Telephone DRAIN RIGHT for a plumbing/drain issue and the plumber was at the house within half an hour. Moises R. was professional and gave an estimate within the first 10 minutes after surveying the drain problem. Moises wore shoe covers as not to bring in any outside dirt, and brought in the snake and other equipment to unclog the drain. He was very cordial and had the sink at 100% w/in 20-25 minutes. Reasonable priced service charge too. Would recommend Drain Right for both plumbing and heating problems. After he left, I was slaving away doing the morning dishes!

We required high pressure water jet cleaning of our house sump pump sewer main line. I interfaced with Martin for the assessment who was fabulous to work with. He explained all the work that was required. I was not present for the actual work my my neighbor said Nivardo and his crew were great. The price was so much better than our previous two estimates -- amazing how other companies overcharge. When it is time to replace our pump, we will definitely be calling this company back.

I had a bathroom sink that was almost totally stopped up. I just happened to get a coupon in the mail for Drain Right drain cleaning for $45 that same day. I called them and explained the problem and they had sent a plumber , Juan Guzman, here in less than 2 hours. He was very personable and worked on cleaning the drain for almost 30 minutes. It was an excellent job and Juan was easy to work with. I highly recommend Drain Right.

62 year old galvanized pipe, valve replacement. Water Heater replacement. The technician was prompt, honest and offered several options based on cost and not once was there any pressure for a hard-sell. Luis Castillo did his best to meet my requests and had a plan “B” & “C” just in case. I was made fully aware of all the efforts taken and I appreciated the information up front. Martin replaced all our old sink and toilet angle stops, our house pressure regulator valve which reduced our water pressure from 120 psi back down to the normal 70 psi, replaced and updated our old refrigerator ice maker box and valve to work with our new refrigerator, pressure flushed our kitchen sink and dishwasher lines. After having a terrible bait and switch experience with another plumbing service Drain Right came through for me. I was a little hesitant because they wouldn't give me a price (or even price range) over the phone with me describing a simple kitchen sink backup issue and kept forcing a free estimate visit. I almost cancelled right then. I'm glad I kept the free estimate appointment. Their service pro Juan Guzman showed up gave me a fair price and then immediately got his tools and fixed the clogged drain. He was very professional and friendly also. Bad news is that they found a leak with their cameras and it’s going to cost a pretty penny to fix. Good news is, Jonathan and his team came out quick and were actually able to diagnose our issue. They were the sixth company (plumber) to come out and the only that actually made an effort to find the problem. The others would leave without any solutions or even an offer to use their cameras! Jonathan explained each step along the way and we feel confident that they will be able to fix the problem. Based on our experience so far, I have no doubt that they will live up to the five stars!

Water heater went out on weekend and was able to get someone out same day with Drain Right. Anthony was great and made a bunch of attempts to fix old water heater but couldn’t get it to work. I decided to replace the whole water heater and he had it swapped out and running with new one in a couple of hours. The technician Luis is very thorough checking all toilets and confirmed/fixed the issue. He also checked other plumbing items (leaking faucets, old water heater etc) and provided service quotes. He is very helpful, friendly yet not pushy for immediate service beyond what I requested. Will definitely put Drain Right on top list for future plumbing services.

I used Drain Right before for a toilet change and was happy with their service so when I had an issue with my water heater (no hot water!!), I contacted Drain Right. Jonathan came out and explained to me how my water heater was old and I needed a new one. He explained the different options. I decided to go with the tankless water heater. He came the next day to install. He was there all day and took his time to install and make sure all ran smoothly. It was a stressful situation and Jonathan was very patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. The unit is working great! Will definitely use them for future needs.

He was friendly, professional, and left everything very clean. First he evaluated the situation and then showed me a written estimate of the repairs. He even put on shoe covers before coming into my home. I greatly appreciated his help and he got it done in a under an hour. Highly recommend to use their services!! I also have a 30 day warranty in case anything didn’t get fully cleared. He managed to snake 75 ft even though the sink was probably a lot less than that.

At first, I was not pleased with the company. I called on Christmas Day due to a clogged drain. Being that it was Christmas, I knew the wait would be long; however, I did not expect the company to be non-responsive. I called the company a second time when I did not hear from them. After calling the second time, someone was supposed to get back to me within the hour. No one called or arrived. The day after Christmas, I received a text and a call stating someone was on the way. Once the guy arrived, he was professional and friendly. He provided the quote and completed the work. Once finished he cleaned up and exited my home. The clean up job was not the best; however, the clogged drain was unclogged.

We had a tankless water heater blow it’s hot water supply line. Also the pipes had been clanging for a week or more prior.had them investigate what was causing it. The rolled copper pipes were starting to fail, nearing the end of their useful life. They are doing a repipe in pex which will fit the houses blends. Very reliable and professional.

Nery spent a lot of time with me. I am a first time home owner and he was very patient and explained things to me. He checked the air conditioner and replaced filter. The filters they use are Merv 8. On Amazon you can buy a Merv 13 - it costs a more but is much more effective. I would recommend to anyone- replace filters every 3 months and have Nery do the annual tune up.

I have used them for years and until today would always call them. Today they originally quoted $675 to install a water heater that I already purchased and had taken out of the box, drained the old water heater. When I told them that quote was insulting to do about 1 1/2 hrs. work the supervisor reduced it to $500! I had no choice at that point and told the installer unfortunately, I'll be using another plumbing company for all future repairs. To bad, up to this repair they had always been reasonable but $500 is still outrageous. Sorry guys, going elsewhere next tome.

They were all polite and helpful. We only lost the use of the laundry and had to self dump the gray water from the kitchen sink. I ordered a Noritz EZ model, which allows you to use the original vent installed with the old water heater. Not all tankless water heater units can accomadate this option. This company is experienced in installing these units, so give them a call. Ask for Reynaldo.
