Our 40 yr old boiler and water tank were replaced. Issac and Bryan were clean-cut, well spoken, polite; on top of that, they were good at cleaning up after themselves. We really appreciated them and am glad I asked my neighbor who he just used. That's why I called them. It worked out well and the office people were pleasant as well. Over all good teamwork must mean something at Derry Plumbing and Heating. Even the initial salesman who set the tone - not pushy, factual and the guys who followed him were just as nice.

I can’t say enough about Dave at Derry Plumbing and Heating!! My water heater blew up and In this day and age (with backordered parts and staff shortages) Dave rearranged his crew’s scheduled to get us hot water again. He sent Ryan and Aaron to do the job and they killed it! They were extremely efficient and proficient. And this was not your average residential water heater.. Nice job guys. You should be proud of business.

During the recent -10-degree weather this past week our furnace decided to stop working. We tried to press the reset the button without luck and began reaching out to the oil company that supplies us with our home heating oil and a few others and although each had a an “emergency number” none answered. We left messages with hopes that somebody would call back. To our relief, Derry Plumbing and Heating reached out within the hour. The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and asked a number of questions in order to get an understanding of what the issue was, and said he could have a technician to our house within a few hours. About an hour later Tyler, the technician, called to let us know that he would be at our home in about 20 minutes. It did not take him long to identify the problem and he had us back up and running quickly. He spent the extra time with me to understand what had happened and before he left made sure that the heating zones in my house were working properly. I could not be happier with the service and support I received from Derry Plumbing and Heating. Anybody can deliver heating oil or propane to your house, but the true test is if they are there when you really need them.

Our Furnace quit working last night. So we called John at Derry Plumbing & Heating, this morning. John sent Tyler and Christian out and fixed our Furnace. Works Great Now. We are so happy. Tyler and Christian were Professional and provided Great Customer Service. Derry Plumbing & Heating also installed an awesome Central Air Conditioning System in our house, earlier this Summer. My review is Great People, Fair Prices and Excellent Work.

They did a great job for an affordable price with our heating and air conditioning system. And even noticed a serious problem with our water heater which they also took care of. And I just have to say, their radio commercials are the funniest! Especially the one with the 50s wife, and the other one with the nagging wife. But they do live up to their boasting!

Ryan and Aaron were amazing! They were able to get to the root of the issue, which was finding the pipe that kept freezing, causing me to not have water in the kitchen. They were calm, professional and kept working on it until they located the pipe. They are experts and I will call them again for any plumbing issues!! I had a tub drain that needed to be replaced and a toilet main that needed to be redone from a job the week before. Mike and Aaron showed up on time with smiles on their faces ready to work. Not only did they repair the Toilet main, they did an excellent job on the trip and drain in a 45 year old tub. They happen to see that I was installing a vanity and did not have the drain hooked up yet (because it was a tough job) Mike took one look at it and said he would fix it for free. I tried to tell him not to worry about it, he said he would rather do it then have me do it. I have to stress this was not an easy typical trap install. They did an excellent job on everything, never showing any frustration and left our home in better condition and cleaner than when they showed. We also have a daycare, they were very kind and respectful to my wife and the children. They were even able to work around the daycare schedule so my wife could use the stove in time for lunch and the water was not shutdown until nap, simply amazing. I can not express enough how happy I am with Derry Plumbing and heating. They do what they say, when they say, very professionally at a great price. Mike and Aaron should be promoted with a raise or at least be considered the face of Derry Plumbing. Thank you Mike and Aaron.

I don't know where to even begin. I had been using another company for a few years, but they didn't have the time, they didn't give me the proper information and they gave me the runaround leaving me frustrated. I saw one of Derry Plumbing and Heating's vans yesterday across from our building and called them up to see about their services. First, I called them about 20 minutes before they closed last night and left a message with their staff. Did not expect a call back until this morning. I was wrong. Dave called me later in the evening to go over the situation. First and foremost he checked on the safety of the leak which the previous company never even mentioned. Dave took the time to walk me through everything to make sure that was done (he was very patient with my lack of knowledge in this area). He also gave me all of the info I needed on the issue and agreed to touch base first thing in the morning, which he did. He was able to get me a new tank installed within a few hours of him contacting me. Second, Ryan and Aaron came out to replace the tank. They let me know when they were showing up and arrived on time. They let me know what they would be doing, answered all of my questions and were very professional. They had everything up and running and went over the additional items I need to do. I am so pleased with the entire process and cannot express how nice it was to work with all of them. I am so appreciative of everything they were able to do in such a short amount of time and highly recommend them. They are now my plumbing and heating company that I will continue to work with.

THE ONLY WAY TO SHARE MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS TO GIVE THEM 5 STARS. -HAD A GAS LEAK COMING FROM MY PROPANE HEATING UNIT. -THE OWNER(DAVE I THINK) SAID HE COULDN'T DO IT FOR LESS THAN $600. -I AGREED. WHEN HIS INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP WITH A HELPER THE PRICE CHANGED TO OVER $800! -I HAD NO CHOICE. THE PLACE WAS FREEZING! -THEN HE TACKED ON $89 SERVICE FEE! -HIS TECHNICIAN DIDN'T FIX IT AFTER 3 TIMES! - I FINALLY HAD TO CALL PALMER GAS AND THEY FIXED IT IN ONE VISIT. - RIIIP OFFFFFF!!!!!!!!

After our heat going out on a Sunday our house was very cold by the time Dave at derry plumbing took our call Monday morning. Dave heard children talking in the background during our call and realized we had a whole houseful of cold people! Rather than have us wait in a cold house for a technician he took the time to personally trouble shoot the problem via FaceTime. He noticed what the problem was and he fixed it then and there! Dave, I will always be thankful for your kindness that day. This is just one more reason that I am happy to be one of Derry Plumbing’s loyal customers, they go above and beyond.

I'm so happy with my new bathroom! Start to finish, they did an incredible, and meticulous job here with my tub/shower replacement and vanity sinktop/faucet replacement. New plumbing, valves, shutoffs, faucet lines and drainpipe. Mike and DeSean took care of it all--they are a great team, handled everything from demolition to installation with professionalism and courtesy. Mike was easy to work with finding the perfect sinktop and faucet for my needs and taste. AJ did an outstanding job with the finish work. Brian and Chris came on schedule, took a few minutes to evaluate the project and to determine how to deal with the problems presented by an older home. There were more than a few times when they had to work around various obstacles but always prevailed in the end even when it meant working in a musty crawl space and maneuvering around things I had stored there. I had a very large plumbing disaster during which my basement completely flooded and a complete water shut-off was required. We were in dire need of emergency plumbing assistance -- on a week-end, no less -- and Derry Plumbing & Heating came through for us. Mike, and his assistant Aaron came out on Sunday and efficiently and effectively found the leaks, repaired /replaced pipes and valves, and got everything running again in short order. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. I would highly recommend them!

Spoke with Gary on the phone over getting a new hot water heater since mine was getting old and at the tail end of its life. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to over sell me. He quoted me a fair price over the phone without even seeing the set up of my hot water heater. They came out a couple of days later and they did everything quoted. I've used Derry Plumbing and Heater twice now and I can't say enough about them. I'm a new home owner and within the course of a10 months I've needed to replace my hot water heater and my furnace. Brain and Chris were super professional. Their work was top notch. I have an older condo with decades old furnace I needed replaced. He was very professional and explained in detail what he found and what it would take to repair and the total cost. The repairs were done in the time he said it would. In the early morning hours this past Saturday our heat stop working. After a morning of calling around we got a call from Dave; he went above and beyond to help us out. My husband and I are so grateful. Temps were low and our house was freezing already. His crew was booked so he help us troubleshoot the heat back on. Throughout the rest of the weekend he called to check in on us. A month prior we had our boiler service by our regular provider and Dave encouraged us to contact them to come back a service however after the support we received over the weekend we wanted Derry Plumbing Heating to finish the job. The crew that came out were professional and worked diligently to solve the problem. I highly recommend this company and their services after having a wonderful experience during a difficult time.

I've been happy with their service so far. They replaced a furnace for me this year and we're far lower than other quotes. Others tried to sell complete packages that I knew included work I didn't need. I got a quote from them for only the work I needed and even talked me out of some I thought I did. EDIT: I've called two more times to have work done and both times they spent time on the phone telling me steps to make the bill less or how to do it myself. This company is great.

Needed a new indirect water heater. Bid came in at the same price as another contractor, but DPH offered a better unit and guarantee. Explained everything expertly. While installing, the plumbers pointed out some needed maintenance on my boilers before winter. Other plumbers I previously had "service" them said nothing and just took the check. I will call back DPH in a few months for that work, and also for future plumbing needs.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the repair man was supposed to arrive in the morning, but it ended up being mid afternoon when they arrived. He called several times to inform us of the delay. A bit inconvenient but not terrible. Once here the problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. They have always been very professional, friendly and quick to get the job done. They always do a great job of explaining the problem and what they did to resolve it. Excellent all the way around.

Tyler came out to replace my mother's toilet after she had hip surgery. He came out and was dressed for the covid 19 and was polite and respectful to my mother. He removed the old toilet and replaced it with a taller and water saver one. He was in and out in an hour and took the old toilet with him for a small fee. It made it nice because we didn't have to worry about how to dispose of it. There was no mess as he cleaned as he went along. Thanks Tyler, mom loves the new toilet !!!

We had an issue with part of the house putting out heat when the thermostats were off. Ryan came out and was able to figure out the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a quote for the work we will need to get in the near future to fix the problem. Will definitely be going back with this company when it's time to have those repairs, the company was very timely and professional
