Called on a Monday morning and they were able to get Leo out same day to our home in Nashua. The staff I spoke with on the phone were great and Leo was kind and professional. We had some issues with a pipe not draining properly and had some flooding in our basement. He fixed our problem quickly and had a great attitude. Would recommend and thank you for Leo's help!

Leo came to our house today to investigate a clogged pipe and he was able to clear it. He was professional, worked neatly, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing. If I ever need this company again, I will specifically ask for him because he was great to work with. My husband and I have come to appreciate fine workers when we encounter them. Roto-Rooter got me in next day for a plumbing clog/drain cleaning. I received a phone call at the appointment time indicating they would be there within the hour and they were. The technicians were very knowledgeable and was able to clean everything out without issue. They gave me some suggestions of what to do in the future if we have any further issues and also advised that they can do all of it if need be.

We had Alan here to look at a really bad clog, turned out to be multiple ones since it's an old house and some roots had gotten in our main drain outside. He was simply put amazing and did a great job! Very knowledgeable, fast and quick to get started and locate the problem. I've been working with Roto-Rooter for about three months and it's time for me to give them a proper thanks with this review. I own an apartment complex and early this past summer we discovered a blockage in our septic system line. It turns out that it was much more than a blockage and required the services of Roto-Rooter with their experience and know-how. I can honestly say that without the focus and diligence of the team at Roto-Rooter in Manchester, NH I do not believe that I would be out of the woods from repairing this septic challenge. I want to thank the foreman on the job, James, who is an excellent communicator, incredibly knowledgeable and one of the most responsive and hard working contractors that I have had the pleasure to work with. Mark, the owner was out to the work site several times and I appreciated his involvement and flexibility with his team, resources and approach. There were many others that have assisted us and I thank each and everyone of them. I strongly recommend using their services as my experience with them was absolutely outstanding.

Had a drain problem and needed to have it cleared. They had a tech in the area that was able to get to our house within 2 hours. Not sure if that is always the case but it was good timing for us. Would call them again for other drainage or plumbing needs. Alan was very knowledgeable and handled the situation fast.

Really difficult case with tree roots in an old pipe. The technician worked 2 hours to clear it up and pulled a ton of roots out. Very responsive and cleaned up well. Appreciate him sticking wth it even though it was a tough job.

After returning to check on my cottage I saw that even after having the septic pumped my toilet and sinks were still backing up.It was a Saturday and thinking nobody would be available on a Saturday I gave it a shot and called Rotor Rooter. I'm very happy to say someone was available. Im very pleased with the calls I got to say when someone would be there and even called back to say when they were on their way. Mike arrived and explained everything he would be doing. He was very friendly and thorough.He completed the work that needed to be done, explained all he did. Leo was great - he checked out my corroded pipe, made a recommendation to fix that pipe and the pipe on the sink next to it, and gave me an estimate that was literally spot on. He made the fix quickly and tested thoroughly before leaving. The actual cost was about $4 less than the estimate. the appointment was easy to make online and their initial call was prompt. I would definitely use them again!

Roto-Rooter came to our rescue not once, but twice in 4 days. They used video to locate and mark our clog and then sent in the big truck to it blast away! I had the worst experience with this company> My tenant called them to clean out the main sewer drain. The technician James came and called me me because I was the one paying. I thought the price $472 was high but he was there so I gave him my CC. According to the tenant he spent an hour or an hour and 15 minutes and said its clear. My tenant woke up the next morning with raw sewerage all over her basement floor. I called the company and was told it would cost me another $472 to have him come back. Then she said I could also pay for the camera...another $410. I have used drain cleaning company s before and the camera was always included. So to have him come back it woul d cost $882 to do it right.When I threatened to stop teh CC payment and expose my experience on social media, she said she would call me back...still waiting for that call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DRAIN CLEANING EVER !!!

I called for two services. My personal home and rental property that I own. My home's drain was fully clogged and we had done pretty much anything that a homeowner can do to try to fix it. Alan arrived, explained everything that he was doing to diagnose and then fix the problem. He was in and done in an hour and a half. My rental property had already had a contractor work on it. Then a couple of weeks later, the unit began experiencing draining issues again. Alan diagnosed the issue and explained the fix. The issue turned out to be tree roots clogging the pipe so without running the camera down there to see what the issue was, this issue would have reared its' ugly head over and over. Alan went through all possible diagnostic scenarios before using the camera (recognizing that using the camera increases the cost of the service pretty substantially). Alan was professional and personable and both issues were resolved on the same day. Thank you Alan!

We had a clog in our sewer drain in Concord. I called and the person said to meet someone there in an hour. I was very pleased when Troy showed up in 1 hour to the minute. He went through the procedure and what he was going to do. I found him to be hardworking and professional, and the tools he used were the same. He went through his findings with me when he was finished (about 1.5 hours total). I give the service and results 5 stars, but the price 3 stars, hence 4 as a final review. This may be comparable to others, so please don't take this as a negative, but just a bit surprising how much it cost.

I had a clog in the main sewerage line, late on a Friday morning. When I called , I was given a 2 hour window for someone to be out that day. The tech came when expected and was courteous and knowledgeable. The drain was cleared in a timely manner and I was shown where the issues were with the camera that was used in the pipe. The price was reasonable and the job was done right and quickly. What more could you ask for?

Saturday morning I woke up to a clogged plumbing line (never a great way to start the weekend). Wondering who to call I went to Google and asked for plumbers in Manchester, NH. Roto-Rooter was local, had great reviews, and was open on weekends. The call-in was quick and simple - a technician was en-route in only a couple of hours and the issue was resolved for a flat rate (which was quoted over the phone). Although I'm never thrilled with spending money on house repairs, the crew at Roto-Rooter was extremely helpful, respectful, and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Our downstairs toilet backed up for seemingly no reason. We couldn't use water anywhere in the house without it overflowing. We needed a plumber fast. At 9:30 we called Roto-Rooter and were connected to the Manchester NH location. In 2 hours we had a very knowledgeable, kind, and professional technician at our house. It was nearly 90 degrees and Tom # 294 dug down to our septic system, isolated, and fixed the problem swiftly. He also answered some other unrelated plumbing questions I had. Wonderful experience. I had a clog in the drain that affected the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. I needed it fixed right away, I called roto rooter and was given a time that day. Had the unfortunate experience of a sewage leak into our basement on a Saturday afternoon. Our initial plan was to wait until Monday when a service call would be less expensive, but come Sunday morning, we had had enough of not flushing and no showers. We called Roto-Rooter and had a technician call back within 15 minutes. Pete, tech #340, was kind, polite and very responsive. Not what I expected from someone who had to come clear out and scope a sewer line on a Sunday. We joked about it at least being the Patriot's bye week. He arrived within a couple hours, cleared the line and scoped it with a camera to give my wife and I piece of mind that there was no damage to be concerned with. Would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter and recommend asking for Pete if you can.

"I live in a townhouse with an Association that is run very poorly, when I had water backing up out of my basement pipe the association did nothing. I was referred to Mark Simard at Roto Rooter by a close friend, and I am so happy that I called. Josh a plumbing technician was lucky enough to get the appointment to my place, very nice and pleasant and easy to talk with regarding the issues I was having. After a while Josh was pretty sure it was not within my townhouse, but outside and the association president wouldn't even answer the door. Mark, Josh's manager was called in to assess the situation and between the two of them they were able to talk with the association president and with much patience they were able to dig outside and what a mess it all turned out to be. Mark, Josh, Jeff and Russell (don't hold me to the right names, it was a bad day), stayed until they could make it safe for us to use our water again. It was explained to myself and two other owners in a way that we understood where we stand, what Roto Rooter could do for us, and our next options. All while dealing with the association presidents poor attitude. Scheduling and confirmation of your appointment is reliable and clear. I've used Roto-rooter for a drain clog and while a bit more money than I anticipated the work was done on time and I had good results. So I called them to do the rough plumbing for a bath remodel. My experience for this mid-complexity job was that the time to complete the work was on the long side and the cost was about 2X what I have paid in the past for a job of harder complexity (2nd floor vs. 1st floor with clear basement access. In summary, I would say that these guys are excellent for emergency drain service but for major plumbing jobs they are perhaps not so well equipped.

My toilet overflowed on a SUNDAY!! The only plumbing service that returned my call and could come was Roto-Rooter of Manchester NH The plumber - Tom me called me back within 15 minutes of my call, confirmed the information about my emergency and gave me a 2 hour window of when he would be able to get to my home – he was on another job. Within about 1/2 hour I received another call that he had finished the previous job and could come right away. Tom was professional and tried all the standard procedures on the clog. When it became obvious that the clog was further down the pipes he gave me all the information and options along with a new estimate. When I gave the go ahead the problem was solved in a reasonable amount of time. Tom was very informative and did a great job. I was very happy with the service and that I had a working toilet again on a weekend!

Technicians (2) arrived within the scheduled appointment timeframe and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem - 2 clogged toilets due to "excess toilet paper" which needed to be cleared out. Costs were explained prior to beginning the work, along with additional cost if using the auger didn't work. Luckily, it did and they didn't need to go further. I did find out that we need to switch from the soft/thick double sheet toilet paper we have been using to a single sheet since the design of the toilet tends to become clogged more easily than others. Thank you Roto-Rooter for the fast, efficient fix. I would definitely call them again and also recommend Roto-Rooter for any future issued needing a plumber.

Good sir Tom came out to my house and did a power wash on my drainage lines. Cleared all the roots out and my house drains fine now. Another company was telling me I HAD to excavate the lawn and replace the pipes. I had everything fixed for a fraction of the price. A bit pricey still but for the job that was done and the advice was worth more than that.

I had an emergency call on Easter Sunday, my return phone call was returned promptly. An appt. was set up for the next morning. Leo came and did a great job in troubleshooting and repairing toilet. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only problem; sewage backup discovered, septic pump not working so needed to get septic pumped and then pump replaced. Everything repaired now. Roto-Rooter is the only service provider I have used in the past. I have used their service 3 times over the past 20+ years; most recently 02/2018. Their customer service is top notch from beginning to end. Phone service and scheduling is convenient and prompt. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and in all 3 instances, the issue (s) was always resolved within 10-20 minutes.erstood Our latest issue was a drain pipe for our washer. I have a manual snake; of which, I could not resolve. I called my brother-in-law who has been a plumber got over 30 years. He instructed me to call Roto-Rooter as they are the DRAIN experts. I called and Juanita was very polite and understood my request with detail. She scheduled the appt. and the service technician arrived on time. Manny (343) understood where the issue was by asking 2-3 question. Our washer drain was resolved within 10-15 minutes. Kudos to Juanita and Manny ... Roto-Rooter is fortunate to have such great employees which places Roto-Rooter at the top in this business!

I had a sewage backup, called Roto-Rooter plumber in Manchester at 8am, the technician was dispatched to my house in less than an hour. Tom (tech 294) arrived, he was friendly and polite which was a major plus. He had the situation diagnosed with an estimate in no time at all and then was very up-front with pricing and the possibility that there may be a larger problem which may cost more. Bing, bang done!!! Tom fixed the problem and got me to show me monitor as he ran the camera through the sewage pipes while he explained the trouble area and preventative maintenance that can be done. These things always cost money so to me it is professionalism and quality that are the benchmarks of value. Additionally we had to move a piece of furniture to access the clean-out, which Tom helped me both remove and place back. I can't say enough positive things about this experience, nobody wants to have to call for help but if you do I suggest calling Roto-Rooter plumbers in Manchester NH and ask for Tom. Thanks!

I called Roto-Rooter to resolve a problem with a slow flowing toilet in my house. Roto- Rooter told me the plumber would be at my house between 12 PM and 2 PM, he arrived at 12:45 PM and quickly assesed the problem. The problem proved to be tree roots in the sewer pipe. Leo from Roto-Rooter quickly cut the roots out of the line and removed them. Leo cleaned the area where he was working and finished the job in a professional manner. Maintenance Manager for a mid size Transformer manufacturing plant here. 24 hrs ago the entire employee bathrooms became useless at our plant do to a impacted drainage line. This is the second time in 4 months. When I called our usual go-to plumbing contractor they opted to not come out and help us. After paying 1500 dollars for them to spend 10 hrs trying to figure out where the cleanout was and after throwing everything they had at it -to include 7 people at one time. (this is a family owned, 25 employees and well known local plumbing operation too) they WOULDNT come back to fix it. So someone recommended I call Mark at the Manchester, NH office. Well, long story short they sent out one guy. To my amazement, after telling him a little historical data on the system, he told me exactly what was going on as I was soon to find out. This guy had a completely different approach than the 7 others that had been there months earlier. There was no fumbling around and in 30 mins he was out the door. While 25 of those 30 mins were me watching the screen for the camera he had all the way 200 ft into the system. Explaining to me minute after minute what he witnessed and solving the dilemma that keeps re-surfacing after only a few months. Not only was this service 1/4 the price, but incredibly quick, and I was brought up to speed on indicators that I should be paying attention to. Pete suggested that I locate the clean-out access to the septic line underground and remove the roots, once the ground had thawed in the summer. ( I did not do this follow-up........) August 2017, 1pm SEPTIC LINE BACK UP AGAIN IN RENTAL PROPERTY, MORE FLUSHABLE WIPES!!! Called RotoRooter, but they were totally booked for the entire day. This would not wait until tomorrow. Tenants without water!! Service tech Leo asks Pete if he would make a service call ON HIS DAY OFF (Pete has to arrange babysitting for his child). Pete was AMAZING!!! He INSISTED he was going to solve this septic line clog today, and get back in time for his child's dinner. Working with my neighbor who offered help with his excavator, the access to the septic line clean-out was located, Pete had the ROOT MASS & FLUSHABLE WIPES cleared with a shovel in 30 minutes!! I have NEVER SEEN SUCH COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Pete is AMAZING!!!

My main drainage was blocked by roots so I needed them cleared. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Pete out to my location. He was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and willing to try many different ways of fixing my problem. When snaking the drainage pipe, the snake got stuck. The manager and the excavation technician came down to look at the situation. After a quick examination they decided to try to manually pull the snake out. That worked and saved me from having to dig up the pipe. There aren’t many companies these days where the manager will come down to the job site to get his hands dirty. Very thankful for this team and would recommend to anyone needing plumbing or drainage work.
