One morning last week I realized my boiler was not working. (It had been installed by a different company over 10 years ago.) Having dealt with Daigle about a different issue some time back, I called them on Thursday morning. Within 3 hours, there was a technician here. He did a deep check on the boiler and was very specific, showing me, what the options were, what parts would need to be ordered and replaced. There was also the option of replacing it. After my seeing the evidence of trouble, I told him I tended to think I’d have it replaced. He called his supervisor, who said he would stop by. Was here within half an hour. I appreciated his unbiased explanation of my options. I decided I needed a new boiler. The next morning, Friday, a team of two arrived with all they needed to install a (seriously) beautiful new boiler. The replaced pipes and joints that needed replacing, but made use of ones that were okay. Everything was explained to me - very much appreciated. They worked neatly and left the area clean. Also, I appreciated that, each time, they called when they were on their way and arrived on time. Would I recommend Daigle? Absolutely!

Clark came out within 10 minutes of my call and replaced the leaky faucet with a new one, and new piping and new shutoff valve. Extremely professional and expert service at a reasonable price! They went above and beyond by educating her on what they were doing for the furnace and what the cleaning entailed. They even took the initiative to install a switch that is required for the town’s safety code that she didn’t originally have on the furnace. She said they were so friendly and helpful! I had Daigle Plumbing & Heating install a brand new heating system in my home in Oct of last year. I had waited before choosing them to get a few different companies estimates & time to install. After finding out the Propane company my late husband & I had for over 19 yrs would be SO expensive & not only that, but told me they would not be able to install until much later after the holidays. And this well known Propane company knew my old heating system in which they were supposed to keep up & care for, was Not working correctly & we would be out of heat any day. Daigle was a Wonderful Blessing to my home! The gentleman that came out from the first meeting was very pleasant & professional! The price was Great! And knowing at any time my home could be without heat, they made sure my home was set into their schedule immediately for my new Rinnai Combination Boiler. It took 2 days for final installation & my home was never so toasty warm!! I AM EXTREMELY Satisfied with hiring this Terrific Company & I am definitely letting many people know that they are the people to call if in need of a new heating system! Thank you Daigle!

Recently I needed to have an issue with a toilet fixed. I called Daigle Plumbing and tp my surprise a real person was on the line. She was very responsive to my concerns and we scheduled a service call for a few days out as my situation was not an emergency. I received a call a couple of days later informing me that they had an opening that day for my call. Shortly thereafter, Gordon and his assistant arrived . Gordon reviewed the situation informed me of the solution and cost. The cost was very reasonable and they completed the work in a professional and timely manor. The bathroom was spotless when they were done. I would defiantly use Daigle Plumbing and would recommend that you do.

This was the second company that I called regarding issues I was having with what up the showers in my house. The technician (Clarke) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding the issue I was having. He was able to accurately assess the issue and fix it in a very short amount of time, the same day he came to the house for the assessment. The cost to fix this issue was at least $1000 less than what the other company had estimated. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience.

Realizing there was not hot water in the house with a hot water tank going on 10 years, I called late one night and Warren answered the call by talking me through some troubleshooting but to no avail. Got a call from Mike early the next morning and had Jim and Kris scheduled to come out for a possible replacement with a new tank the same day. What impressed me the most was that there was a concerted effort to try and fix the issue rather than simply going for a new tank which I appreciated (would be less than an ideal Christmas with an expenditure of this magnitude). Jim and Kris talked with manufacturer and we got it working again (I feel like we are on borrowed time with this one but glad to potentially bridge a few months). I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to comment on the great service from Warren, Mike, Jim and Kris! Keep our name on that new tank guys! Fast forward about a year and we had to “pay back” the borrowed time on the water tank after it began having more fits and starts. Had Kevin provide a quote on tankless water heater which was more than reasonable. Team was at the house the following Monday to install. Continue to be impressed with the level of service and commitment to the customer. Great job and would highly recommend Daigle.

I called the Daigle Plumbing & Heating team to inspect a steam boiler problem and, at a time convenient to me, they were able to dispatch a service tech to assess the problem with a same day follow-up inspection by a sales tech to verify scope of work to replace the boiler. I received a competitive price quote the following day and the boiler was replaced two days later! I was very impressed with Derek & John, the mechanics that completed the installation, who delivered the boiler and material a day ahead and arrived on site promptly and completed the work on schedule. Derek did a complete start up of the system and provided me with detailed instructions before leaving. Their workmanship was efficient, neat, clean and professional and they were both courteous and COVID-19 compliant. Inspection, bid and replacement completed in less than a week!!

My jet pump (inside basement) ran until the motor overheated without pressurizing the water tank. This happened at about 9:00 PM whereupon I called Daigle. Daigle's emergency response person immediately answered, listened to my issue and asked if someone was needed immediately. We decided I could wait until the next day whereupon I was contacted at exactly 8:00 AM as promised. Within a half hour, Clark arrived at my house, checked everything out and resolved the problem. I have used Daigle for several projects ranging from a hot water heater replacement, to installation of a Mitsubishi Mini Split HVAC system. Daigle's staff is professional, responsive and fast. They have never disappointed me and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I were very disappointed after our new Delta kitchen faucet was installed on our existing stainless steel double sink. It cost over $400 to get that done, but it rocked back and forth as the single back handle was used. It just wasn’t right. The plumber said that was the best he could do, everything was tight. I complained to Delta about their product; they got back to me and recommended a stabilizer plate. I notified Daigle, and the Operations Manager got back to me, wanted to make it right. Told me that Warren Daigle (Owner of Daigle) informed him that the stabilizer plate will not work for my faucet, he said he has run into this before and Delta has Stiffening Kits for my particular faucet. Apparently, vendors like Delta are much more open to helping customers directly, so Daigle asked me to order the part so I would receive it sooner. Within a week, the part was in. Daigle scheduled a convenient time for the plumber to return and install it. I’m happy! Happy with my sink, happy with the way Daigle interacted with me and got this corrected. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had our furnace serviced the week before open house to sell. Our furnace needed to be replaced and we were able to get a timely quote and installation if we wanted seamlessly. The real reason I'm writing is sometimes kindness matters more. I was home with my daughter and was really overwhelmed about this news. Timmy was so reassuring taking time to go over every option. My curious and percotious 4 year asking questions. He could likely sense I was stressed and knelt down to talk to her, tell her what he was doing, and made sure I didn't need to apologize. Outstanding Service. Just had a new more efficient furnace installed (yay rebates, tax credits, and a more efficient system!). The team was great, on time, and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. Their work is meticulous and you can tell the difference between the work Daigle Plumbing & Heating does, and what was previously installed. ***They also noticed that we had a gas leak outside at the meter and I was able to call the gas company right away and have them address the leak. Thank you for keeping us safe and checking everything, even the outside piping! We have always used Daigle Plumbing & Heating, they installed our tankless water heater years ago, and we have an endless supply of hot water. And, even during the busiest winters, when our furnace shut down a year ago, they were onsite to get us up an running within hours. We've been a customer of Daigle for quite a few years now. They've handled the maintenance on our old furnace and did an excellent job replacing it about 2 years ago. Recently, we hired a contractor to build a second bathroom for us. After the contractor's plumber was done, the job failed inspection twice for 2 separate problems. Both times, we had to call Daigle. They came right out and took care of each problem quickly and efficiently. Steve even took the time to call me back on his own time to discuss the problem and give advice. From the moment they got here, after they reviewed my need, they explained what they would be doing. I let them go to it and in less than an hour they were done. Daigle PH came out to help me with a heating zone issue. It was a quick simple fix for the technician. I was pleasantly surprised when he took a look at some other concerns I had. In this day and age I am used to people trying to get in an out as fast as possible and just collecting their money. From my questions and showing him the system he helped identify some work that I should have done and explained exactly why it should be done. He gave me a rough idea on pricing and said that he would give the information to the office when he got back for a formal quote. The office gave me a call the next day with a formal quote. There was no pressure to complete the work which I appreciated. I would recommend Daigle PH to anyone.

Three projects were completed: (1) annual routine maintenance on the oil burner furnace (2) replace outdoor water faucets (3) replace well pressure tank Two technicians arrived on-time; one concentrated on furnace maintenance, the other on the plumbing jobs. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They clearly explained the problems that would be corrected by the repairs. They demonstrated the problems that were being fixed on the system; this gave me assurance that the repairs actually needed to be done. All my questions were answered in an understandable way. I now know what to watch for in the future to prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones. Their workmanship was good and they used higher quality materials. After-the-job cleanup was excellent. When they left there was very little additional cleanup left for me to do. I have confidence in their work and will call Daigle Plumbing & Heating again for future repairs.

This is to thank the staff at Daigle Plumbing in particular Steve Martin for their expertise and tenacity in solving a problem. I had a highly intermittent problem with my Rinnai hot water heater. This was a problem that at least 3 Daigle plumbers, 5 Rinnai customer support specialists and an expert on Rinnai equipment from Daigle’s distributor had never seen before. However they worked diligently eliminating a long list of possible causes. In the end they ended up replacing 2 components in the unit. Steve admitted that in 10 years of working on Rinnai heaters that he had never replaced those components. Many thanks to Steve and the team for bringing this unit back to life.
