I just wanted to say that this is a great company!! I called and spoke with nice folks in the office and they sent Patrick and his helper (former Marine) out the same afternoon to find and fix my leak. I thought my shower was leaking, but come to find out, a copper pipe underneath the shower was leaking, causing water to go everywhere. These guys were pros, got me fixed up fast, and the price was right. They got a customer for life out of me now!! Thanks for being professional, honest, and timely!!!

I thought I needed my main sewer line replaced. A bunch of plumbers were happy to come out and quote me $7k to replace it. Mark was the only one that suggested MSD look at it first. Not only did he recommend it he made the call and started the process for me. He did go ahead and quote the job and was well below the rest of the usual suspects. MSD came out and within 2 days had the issue resolved. Mark even followed up with me to make sure they got it. He may have cost himself a job but he totally did what was best for me, something no other plumber was willing to do. He did however gain a customer for life. Thanks Mark.

I found this company looking through Google reviews after being haggled over the phone by the contractor from one of the big hardware stores. They got here quickly and did a good job replacing a water heater, for several hundred dollars cheaper than the hardware store quoted us. The work crew and staff I talked to over the phone were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We also saw their price list while they were here and everything looked reasonably priced. They will give you a solid estimate and not try to haggle with you. We will be calling them first for the next job.

Honest and affordable company. Called them a couple of years ago for a second opinion after initially calling a big-name plumbing service. They were straight with me and didn't try to oversell me on a service I didn't really need yet. Gave me some honest advice for a future major sewer line repair. I've now called them for several minor things since, and will not use any other company. Great service, and will be hiring them for the big job when the time comes.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! They did all the plumbing work for a new bathroom in our basement. They started the job in December, and had to wait on us to get some other construction work done before they could come back and finish. It took us three months to finish the other work, but they never asked for one penny before they came back and completed the job in March! I was shocked that they never contacted us regarding the $5,500 that we owed them! That’s a trusting company!! They showed up on time, they were professional, very polite, they cleaned up after themselves, and their price was extremely reasonable for all the work they did! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!! Thanks H2O, for a job very well done!!! Btw, I’ve never rated a company- that’s how strongly I feel about this one!

They were recommended by a trusted contractor. Showed up within hours of the call and were able to solve my problems with galvanized pipes and the stack. Reasonable services, friendly and helpful plumbers. I will only use them moving forward!

Greatest bunch of plumbers I know. They respond right away and will come to your house on the same day. Always polite and I never feel like I have been taken advantage of for the job. Prices are fair. I have used them about four times, since moving into an older home and will continue to use them. Can’t say enough good about these guys. Blessed to have found them.

Previous plumber quit, so he recommended H20 Publishing LLC. I could not be more please. I called at 3:30pm on a Monday and was given a first thing Tuesday 9am appointment. They called a little before 9am to confirm and said they were on the way. 9:19 two very polite and hard working you men showed up to change out a commode and put in a new water line and shut off valve. At 10:01 they were done and out the door. They worked fast, clearly knowledgeable and came in $30 less than quoted. VERY please and HIGHLY recommend this firm. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

My Mom had a drain that was malfunctioning for some reason. All I know is that there was poo poo coming into her basement I called H20 Service. They immediately sent someone out to fix it! I explained that my mom was on a fixed income and they said they could work with that it won't be that expensive! Lo and behold it wasn't! It was really adorable and they fixed it super fast! And their lead tech was from Ohio, so he was a fellow buckeye! OH- IO! Thanks! I'll be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Used H2O twice now. Did nice work on a bathroom remodel and more recently replaced an expired water heater.... without: - requiring a $69 service call visit just to give a quote - any surprise fees - gouging me on the price!
