John arrived to our home shortly after we called and within a small amount of time was able to determine what was happening with the three issues we were having. In less than 2 hours he fixed a toilet, detected an issue with a leaking tub, showed us how to fix the simple problem ourself and replaced an old well tank with a new one. John was incredibly responsive and came for a service call on a Radon mitigation unit that was installed by the previous owner. He honored the warranty and worked with the manufacturer at no cost to me. He also suggested I get my water tested for PFAs and left me with an at home test kit. My water softener broke and I called Mainline for help since the company that installed my water filtration system apparently stopped working on weekends. John was amazing! He came over to my house mid appointment and took out the old softener - his work was incredible and he was very professional. Update: 1/31 I had Mainline come back out to install a new water softener and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish. John was incredible - his work is clean, meticulous, super professional and his partner even vacuumed up my cellar to clean up any mess they had made. I woke up to no running water in my home, after checking the well water pump and finding in not in service, I called MainLine. John answered my call and told me MainLine would be out to my home in two hours and they were. After inspecting my system John gave me the options MainLine could offer. I chose to replace my well pump and water tank. Both had exceeded their projected average lifespans. The electrical cabling 430 ft of it down to the power the pump in the aquifer did not need replacement and John said as much, which saved on the total cost. The well water pump and water tank were replaced. The water from the well to the tank was inspected for sediment and showed very minor color do to the minerals in the water. I checked and each spout in the house for flow and to flush out any air. I had running water again in about 4 hours from the time MainLine arrived, which to me was excellent service. John also recommended that I get my water tested [for PFOA (12 ppt), PFOS (15), PFHxS (18) and PFNA (11)] there is a rebate via NH DES towards the replacement cost of a system to mitigate these harmful chemicals from my well water should the test sample exceed the benchmarks listed. A potential $5,000 rebate would be very helpful should a mitigation system be necessary.

Shout out to Rick and Alex, they did the majority of the work and all looks and functions better than I imagined. A couple of weeks ago I came home to poor water pressure. It was about 4:00 pm on a Friday (of course). I called Mainline and John came right over. He checked the system out and determined that the line from the well to the house was leaking. My water system was old so John gave me quotes for several different repair options on the spot, all of which which were reasonable. The best part is that John made arrangements to come over the next morning (Saturday) and complete the job. John and his crew were very professional, their work was top notch, they were concerned for our property and we couldn't be happier with the result. We had low water pressure which was caused by a leak in the waterline from our well (which held a pump that was 25+ years old). John was here to assess the situation within an hour. He talked about his recommendations, gave us various options and was able to give us an estimate on the spot. Less than 23 hours from the first contact - after excavation, laying new lines and installing a new well pump - we were back in business. I’d also like to note that this was done for us on Christmas Eve, without any hesitation or up-charge. His estimate was on point. I have used Mainline Plumbing numerous times with my rentals. They have replaced 2 well tanks, well tank filter and wiring for exterior well pump. The company comes the same day with no water emergencies. They have completed all work on the same day even the most challenging repairs. All repairs and replacement have extended warranties with the work and equipment they install. Technician is not only professional but they are also friendly, explained every step needs to be done and possible maintenance if need be. They sent receipts and instructions in an easy to read and follow pdf, and pricing is cheaper than other companies I have used. I do definitely recommend to use them and looking forward on working with them in the future projects.

John was very professional on our 1st meeting and very punctual we discussed what we need to do and advised me on something I hadn’t thought of in replacing the water tank in basement with a softening and iron busting system and that was replacing pump in well since it was approaching 45 years as John stated he could do the replacement water system with out the well but I ran the risk of pump failing due to age we discussed options and pricing and felt very strongly about giving John the job he was the only one that came to house and looked everything over including looking where well was underground very unusual for an artesian well but John gave me all the options and pricing for 3 ways to do it my family and I sat down discussed and hired mainline to do the job they were on time and very respectful of our home upon finishing job I noticed a. Found a leaking pipe in the basement late Sunday night. Was able to shut the water off but obviously needed it back on as quickly as possible. Called Mainline at 7:30am on Monday morning, they gave me an appointment that afternoon in the 2-4pm window. Wow, what service! I rate John and his Mainline team as "exceeded expectations, " excellent service. I woke up to having no water. Called Mainline because my neighbor recently had such a great experience with their well pump replacement. John came over within the hour of me calling the office. He expertly analyzed the situation, identified the frozen well pump, and said he could replace it immediately because he carries parts on his truck for such emergencies. He was obviously very experienced, was able to give me a quote immediately for that and also the pros and cons of replacing the well pressure tank at the same time. I had a fantastic experience with Mainline Plumbing and the lead, John. I woke up to a water leak that was pooling around the base of my boiler, so called them up regarding both this leak and to see if they could replace my water heater at the same time, since it was nearing the end of its life. John was able to come over on the same day, immediately identify the cause of the leak (an old boiler expansion tank), and then replace both the boiler expansion tank and the water heater. In addition to replacing both of those items, he fixed a portion of the existing piping system, which was poorly installed by someone else. Somehow, all of this work took place over the course of only a few short hours as well! I definitely recommend Mainline and will use them again.

CANNOT THANK JOHN ENOUGH! After over 2+ years of main line septic pipe back-ups, 3 different septic "specialists", snaking lines etc... we finally called MAIN LINE. John solved the mystery…. he did an amazing job listening to the problem and troubleshooting the root cause. They come at the time they say they will come, do the job they say they will do, and charge the fee that they say they will charge and their work is impeccable. What more can you ask for? Our initial experience was with Rick five years ago who came out on a Saturday afternoon within one hour to replace our well pump after it had suddenly failed. Plumbing Hero #1!! We recently were introduced to John Fait to re-pipe our house and install a water neutralizer and water softener. We had concerns with space needed for the equipment and the ability to re-pipe line to an old spicket without ripping out the garage ceiling. Other companies that came to give us an estimate provided less than desirable solutions to our concerns, if they were willing to address them at all. John Fait quickly provided a solution to simply relocate the water heater to fit all of the new equipment neatly into our utility room, and to simply install a new spicket, rather than rip up the garage ceiling to re-pipe the old spicket. Plumbing hero #2!! Both Rick and John’s professionalism and plumbing expertise are second to none. John added the Midas touch to the job by installing multiple water shut offs so that we can easily shut off water to different sections of the house. Last, but not least, they even cleaned up after themselves!!!

Mainline did a great job on all the plumbing for my two bathroom remodel. I moved a wall between two of my bathrooms that required new water lines, vents and drains for two showers/tubs, two toilets, and two sinks/vanities. All the piping was done very well. John was very thorough and professional, and communicated well via text message to coordinate days and times that he would be working on the bathrooms. He also worked with my electrician and carpenter to make sure that everything went into the bathroom in a timely manner, all of his measurements in the rough plumbing lined up perfectly with the carpentry and didn't require later re-work. All the plumbing passed inspection with zero issues, and the bathrooms came out super great. Mainline is great not just for smaller or emergency issues, but if you have a bigger project like mine, I would highly recommend them and their services.

9 years ago, the owner of this company came on a Saturday to replace a gas water heater that broke down. he couldn't do it the day before because when he arrived for the job and saw the layout, the gas water heater would not have been to code. He came with an Electric one on Saturday and swapped it out. Our water heater died, we called the number on the side of the tank and got an answer straight away. they offered to come same day, while we had the installer here (the company has grown, so it wasn't the owner this time) we also asked about running a pipe to a toilet which he was able to quote and take care of same day as the appointment. Mainline has our business for plumbing for as long as we are in the area now.

I think so highly of this locally owned company. I remember growing up in Londonderry, NH and seeing their banner hang at the LAFA Complex. Thanksgiving weekend our well pump went I called Mainline who was not even open and they showed up the next morning at 8:00 AM and were done in less than 2 hours. With a full house of 3 kids, my wife and I no water is a real issue. Mainline and their employees took care of our problem on a Sunday! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking. We had problems with the pump constantly running @ my Dad's house. It got worse as time went on. We called MainLine for help. Rick was there that day, along with Rich from RCI Septic Service. In the rain, Rich had to use the excavator to find the waterline from the basement to the well. Once found, they pulled the old foot valve with a submersible pump. Not only are the problems with the pump gone, the electric bill has been lowered considerably (now that the pump isn't running all the time!). Awesome Service!

Technicians John and Taylor of Mainline Plumbing were life savers! Like so many others during this frigid cold snap, I had a pipe burst in my home in the middle of the night. As if the water gushing down from the ceiling tile and flooding the basement wasn't traumatic enough, I discovered that the broken pipe was coming from a rarely used baseboard heater, so not only did I need to shut-off the water supply to the house, but I had lost my heating system as well! When I phoned Mainline Plumbing in the morning, they told me that they had already received over 30 calls for burst pipes that morning, but since I was one of their regular customers, they would make it a point to get to me. John and Taylor arrived just 2 hours later, and were able to repair the pipe - split in 2 locations - in less than an hour, and even made sure that the furnace and whole heating system were working properly before they left. I have always been HIGHLY satisfied with the quality of work provided by Mainline Plumbing, but this service call felt like nothing less than a miracle!
