This was my first time using New Horizon and I was really happy with their service! I worked directly with Gary, who got back to me within a few hours and was able to squeeze me in the next day. He was able to take out my old toilet and install the new one within 45 minutes! The price was also much more reasonable than the other quotes I received. Will definitely be reaching back out to them for any future services that I need!

We called Gary to help address a few items and not only did he call back immediately, he fit us in the schedule within a week or two of our initial phone call. We had a new refrigerator delivered and it required water lines to be ran, we had a very leaky shower head in the master bathroom, an outside faucet under our deck that needed to be moved up above the deck, and a hot water and cold water faucet installed in our garage. Gary made two visits and each visit was executed flawlessly. He is very knowledgeable and educated about current codes. He ensured we understood the work he did before he left. He has a great sense of humor and overall honest and personable guy. My whole family (mom, sister, etc) has called Gary for all their plumbing needs throughout the years. We will most definitely be giving Gary a call in the future as we have a few more things that need to be addressed. Thank you Gary!

Based on online reviews from several sites and the detailed New Horizon website we set up an appointment with Gary. He repaired a broken tub diverter and drain, replaced the tub fixtures, and repaired the sink drain. He was knowledgeable, personable, and gave thorough information. The cost of the job was reasonable. We are very happy with the work that was done and will definitely use this company in the future.

Gary does great work. Replaced an old washing machine valve and seized up mixing valve. He may not be the cheapest, but he'll get the job done properly and timely. He handles bidding and actually completing the work so you'll know what to expect.

Gary came over at my request prior to going forward. He explained what would be involved. This project moved down the my list and he was fine with that. The project moved back onto my list. I bought a sink that had larger dimensions than my 1998 sink. Gary cut the counter so the sink would fit making this project possible. He did a great job with the faucet and a new garbage disposal. He is so amiable and reliable and skilled at his trade. You should all him.

Gary installed a sink and dishwasher and hooked up the water line in the fridge in our new kitchen area. He is always so professional and clean. He is ready to answer any questions and help with any issues. We continue to call him whenever we need a plumber and he makes himself available as quickly as possible. One of the best things about New Horizon is that they respond right away to answer questions or schedule service. You don't have to wait days for a callback.

My husband and I were looking for a plumber to remove and replace one of our bathroom faucets. I came across New Horizon Plumbing & Heating (I have to admit, the picture on New Horizon's site with the 3 dogs made me think this has to be a great plumber AND an animal lover). Gave them a call. Gary called back, and we told him what we needed. He gave us a rough estimate, which we were happy with, and Gary told us we should pick out a bathroom faucet and once we got it, to give him a call to set up an appointment. We got our faucet and set up an appointment for the end of September. Gary came to the house. He was right on time, very pleasant to deal with, his workmanship was the best, and we were very pleased. His estimate was as he quoted, plus we got a Veterans discount. My husband even told Gary that he was happy he didn't have to mount another head in his man room... Gary took notice as to what Brian had hanging on the walls. We all laughed at that one!!! Gary was the best, and Brian and I will not hesitate to use him again for any plumbing needs or heating should the need arise, and will gladly refer family and friends if they are in need. Thank you again Gary for everything. We hope you and your family, including the pups, are doing good and staying safe.

I would trust him with my check book that is how sincere he is to me. His prices are fair and honestly if you live in southern NH and need a plumber, you would be crazy, that's right crazy to not utilize him for your services. I just wish that he had a license in MA as well. Great job!!

Gary took it in stride and went to see another client while I gathered the new hardware. After completing the other job he returned and finished ours. Gary from New Horizons replaced our hot water tank on very short notice. He was able to provide a quote on the day I contacted him and was back the next day to replace the tank. He was professional, punctual, and did (what looks to a non-plumber at least!) great work. He also followed-up later in the day after the installation to be sure there were no lingering problems (there were not). Finally, he also graciously looked at a problematic faucet we had in one of the bathrooms and fixed it while he was there. I was truly impressed with (and appreciative of) the work that he did!

They were responsive and professional and did good work, especially overcoming some minor obstacles. The price was a bit more than I had anticipated, slightly high but not absurd. Also, I like that they do not have a per-visit fee just to come out, that was a pleasant surprise. The person who came was friendly and did a good job and I was pleased overall. Finally, they are pro-active about promoting their company and clearly take being responsive and professional seriously, using modern tools to track and communicate. The website is great and the communication before and after the appointment was excellent. The fact that someone is trying hard to manage and grow this business in a responsible, customer-friendly way clearly shows over the usual "yeah, whatever" attitude one often sees with tradesmen. And that is worth a little extra to me. So I would recommend them to others.

Finding a plumber for our new home was proving difficult. Either they wouldn't answer their phones with full mailboxes or they'd schedule and then never show. Gary was different right away. Not only did he answer the phone right away, he scheduled for not soon afterwards as we didn't have an emergency situation. Then, wonder of wonders, he confirmed the appointment and actually kept it! Once inside, he was not only professional and expedient but also incredibly friendly, explaining what the problem was and how he was going to go about fixing it. The work was well done, and if we have any more issues with our initial problem he'd come take care of it for us right away. And you know what? I believe him!

Arrived at 8:15am with a call from my driveway. Did the work in about 45 min and called me from within my own home as to not disturb me (I work from home) to say it was all set. Great Company, honest and great prices! Not like any others around! Repair it and its repaied!!! No service fee, that speaks volumes. They care, they want to service you quickly to make sure you dont6 have to wait.
