $146 for the main line and $60 for any additional line, which I felt was a fair price. Brian was the one to stop out and he was very nice. I asked him if there were any "hidden fees" he let me know that the price I was quoted over the phone was indeed the price NO MATTER if he was here for 1 hr or 3 hrs. It only took him about 30-40mins to clean out both lines as they were in pretty good shape. Although I didn't need anything major done I had a good experience. :)

Had problem with almost no hot water flow on the upstairs shower and Ro-to Root-er wanted $1500.00 + Parts to fix it. Richfield Plumbing fixed it, No Parts Needed for $308.00. They also fixed a Leaking water supply valve at the same time. I'm sure the Rooter would have added another $3000.00 for that.

Was referred to Richfield Plumbing. Haven't used their services just yet but when looking at reviews I got irritated. There are a few negative reviews from people that have never once used their services.
i.e. Corvettes are overpriced terrible cars. (I've never owned or even driven a Corvette.)
