I called late on a Friday night, they responded quickly and had someone at my house the next morning. They did a free estimate and then were able to replace my shower cartridge within 2 hours of their arrival. Value and upfront awareness of costs were great and fair. Team Rooter is an honest company to do business! They take care the job warranty without a question. Three years ago they repaired my sewer line with trenchless sewer pipe replacement. Last weekend the sewer backup to bathroom again. Called their customer service, unfortunately all the serviceman are out at the time, I got a local plumber came right way to clean out the blockage. Next day called Team Rooter reported the problem, a supervisor discuss the situation with me by phone and offered sending a technician to site to investigate. Mr. James Craig came with Cam Video the next day found tree roots break into pipe through a coupler. He immediately authorized a repair job: to break the concrete, dig 3 ft down to reach and replace the broken pipe coupler. Two men crew showed up next day completed the job which could value of thousands dollars but all under warranty. A special thanks to Mr. James Craig, his is knowledgeable and friendly. His kindly smile really comforts my anxiety. I would highly recommend Team Rooter for any plumber problem because rest assure they will come back to fulfill their promise.

We had a great experience with this company. They sent a plumber that was so nice a knowledgeable. Got the job done! And quickly. Fair prices considering it was New Years Eve! We will definitely be calling them again. (Also the receptionist/dispatcher was the sweetest and most professional person I have delt with on the phone in many years!).

Great customer service all around. When we call for our repair to our surprise it was actually a real person that answer the phone. His name was Pat and he was very professional and concerned with our problem. He told us that he could have a repairman out the same day to give us a free estimate . This is also very rare nowadays. He gave us a time frame of which the repairman was going to come. The repairman Bernardo Soto texted us his photo and said that he was on his way. He also was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to do the repair with no problem. We would be more than happy to recommend Team Rooter to our family and friends.

After multiple issues with our main bathroom sink and two companies telling us we would need to do a complete repiping, we decided to give one more place a shot to see if the issue could be fixed. Isaiah showed up to the house on time, took a look at the issue and knew what needed to be done. We had a slow drain issue with our kitchen sink. Had some difficulties and complication when trying to fix it. UPDATE!!! Since I wrote this review, the manager “Michael “ contacted me. He honored his word to fix the problem. He sent out a new crew that acted professionally. … thank you Michael. We hired them to snake a drain in our house and they charged my mom 3000.00 dollars saying they needed to add an access point for future drainage. My mom is 88 years old and they took advantage of her age. She already had an access point. Steven the plumber is rude and a con. He then called me trying to sell another 50 year warranty for another 5k. My moms 88! Why would she need a 50 year warranty. He tried to say it would add selling value to the house. Give me a break!! Now he won’t honor the warranty and come back out and the plumbing is back out only 1 month after they they were here. They want to charge more and not honor their work.

Let me tell you. Team Rooter is the best out there! Hector did an awesome job!!! He went above and beyond and helped me with other plumbing issues besides the clogged toilet. I asked him a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them. What made the job challenging was there was no clean-out access. Hector attempted to unclog using the snake manually at first. Then later he wanted to remove the toilet, but for some odd reason the toilet installer used grout instead of silicone to seal the base. Steven, his supervisor came out to help with hydrojetting and the camera. Hydrojetting did the job! Steven recommended to install a cleanout access which will make it easier to tackle any clogging issue. Hector installed it and he did a really nice job. I’m very happy with the end result. Both Hector and Steven were professional, knowledgeable and nice. They used state of the art equipments. They cleaned up afterward. I will definitely call Team Rooter again and will ask for Hector and Steven.

Technician did not ware, Mask, Gloves and or booties. Called in for the $44 With proper cleanout access (Indoor). Was told ONLY applied to outdoor cleanout. Not mentioned on website add or when making appointment. Lastly the $44 cleanout was honored.

Kitchen sink wouldn't drain today. I called Team Rooter around 2:00, and they scheduled a plumber to come to my house between 3 and 5. Erwin arrived right at 3:00. He was courteous and polite, and covered his boots before walking through my house. He knew exactly what he was doing, and by 3:30 my kitchen drain was clear again. The whole service was only $44 on special as he was able to access the drain pipe through the outdoor cap. Super good value, very quick service, and a great technician. This involved a extensive rehabilitation of an often previously partially repaired 100+ year old sewer network from 4 old hillside houses that eventially merges into a 170 ft. long single 6 inch line. This is in the Mt. Washington area of Los Angeles. Part of the system near the houses was newer ABS plastic, but some parts were cast iron or clay pipe. The long 170 ft. run was all old clay pipe which had offsets, root intrusions and broken pipe at various points. The upper network by the houses had clay pipe problems of similar types. Team Rooter is a company that we have used before and covers an area from Ventura Co. to San Diego. They did great work on this job which involved a lot of diagnostic and locating work and considerations of various options. The work took 4.5 days (not counting a day off due to significant rain) and 2 different types of trenchless sewer pipe replacement. The upper area by the houses involved a device to pull a heavy thick bullet shaped metal device thru the old 4-inch clay pipe attached to an approx. 1 inch diameter steel cable. The device bursts the old pipe apart as the "bullet" moves thru it while pulling in a semi-flexible new plastic replacement behind it. The device moves about 6-9 inches at a time. On the lower area they used a process similar to saturating a heavy fabric with an epoxy type resin, and folding it into a tube and then "blowing" it into the old clay pipe tith high air pressure and then inserting a heavy balloon and inflating it to force the new epoxied fabric to expand to touch/adhere to the old clay pipe while it "cures" solid. This was done on a 100 foot length and all of this involves advance high pressure waterjetting with a rotating head spraying super high pressure small streams of water to cut away all roots and other debris to prepare the surfaces. Diagnosis and prep also involved digging out access holes (4-5 feet deep) in several locations, repeated use of a fiberoptic cable video camera system to view the inside of the pipe, devices to determine the exact location and depth of problem areas, power saws, etc. The crew, particularly Bernie Soto and Steve (who discusses options, does the pricing and writeups) were a delight to get to know and work with. Estimates, proposals, and invoices are all sent on a paperless email basis. The consultations were done on site in person. There were available at night to answer any follow up questions. 25 year warranty. Total price, after change orders to add the additional 100 foot trenchless lining procedure (itself $18,000), came out to $31,800. We paid $200 and $3,000 progress payments and they made the full process possible by helping us apply for a no interest for 18 months payment system with Synchrony Bank on the balance. The price was very comparable with 65 foot and 35 foot trenchless lining procedures I had done about 2 years ago at another house with a different company. They did a great job on cleanup, especially in areas where they had to dig under a greenhouse and under an uncemented brick patio. They had specialty trucks come out for certain parts of the job. We got great videos of the process. Overall rating of our experience is excellent. We would definitely use them again (though hopefully now we will never have to)!

Danny, Israel and Reuben from Team Rooter did a great job clearing our main line when it completely backed up into our downstairs shower. Wednesday night. I would also like to add that Danny had completed his on-call shift at midnight Wednesday but came out after 1:30 a.m. Thanksgiving morning because we were return customers from August of last year. This is customer support you don’t see every day. Team Rooter made sure that the hydrojet was available on very short notice and returned yesterday afternoon to complete the job. Their attentiveness and responsiveness gave us something we were really thankful for this Thanksgiving. Great job, Danny, Israel and Reuben!

There is always sticker shock at repairs that are unexpected and not planned but that simply break and happen, this is our situation. This team was very professional, clean, organized and obviously very experienced in replacing the cracked sewer line under the crawl space below our '40s home. They seemed very professional, although I didn't appreciate being upsold. The rooter service was supposed to cost $44. They claimed it needed to be hydro jetted, as it is very old plumbing. I was told that they would email my receipt and the warranty. I'm still waiting. So far the repaired drain that was hydro jetted is fine. I would recommend them, but watch for them completing the job the same day. My job took two days because they didn't have the equipment to complete the job on the truck. That was not very professional. Also the second time they came out, the original tech had to wait for a more senior tech and the equipment to start. A lot of wasted time on both days and the cost should be much lower.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Hector was the best! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. He came out told me what he could do but also gave us his own recommendation, which we went along with. Which costed a little more now but will save is in the long run. Instead of doing a quick fix and going about his day he actually wanted to do it right for us now so we don't have any future problems with our sink. After the job was complete he waited around for a while just to make sure there weren't any leaks. And he also had me look under the sink to show me what he did and actually show me nothing was leaking to give us a better price of mind. I highly recommend Team Rooter - they came out to replace a damaged main line that was connecting to the city sewer line and had begun to crack from tree roots underground and helped us replace all our damaged and decaying pipes. It wasn't cheap, but the customer service was great, and they were kind enough to offer a discount after a miscommunication about which parts of the pipes were damaged and needed replacing. My husband and I were removing a tree from our front yard. Unfortunately, when the tree finally gave way, so did the pipe that it had it’s roots wrapped around. We called BWP who came out to shut the water off and the. Called a plaumbing company. They came out (the next day) and quoted us $1800 to replace less than 3 feet of copper pipe and a hose bib. We then called a big name company who wanted to charge me $90 just to give me an estimate. We thankfully then called Team Rooter. They sent their tech, Carlos G., out to take a look. First off, Carlos was friendly and professional. He took a look at our issue and gave us a firm estimate of $325. We couldn’t say ok fast enough. Within a half hour, the problem was totally fixed. He also moved the pipe 2 feet closer to the house, reinforced it with a second pipe and changed the spigot to a better, sturdier one. He then proceeded to wait with us while BWP came out to turn the water back on. Then he double checked his work and had us inspect everything. Before he left, he showed us where our shut off valve was (on the side of the house, buried under dirt and leaves and plants) so that in the event that anything like this happened again, we could shut the water off ourselves. I will absolutely call Team rooter again for any of my plumbing needs and I will be requesting Carlos G. By name! Very efficient and very knowledgeable! Thank you guys so much!
