John T did a terrific job on our shower install. He and crew took out old tub and tile, rebuilt walls and flooring, replaced leaky plumbing, installed new walk-in shower, fixtures, doors and fan. John kept two crews organized over three days and saw that everything was done correctly. No time wasted. And he and all helpers were polite, accomodating and pleasant to have in our house. I recommend John T highly for all his hard and careful work.

Omg these man was so Great! Daniel J, James, Jamar! I went through three different companies an Tom should have been my first call! I needed my HVAC an AC Unit replace after THREE other companies said nothing was wrong an I had no air in my home! Not only were they very fast in responding to my situation but they're installer was excellent. This gentleman was courteous he had manners he was punctual he was quick he was efficient he was an all-around good human being. Very knowledgeable about the product didn't seem lost very much knew exactly what he was doing. He made the diagnosis and the repair and a timely manner. He was very personable he didn't just stay out there make the repair and then show me the bill no he showed me exactly what he was doing told me step by step what he was doing and why. Tested everything before and after he made sure that everything was in working order before he left this house. Austin was great! We got a quote on a few outstanding electric needs as well as an inspection on all things electrical within the house. He was quick and super polite. We've always had good experiences with Drexler and they've always been our go-to for maintenance and repair concerning plumbing and electric. Pricing on services seems to be consistent with other companies...things aren't cheap these days, but we do have a good relationship with Drexler. They've always been accountable and that makes a difference for us.

They came out quickly even though it was not emergency. We needed a repair to an outside spigot and a new one installed. The plumber was great, he addressed the situation, listened to all our concerns and proceeded accordingly. He was very polite and personable, even spent time to put our dog at ease. He took the time to really explain what he was doing and offer alternative solutions. The job was done quickly and professionally and left no mess behind. I have a home warranty but they could not come til after Christmas with only one bathroom and an elderly person with us I had to get the issue fixed quickly.. I called Drexler Plumbing and they understood my dilemma with needing quick service. They dispatch a tech the next day. I received numerous messages and a phone call letting me know they were on top of it and on their way. Ryan came at 11:00am and fixed my issue. He gave me some advice on a few question I had. He was VERY professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tom Drexler plumbing to everyone they have a 5 Star rating for a reason and it shows! Best service I have EVER had. Evan and Will the guys that did the service were amazing. They made sure everything was done right. They answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease with the service. They were very polite and respectful when doing the service. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. They even came out within a half an hour of calling them to help with my issue till I could get the repairs done. They had everything done within a day which is amazing considering they had to fix all my pipes which was not an easy job. Our initial contact was with Jacob who came to provide an estimate for our electrical issues. He arrived on time and was very personable and easy to talk to. He explained what was needed and offered suggestions that were much better than our original requests. Kyle (and Toby, I think) was the gentleman that came to complete the actual installations. He also arrived on time and was also very friendly and went over the scheduled repairs and explained the procedures. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything! We were very impressed and will definitely be using this company again if needed.

Our AC went out and I had heard great things about Tom Drexler. When I called, they were able to have someone come out the same day to take a look. Brian came out and was very quick and thorough. He explained everything that was wrong and recommended replacing the entire system. They were able to come out and install it within 2 days! Harley and Thomas came to install it and did a fantastic job! They kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything afterwards. In my opinion, I think the overall service would be strengthened with the offer of more specific information in the morning of the day service is being provided about when to expect the technician, such as "between 10a and 12Noon... if it appears the technician will be delayed, we will contact you ASAP."

It was very easy to call and get an appointment with Tom Drexler. When Michael C. showed up he was on time (called ahead, too, so we were aware of the time of arrival during the scheduled window). He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. When he realized what I accidentally requested and what we needed were different, he promptly adjusted the work order and saved us an unnecessary expense. Also, the shower needed an uncommon part and he tracked it down for us! He really knows his stuff and he seems to genuinely enjoy his job!

My Technician was very good with explaining plans and what he did to my system as far as checking it to every detail and he wore shoe protectors to protect my floors from the rain we had and when he went out back to check my AC he noticed I had a bag of trash sitting at the back door to drop in to the garbage can when the rain stopped and he offered to put it in the garbage can for me…. He was very thoughtful and respectful and I am so happy he was my tech today…. We received a postcard in the mail offering a good deal on HVAC tune-up. I called and they made us an appointment for only 3 days later. On the day of the scheduled appointment, their technician (Jason Crosby) called right before 8 AM and was here within an hour. This was our first time dealing with this company, but considering any technician we’ve ever had (even from other companies) Jason was probably one of the friendliest we’ve dealt with. He was respectful and polite, and he seemed to care about the outcome for us and not just the income for himself. He explained everything thoroughly, told me about their yearly membership deal, and gave his suggestions of what he would recommend. He was great to deal with! Although Josh wasn’t going to be able to install a new water heater he did drain it for me so I could have cold water until they came back the next day to install. As a first time home owner, I am so thankful that Tom Drexler was my first call after finding a crack in our main water line. Each professional that came to my home was friendly and extremely informative, patiently talking me through my options and the work that would be done. Michael Duncan worked on our shower, taking something that was poorly constructed by previous homeowners and made it functional. It’s like a brand new shower. Even when he couldn’t schedule the fix until the following week due to the holidays, he still spent time working on the water pressure so we could have some improvements before the actual repair. It was truly a pleasure working with Tom Drexler and I’m glad to know who we will call for any check ups or (hopefully not anytime soon) repairs that are needed.

They immediately scheduled the repair for the following day and assured me that the work would be completed promptly. Next day: Chris came out and arrived early to start digging up the sewer line in the front of the house. He and his work partners were quick and efficient on completing the project and coming back out to inspect. Chris was very friendly and professional. You could tell that he had previous experience in the hospitality industry. They have promised to come back out in 3 weeks to level and seed the yard once the area that was dug up settles. This is a solid company!

My heater went on the blitz during the coldest/worst storm in years. Tom Drexler got me a tech out on Christmas eve! The tech Noah, came prepared for anything and was extremely professional and friendly. He found the issue almost immediately and did a complete systems check for me. Very informative and polite. We had a local guy come and "fix" our system. $500+ later we thought we were good for the winter. WRONG! Come to find out our entire unit was rusted, there was black mold and all the coolant we originally paid for to have out in was gone. Tom Drexler sent out a crew and got us back up and running with a brand new furnace and heat pump system. They also noticed our hot water heater was improperly installed. No shut-off valve and it was leaking. The salesman offered us a free hot water heater. They quickly and professionally installed our units. We also have used them for new plugs ceiling fans and new switches. We have never had a bad experience. They are always kind and professional.

The tech was punctual & proficient in the Fall checking of my two year old system. All was well as I expected. As usual, I requested a mailed printout for the service. I reminded the tech I had also requested the Spring checkup paperwork which was never sent as well as a service call correcting an installation error which failed the County Inspection. He was the tech for the Spring check too & I had requested I be sent the paperwork for the two services then. For such a new & expensive heating & cooling system, I want to maintain good records for a future owner. I realize the tech has no control over what the office staff fails to do but it is truly poor service when Drexler only wants the sale of the HVC System & offers such poor follow up service from a good customer. Drexler does not seem to realize how poorly this reflects on his marketing. Hopefully this time, I will be sent the requested paperwork for the last three services. It may determine if I remain a customer.

I was very impressed with how the Rep spent time explaining details of things that needed to be done. Fortunately, before I called any plumber, I had spoken to someone who had had household water pipes replaced and knew he was telling e the truth. When he told me I had to replace my water heater, I disagreed,but after hearing why AND talking to friends I see that will be necessary. I walked with him and when I saw the photo he had taken which were part of my invoice, I knew he was covering all of the bases we had discussed. AND even though his price wa higher, he was including jobs that the other 2 plumbers had not. He was very thorough I can't answer the other questions yet; I have one more estimate today, but I am leaning toward Drexler at this point.

My water heater started having issues on a Tuesday night. It looked like I was having water leaking off of my vent from the water heater. The next mornig, I called around to 5 different plumbing services and Tom Drexler was the only one that could have someone come out same day. All other companies didn't have any available to even assess the issue until the following week - that would be 6 days of no hot water. Nicholas was very professional and was able to assess the issue quickly. Seems the water was leaking from the top of the water heater and spraying into the vent. He provided an estimate and I was able to get a new water heater installed the same day. It was nice to have my hot water back on in less than 24 hours.

I thought it was expensive when I got the estimate, so I got a second estimate for peace of mind and they were very close, but the warranty I got was 10 yrs on Tank, parts, and Labor so I went with Tom Drexler. They are performing a complete replacement of all electrical wirings within the home, as well as a panel upgrade and relocation, electrical outlet replacement, and light fixture installations. I'm also having a whole house generator installed, that in my opinion will be worth it's weight in gold when it inevitably freezes and the power goes out each winter for several days at a time. It will run on a precursor installed propane system as backup. Thank you so much for helping me to update my inherited property that means so much to my family. Upon short notice, Aaron Thomas of Tom Drexler arrived early Friday afternoon of New Years weekend to answer our call for repair or replacement of hot water heater. After determination made together with us that repair was not reasonable option, we picked out new equipment. Drexler delivered a new unit and Aaron worked until 7:30 PM removing old unit and installing the new water heater, including repair of existing water and drainage lines. The new unit was operational that evening. The following morning at approximately 8:30 AM, Aaron returned to replace our master water shut off valve to repair an ongoing leak and to install some additional drainage lines. This plumbing technician was an expert in his craft and one of the hardest workers ever to have provided us service. I would certainly recommend his service and Tom Drexler Plumbing to anyone.

He offered a job that was going to be very expensive ($2000) and we weren’t sure if that was the problem. I paid about $90 for the visit and decided to have my septic tank drained ($500). The clog still persists. I am going to get a second opinion. Initially I thought I had to pay about $200 for the visit. I had to ask how much it was going to be just for him coming and assessing. That was the only way I knew the was a service call $90.

Each of these professionals conducted very thorough inspections, showed me the issues that needed addressed, and answered all my questions before advising me of next steps. This old house needs some work, but they didn't try to pressure me into doing more than was necessary. 10/31 update: Harley and Matt just left after replacing my furnace. I can't say enough about how well they treated us. They worked together efficiently to get our old unit out. Listened to all my questions and concerns and addressed each one thoroughly. The new unit looks great and is performing perfectly. I can't wait to need it again to give it a proper workout... Beyond their professionalism and quality work on our furnace, they took all steps i expected to respect our property and ourselves. They made sure that our fences were always securely latched, even if it meant naking a second trip outside. They used large drop clothes to keep the floors as clean as possible. Then, they rolled up the drop clothes to keep the mess contained as they carried them out of the house. We could not be more pleased with the work they did. Noah found that the problem was an issue with the new pump. He returned to his shop with another pump, installed it, tested it and problem was solved. After our water heater malfunctioned three weeks ago, my wife and I hired Tom Drexler to install a tankless water heater to replace it. Impressed and satisfied by the excellent work done by Brad and TJ, the installers, we decided to hire the company to do additional work on our beautiful 100 year old home. As homeowners, we truly appreciate the benefit of contracting with a single, reliable, and trustworthy company to do so many different jobs. So, over the next two weeks, we hired Tom Drexler to install a new electrical panel, wiring, and outlets; a split HVAC unit in our attic; indoor and outdoor lighting; and a new sink in our basement laundry room. The work crews the company assigned to us were outstanding. We want to recognize and thank all of them for their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. The electricians, led by Andrew, included Jackson, Lucas, Ethan, Dylan, and Jacob. The installers of our split HVAC unit included David, Dylan, Tyler, Brad W., and Adam. On October 22, 2021, employees from Tom Drexler came to my home for a fairly large project. OB Holt, Michael McGarry, and Chris Caine did a spectacular job on running a new gas line, running a new water line, and fixing a few water fixture leaks. During the time they were here, 8+ hours, they did their job professionally, were very very communicative with me about the process, and took their time to ensure the job was performed to the highest quality possible. All piping was installed with precision and consideration for how it would appear in my home. Also, any holes that had to be cut in walls or ceiling were done so very cleanly and as small as possible. Also, during both occasions that OB and Michael came out to quote the work needed, they were very professional and upfront about the costs and helped provide any information they knew that could help us with costs. Phone support from Tom Drexler is top notch. Every time my husband called, which was a lot, every one he spoke with was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Justin, particularly, my husband spoke with the most was very caring about our situation and helped as much as he possibly could with financing. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience dealing with Tom Drexler and would recommend them to any one. We were provided with the highest quality work and very professional and friendly staff. We can't say enough good things about them. Any other projects that come up, Tom Drexler will be the ones we call. On December 27, 2022, Tam Le and Jackson Lobb came to our home to install multiple outlets inside and out, a surge protector and added a new circuit line for our bathrooms which they added 1 outlet and a 3-gang box. All the outlets added were done efficiently and neatly. They cleaned up their drywall and extra wiring, leaving now mess for us to have to clean up afterwards. When Jacob Barnsfather came to quote the work needed, he explained to us about the whole home surge protector and made me feel like that would be an essential addition to my home to keep it safe. The service was great, Le and Lobb worked hard and as fast as they could, they were professional and very friendly, we love how personable ALL the Tom Drexler employees we have encountered are. They even added an extra service on that day, of adding a Ethernet cable for an additional cost. We love the services we have received so far and would definitely recommend! 🙂

Great service by this company. After a bad experience with another company, we called Drexler due to family recommendations. The tech (darrell) that showed up was polite, professional and prompt. He preformed his duties, and even waited until I arrived home to show me the issues we had in detail (i was at work, wife was home) and took the time to explain them to us along with showing us pictures of the damage. Scheduled the consultation the next day. Michael toon was the consultant that came and was fantastic too. He took the time to listen to our needs and showed us multiple units and plans, giving us all available information about all units. Calvin was very nice, knowledgeable and put up with all my four legged critters. He did a great job replacing the sump pump, then returned the next day to install new toilets. He also fixed the shower. Definitely recommend!

We’ve had clogs in our bathroom basement and of course no one was available or in a hurry to respond. We had filed out an online form for TD and sure enough 7:44AM they were calling me. The lady asked all the questions, told me a tech would call 30 minutes before arriving and sure enough Chris did. Chris arrived early and ready to work, plus answer my questions. He explained how the bathroom was connected to the sump pump and checked everything. Thankfully, the clog had already resolved and things were moving again and no sump pump replacement was needed. He did off the monthly plan to service our HVAC unit and for the cost, it was worth it. They come out tomorrow to service the HVAC. Professional, timely, and thorough. Will definitely do business with them should we need it.

Contacted the office we discussed the issues we were having and set up an appointment. The technician contacted me on the morning of showed up on time. Shawn Bostock showed up reviewed the situation with the drain and the plumbing made a solid assessment gave me the information and proceeded to knock out the stopped up pipe as well as fix the pipes under the sink. He not only fixed the situation; but provided good insight on how to avoid having similar issues in the future. His professionalism was outstanding and appreciated. If I have any other issue I will definitely call TD again and ask for Shawn.

Nick and Chancellor were very professional, polite, friendly and patiently answered all our questions. They were called after a drain was unclogged by a technician yesterday and we found a small leak. Drexler responded swiftly by sending Nick and Chancellor. It seemed like some small plastic washer was cracked and since there had been no leak prior to the unclogging, new parts were replaced at no additional cost. The plumbers wore booties over their shoes and completely cleaned up any debris from their work. Both young men had excellent attitudes and really made sure we were completely satisfied and had no further concerns or questions. Good employees who respect the profession and are focused on excellent costumer service are assets to any business.
