I had a pipe burst last Sunday morning around 9AM; a few years back I purchased a water heater from Power Pro, They work on weekends. I called them quickly and had a service man Gilbert Escutia arrive within an hour. He saw the problem, cut new pipe and re-welded fixed the leak. Great work, expert attitude, he described the task and had answers for all my questions. Will definitely use Power Pro again, hope to get back Gilbert!

The technician 'Emiliano' was professional, respected my house by putting on shoe covers, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it efficiently as well as offering me practical advice to help me avoid future issues. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend the company, at least if all of the technicians are similar. I also would like to commend their dispatchers who kept me updated as far the estimated time of arrival. They weren't able to meet the original time but they did keep me updated throughout the day which I appreciate so much because it shows they value my time and didn't leave me wondering what was going on. They understand that sometimes as a customer all you need is communication and a reasonable customer will understand that things happen.

This was the fourth or fifth time I’ve worked with Power Pro and each time they have been super helpful and done a great job. I have not used the services of Power Pro Plumbing yet; our problem requires a bit of investment. However, due to the quality of the service received so far we are considering using their services soon. I was impressed with the friendly customer service since the first phone call. They followed up immediately after the phone appointment with the name and number of the person who would come to my home. Eddie, not only arrived on time, he was respectful, and it seemed sencerly trying to do his best estimate of the problem. He never gave me the impression of trying to sell me anything extra. He answered all of my questions and showed me the possible type of payments I could choose from. I was very happy with the service and if their quality of work is as excellent as their customer service I would recommend them. Eddie represented, without a doubt, a professional company; he even spoke my language which made me feel very comfortable trying to understand the problem. I am thankful for it.

I want to start by saying these two guys were outstanding, Felix and Brian from the HVAC department came to my home and put us at ease right away. They knew what they were doing, the handy man we hired in the past took advantage of us. He did not know about plumbing and did a half job on some plumbing work we had him do. To our surprise Felix and Brian came in and fixed all the problems he did. We are grateful to have two honest guys coming into our home, they were very professional and and put materials down to protect our furniture and flooring. I had a plumbing emergency this morning and I called this amazing company! They came out within the hour, did an estimate, and was able to order a pump. At first they said it may take a few days for them to get the pump to be replaced for the sewage, but they did amazing work and got the pump within a couple hours. They flushed out the lines, replaced the pump, and left everything in perfect order, they even replaced the stones on the pathway. Manny and Frank were amazing technicians, communicated directly, and Rachel at the office was super helpful. I would recommend this company whenever you have any plumbing, electrical, AC etc. needs! One of the best things about Power Pro is their estimates are free. You don’t have to pay anything if your not happy with the quote they give you for services. Plus they gave me a one year guarantee on the work performed including parts. Michael Manikas the plumber they sent was fabulous! If he is an indication of the people employed by Power Pro I’m definitely calling again. He was extremely efficient. Ive been getting very high water bills and no one was able to solve my problem. Michael did a complete review and found the leak in the back of a toilet not a running toilet which is all anyone else ever looked at! He replaced the bad part in my toilet and he showed me everything he did and explained what caused the problem. He also did an inspection of all the plumbing in my entire house, free of charge. He also looked at the water pressure going into my house and recommended I get a new pressure valve Because my old one is not working. He sent me a proposal. I purchased a Power Pro membership gives me a discount on all Power Pro services. It’s not inexpensive I think it’s fairly priced and since the people who work for Power Pro are really professional I think it was worth it! Plus the membership has benefits including guaranteed discounts on future services of $350 per year ( which more than covers the membership fee), water pipe inspection, annual air conditioning and heating inspection and tune up, annual sewer and drain inspection. I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Power Pro Heating & Plumbing.

The employee did the job but his attitude was suspect. The only reason we proceeded with the work was that our tenant had been without hot water in the shower and we needed it repaired. I've used the company before and the work is good but I will just state to the plumber that came this time that a good, friendly positive attitude makes for better customer service. I would possibly use them again but would request not to have the same technician come again.

Emiliano Gutierrez had done the initial plumbing inspection on our house a few weeks before and was very detail-oriented. He provided solid assessments on potential issues, both immediate and preventative. We scheduled for him to make some of the repairs and he showed up on time, was courteous, thorough, and explained in detail each step of the process. After, he made sure the workspaces were left clean. Would highly recommend his services and will definitely contact him again for future plumbing needs.

Phone representative was professional, and after initial call I received multiple text updates, including one with a photo of the Pro who would be coming to my home. Once David arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and gracious. He helped us replace our faucet quickly and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. This is the second time I have used your service. After the first time a few years back, I saved your business card, due to the great service and price. This time was the same. I accidently drilled a hole through a pipe which was running through an existing stud, which was located behind a sink. Efrain came on time, was professional and friendly. My husband heard this company advertised on the radio and I am beyond glad he remembered them! We had a minor flood in our home the day before memorial day, after we cleaned up the water mess we called this company and they had someone out within an hour. We were very happy with the work that Power Pro Plumbing did at our home. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out to inspect our sewer line. He gave us several options and showed us how we could save some money. The team that he sent out was also very professional and hard working. They left the work area clean at the end of each day. There was a team of 6 guys (Edgar , Brandon, Tavo, Marcos, Martin, and one other we didn't get his name) that came out over the four day period. We were glad they were able to work around my schedule. I am currently working from home and could not have any loud noise until after 11 AM. We will definitely use them again if we have any future plumbing issues and would recommend them.

There’s never a good time for a plumbing emergency but today was one of the worse times for one. About to leave for a medical procedure, turned on my bathtub faucet and it stuck open at full blast. Had to turn off water main, took apart the faucet to try to close it so i could, at least, have water in the rest of the house, didn’t work. Didn’t know if it could be fixed after I got home. Got home, groggy from procedure, about 3:30, cleaning lady was on her way, still no water. STRESS! Ended up canceling cleaning lady at last minute. Called Power Pro, no automated phone sys., no phone tree. A nice young lady answered right away, told me a dispatcher would call w/ eta. for today. Got a call a few minutes later, told me a tech would be out later & I would get a text when he was on his way. Got the text only a few minutes after that: Johnny was on his way. Johnny could not have been nicer, very cool guy. He found the problem right away, had a replacement part on his truck. Bingo, Bango, Bongo: problem resolved within about an hour! Johnny gave me good advice on other issues and we talked about dogs 👍🏼 What could have been a really bad day turned into a better day. No surprise, been using them for years, ALWAYS top notch customer service! No up-sell, no B.S. Highly recommend!!!

Overall well done. Arrived on time and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to correct the issue. Luis applied the preferred customer discount (strongly recommend joining the club if not already a member) and installed the valve and cover plates in good order.

Power Pro was responsive and professional. After I booked the service, their dispatch system called to notify me in advance when the plumber was going to arrive for the service. Timothy (Tee) unclogged the line, was thorough, and made recommendations about maintenance. He did a great job of cleaning his work area when his work was completed. Nate the supervisor, followed up when Tee work was done with a camera inspection to show me areas of concern to keep an eye on and make more recommendations. I’ll do business with them again in the future. I took one star away due to a terrible experience with Sean, the first plumber they sent to do the repairs. He left without doing the work I wanted done. The dispatch system called to follow up with me shortly after he left, and sent Tee out immediately to address my concerns in a positive manner. Sean may or may not be a good plumber, but he is not winning customers with his demeanor and approach. I’m satisfied with the work that was completed in a timely manner after overcoming Sean’s difficulties.

Johnny Madera went above and beyond my expectations for getting all of the drains cleared in our house. He even came back to fix a stubborn bathtub drain and called in Alvin Ramos to help diagnose possible long-term options to upgrade the sewer lines in our 60 yr old house. Mr. Ramos was very meticulous at diagnosing our sewer system. He provided some good options in tackling the upgrades in stages and was good at explaining how the work would be performed. Joe Ochoa came by a few days later to remove and replace a bathtub spout that I was having trouble with and did it at no charge! Mr. Ochoa even did a quick plumbing inspection of my house to let me know if I have any potential issues. Overall, I am very pleased with Power Pro Plumbing and their commitment to friendly, courteous, and professional service.

Andrew did a great job. He was professional and friendly. He's an asset to Power Pro Plumbing. HOWEVER, I think the cost was way too high. I thought for sure it would be under $300. $526 to add a 15" pipe and to remove your faulty filter felt extremely overpriced. It wasn't even 40 minutes worth of work. I will get quotes from other companies next time.

Power Pro came out to check on my floor furnace to ensure it was operating safely per gas company advisory, after a leak was discovered at my home and a neighbor's home across the street. The prices however are ridiculously marked up. Unfortunately, we will not be using Power Pro Plumbing going forward because their prices are outrageously high. They were asking over $1000 to tighten a bolt on a faucet that was loose, replace a $20 plastic part that was causing a leak, and provide and install a water drinking faucet (approx $55 for faucet if I were to purchase myself at Home Depot) for a kitchen sink. I had an issue with my bathroom sink and Gilbert was able to quickly identify the problem. He clearly explained to me the implications of repairing my unit without addressing the same problem in an adjacent apartment. As a tenant, I am unwilling to pay for repairs in another unit. My landlord happened to be on the property on another matter, and he confirmed to Gilbert that while he granted permission to do the work, he wanted him to repair the adjacent unit, but at my expense! Since I wasn’t about to agree with those terms, and since repairing my own unit without addressing the other would not solve the problem with any permanence, I declined to have the work done. Through the course of our dealings, Gilbert’s behavior, fairness, and clarity were impeccable. I would highly recommend him and Power Pro Plumbing to any customer, especially if you live in an apartment.

I called for an appointment and was given a 90 minute window for a response. The response came in under a half hour. I was told that I would be given a 30 minute notice of their arrival. At this same time I was sent a picture of Sean so that I would know who was arriving. He arrived well within the time allotted. He assessed the situation and gave me a prognosis and a couple of different ways to resolve the problem. I picked one and he began arranging for the repairs. He called in a couple of people to help with the project and gave me a possible window for completion, which seen reasonable. They began the work and seemed to have all the needed parts on one or the other of two trucks present. Finished the work withing the window that was given. All the repairs seemed to go smoothly. They cleaned up the area where they worked so that it was impossible to see that they'd been there. All in all I was extremely pleased with the work done. Even got a senior citizen discount and a one year warranty on the work. Very nice! Sean and crew very knowledgeable and pleasant with which to have a transaction .

I am just beyond pleased and beyond happy and relieved of the service and communication I've had with Power Pro Pluming Heating & Air. I purchased their membership for less than $13 a month and the office called me to inform me about my membership and what's included. We just changed a new HVAC and heating system and have not had the first maintenance yet so I made an appointment for our heater maintenance. The office and their dispatch department are extremely efficient, communication and just on top of it which makes it beyond easy to have this partnership with them. Jon Hancock was my maintenance technician that checked up on our system. Prior to his arrival, the office called me 1.5 hours to let me know he is getting ready to head to my address and gave me a specific time of his arrival and asked if I will still be home at that time. This allowed me to manage my time and responsibilities better instead of just getting told he'll arrive anytime in between the 4 hours time frame like majority of other companies do. When Jon arrived, he introduced himself, showed me their process chart and explained his process of the tune-up and asked if it's alright to proceed. (Yay! My past experiences with other company's technicians do not operate in this manner. Shh~ I have high standards). After the tune-up was done (took less than 45 minutes and the QUALITY of his work and updates were there), Jon updated me on the good findings and his concerns with recommendation(s). He let me know that the company and technicians that installed our system did a great job and he is very happy with their work. His concern is my filter is dirty (it's been about a year) and needs to be changed. Jon asked if theres been anything different or concerns I've noticed and explained the current filter I have and what that does and does not do, taught me about his recommendation and the reasons why by providing facts, showed me the cost, and different parts, size, and what his recommendation provides. Jon was extremely transparent and provided options that will work best for my situation and I. I am unable to proceed with one of his recommendation today as I need to wait a bit longer but in the meantime, I will be purchasing a new filter of the current model I have to at least change this part and have already turned on the circulation to start killing the allergens, etc. to clean the air inside the house. I already notice a huge difference! All in all, I will only recommend and refers others to Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air as I have already experienced their operations, their process, and their results, and spent money. I have extremely happy with my partnership with this company and their team members. Each of them have just been amazing to speak and work with. My next appointment I've made with them is for my toilet that will take place this evening. I love how I can get everything done with them! Thank youuuuuu!

The interactions with the office have been very positive also, although there was a little delay in the clerical department over the weekend. But most other businesses aren't fully staffed on weekends either. While Power Pro Plumbing might be a little more expensive than others, they offer a better warranty (and therefore most likely a better product) and a more professional demeanor. From the time I asked for information through Power Pro's website to the time I received a call back - no more than 5 minutes; from there to having their technician Luis Aguilar on site - no more than a couple of hours. Luis was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very polite, punctual, and clearly an expert in his field. I appreciate the fact that the technicians arrive in a well labeled (and stocked) van and they are very professionally uniformed. Beyond that, Luis explained details about my furnace that I was not aware of, provided clear explanation of options, was sensitive to my interest in reducing my carbon footprint and researched what appeared to be the best option for my situation. I ultimately opted to replace the furnace and Luis made all the arrangements around our schedule. When his technician crew arrived to install the new unit (led by Felix Perez and technicians Rufino Aguilera and Cesar Zaldivar), they were equally as professional and punctual as Luis. They performed the work with absolute care to my property and my family and pets, taking ridiculously detailed care to ensure their work was done right. The installation was done within the estimated time, within the estimated cost and resulting in perhaps the best construction project I have ever experienced. Luis, Felix, Rufino, and Cesar are an absolute asset to Power Pro Plumbing and, if what I experienced is the standard by which they measure success, well, this was a MOST successful engagement. I guess Alexa is like Beta VHS. lo He got it going after an hour or so and spent the time showing me how to use it. Very nice guy. I used a credit card to pay at then end and my card was declined because it was such a large purchase. I recommend if doing something in the $7,000 range, call your card issuer before hand. I had to make the guy sit around for an extra half hour to get the purchase approved. I highly recommend this company and I found all the employees I met were clean, professional and efficient.

I was told I'd receive a call to schedule. When they did call they said the plumber would be there in an hour. I hadn't even scheduled anything and I was an hour away. We need to replace all the drains under our 66 year old house. We already had set up with another plumber to do the work, but realized we should really get a couple more quotes since the initial quote was almost $5,000. Another plumber came and said our $5k price was good, he'd be closer to $8k, but he didn't even go under the house to look. Adam was the best, he went under, looked around took photos and really explained what needed to be done. He even ran a camera down the line to confirm how the main line looked after it left the house. He also confirmed that the price we had with the other company was good, and pointed out that it didn't include replacing the main under the foundation. His price to do the job, without replacing the main under the foundation and porch, was about the same as the first quote. I like the first guy too, but Adam was the only one of the three that took the time to crawl around under the house and use a camera. I told him that if we didn't use him I felt he should still bill me for all his time and effort, and he said no, that is part of their service. Very good guy, and a good company.

6/24/21 update - Albert from Power Pro returned to complete repairing my HVAC by thoroughly examining my system and determined the problem/ part to replace. I was so grateful and relieved that the repair was different and less costly than we expected. Albert was very personable, professional and explained everything. Not only is my AC working again, it’s much more efficient with increased cooler air flow.This is the 3rd time I’ve used Power Pro for both HVAC and plumbing repairs spanning 10+ years and will continue to use them. The owner manager is terrific and trustworthy. 6/18/21- (next day) The office staff kept me updated with the appt time. Ramon returned to continue the repairs to my HVAC system since all the built-up ice had melted overnight. Again, he was courteous, worked continuously for several hours, showed me what he was doing while he explained the options, appeared to be trustworthy and experienced … unfortunately the most thorough option is pricey which I had been warned of. So now one more appt is scheduled along with another technician to assist; after which the repairs should be completed. 6/2021- I called Power Pro regarding my HVAC unit popping off and they set up an appointment for the next day. Ramon, who was very personable and professional, came to inspect the system and quickly discovered the main problem, He said he would return to repair the issue ASAP. I will update my review when the repairs are completed. FYI- Power Pro has been my go-to company for HVAC and plumbing issues for my 35 year old house. Years ago they rebuilt and replaced my old furnace for a very reasonable cost, So when my outside HVAC condenser died , they impressed me again with their professionalism and efficiency installing of new HVAC condenser,. Added to that, recently in 2021, upon discovering a water heater tank leak, their plumber, Steve, installed a new water heater in a very tight difficult space and answered many other plumbing questions. So far I’ve been very happy and satisfied with their staff and work. I will update this review once the HVAC repairs are completed. Back in 2019-Within 24 hours of contracting with Power Pro to replace my AC condenser and ductwork, Alex and Niko arrived promptly at the appointed time to prepare me for the installation of the unit. I was very surprised and pleased to have the installation scheduled so soon. Both Alex and Niko were dressed neatly in company uniforms and conducted themselves in a very personable and professional manner at all times. A substantial amount of time was spent explaining the replacement process in detail, and they readily answered all of my questions. Their experience and knowledgeable, professional manner inspired confidence in my decision to hire Power Pro among three companies considered; and I look forward to them replacing my unit tomorrow. Next day 8/15/19 update AC job completed! I could not be more pleased with Power Pro’s performance replacing my ac outside condenser, as well as, the upstairs attic ductwork. A team of four arrived on time with everything they needed as directed by Niko, the lead engineer, in order to do the job without interruptions. Felix and Francisco worked together upstairs replacing the attic/crawl space ductwork; while Rufino and Guillerno replaced the condenser unit outside. They were all friendly, focused, and industrious the entire time; and I felt very comfortable and confident having them in my home. The house was well protected with drop-cloths, and upon completion, the team left all work spaces clean. Lastly, the team completed the job in a single day much to my delight, while ensuring that I understood all components of the job, with helpful tips for optimal performance and maintenance. Gilbert showed up on time and first gave us a bid for the work, which consisted of replacing a small section of copper pipe and two gate valves with ball valves between the water main, front spigot and irrigation system). He explained that galvanometric corrosion was responsible for the leaks. Evidently mating galvanized steel to copper (from a previous owner) is not a good thing. He told me how long the job would take, and he completed this repair. All of the pipes are copper now, so I can rest assured that there will be no further corrosion. I appreciated the information that my one-piece toilet was made up of parts that could not be replaced with universal parts. They could only be purchased through the manufacturer of the toilet. Communication with Gilbert was excellent!! He let me know exactly when he was arriving . No question went unanswered.

We just bought our first house. Gas company detected a leak and shut our gas down just before we moved in. The warranty company assigned a plumbing company (I won't name them here) who came in and couldn't find the leak. The technician thought it was likely in the pipes in the walls and that we'd have to cut into them. The warranty company went through their list of vendors and nobody would come try to find the leak. They authorized me to go outside their list. I was searching on a Friday and I called a dozen companies in Los Angeles. Nobody could come out over the weekend....until I came across Power Pro Plumbing. They scheduled someone for Sunday morning. (the receptionist was very nice and helpful, btw). They actually were available a couple hours early than was planned. Which was great. Erik showed up and before he even ran his diagnosis, he looked at all our appliances and his instincts were crazy good. He knew where the main leak was before even running his diagnostic. Remember, the gas company and the first plumbing company couldn't find anything. Erik suits up and starts doing his thing. Sure enough he found a leak near our main heater, as he predicted. He fixes that. Runs another diagnostic and detects another leak. He crawls underneath our house and finds the other one. He fixes that. Runs a final diagnostic to check and everything is good. No more leaks. Gas company comes that night and concurs--everything is perfect. We've been nice and toasty ever since. And all gas appliances work great. Erik was not only super smart and efficient, he was a really nice guy and sensitive to what a miserable situation it had been for us before he arrived. These guys are great. We had a new water heater installed in February of this year. It was an unusual installation in our condo, using a Direct Vent model. Now we're selling our condo. The buyer's inspector said the water heater was the "wrong type" and was installed wrong, so I called Power Pro Plumbing. They were concerned but very forthcoming, and sent a person out right away, who looked at the inspection report and proved the inspector wrong! Oh, and by the way, they charged us NOTHING for the service call. That's called good customer service, folks. I'd recommend these guys... would use them again myself but I'm moving out of state. I Rated then three stars because after taking only approximately 10 min to figure out the problem it cost me a little over 300 dollars. After learning what the part was that was faulty i found it oniine for less than 20 dollars and it appeared to be something i could have done myself. Just think paying 250 + dollars in labor was a bit expensive for a 10 min job. My heater works again thats a good thing though just a bit too pricey.

Like many, I spent weeks browsing local contractors, getting quotes from the big names, and researching what someone should expect to pay. Power Pro beat every price I could find, kept excellent communication the entire time, and did an immaculate job. The first project was redoing all of the plumbing in my house. Decades of neglect had left my bathtub unable to drain, resulted in zero shower pressure, and the leaking nearly ruined the houses foundation. Spencer diagnosed the issues right away, then installed brand new copper throughout the house in just a few hours. Brand new fixtures thrown in made a dramatic difference. Albert came by for the next job, which was install central air and heating. When most places say they’ll arrive between X time and X time, you know to expect people to show up at the later time. Luis was able to make adjustments to the shower valve mechanism to allow us to get full hot water. The other plumber from Power Pro did a good job installing a new valve (single handle), but, he did not do a final check to make sure that we got full hot H20. Power Pro sent Luis over and he made the final adjustments. Power Pro's original quote was way too high; that was with them supplying the Moen valve. So, i bought it myself at Home Depot, then had Power Pro install the valve; this saved me over $100. Suggestion: buy your own parts if possible Thank you Luis; a job well done

When I called them for a plumbing work in my kitchen, they responded promptly and sent their technician the same day. He did a great job and at a very attractive low charge compared to some other named plumbing establishments. After he left, noticed that there was a small leak in one of the pipe connections. I again contacted them and the same technician came back and fixed it very promptly. 2020 seems to be our plumbing updating year. we have seen several technicians and have been very pleased with their work. eddy has been with us 3 times and we are expecting him next Monday . this man is always courteous and very good in explaining what he will be doing. he will be installing a water heater and kitchen faucet. hopefully we chose the correct items for these 2 procedures. we will be pleased to see eddy on Monday. We expect to use Pro Plumbing for any future concerns that pop up. we were very pleased with albert gomez today. albert explained every step in a manner we could understand and got our a/c unit working so we could be comfortable during these hot days and nights.. thank you albert we appreciate your coming to our home to get us cool again. thank you elly and lucy

It was Easter Saturday. The guy came out, in less than 2 hours, cleaned the pipes with an auger and it only took about 20 minutes. More important, they didn't charge extra for a holiday. We called other plumbers they all either charged extra or didn't have anyone available until Monday. Fast, clean and reasonable price.
