Your Technician Brian Jackson was very efficient, professional, responsive to questions and helpful in pointing out ways the furnace could be more effective and things that needed some attention to increase heat retention (e.g., attic insulation).

Cesar is an expert technician. Cesar quickly uninstalled the existing faucet to identify the problem, went to source the correct parts and faucets at the nearby Home Depot (as the shower set we bought would require significantly more plumbing), and then installed the new bathtub faucet and shower head in no time! I am pleased to give the Adeedo crew who worked at my house 8 days the highest rating. They diagnosed that the caste iron piping under the house was broken and replaced it with ABS pipe. They also replaced clay pipe outside with ABS pipe and replaced a kitchen pipe. This required stucco repair and placing back pavers. All the guys were a pleasure to work with including Omar, Yony, Junior, Antonio, Jose, Sorto, Ken, and Ernesto. Omar, the lead, explained things well, was responsive to my concerns, and made me feel well taken care of. Jeff also came by to oversee and he assured me that Adeedo would make me a very satisfied customer. Which I am!

We had Adeedo come out to snake our bathtub and take advantage of their free main camera inspection. Efren and John did a great job they were clean and very efficient. Unfortunately we found what I have feared for the pass couple of years that our main line is cracked in a few places. We have to fix this soon. I have had Adeedo out a few times in the past, they are great company with well trained staff, I highly recommend them.

Josh L. and Anthony were extremely professional, courteous, conscientious and responsive to our needs. They made sure all the work was completed in a timely manner and that we were satisfied with the results. They introduced us to their crew and told us to contact them with any issues. I'll be honest, I was very skeptical about using Adeedo because i know the name from the commercials, and I know its a lot of money for commercials.. but I checked the yelp reviews and they werenexcellent reviews. Prior to using Adeedo, I got a quote from a previous company that was outrageous!!! I had a friend who has a father that does contract work and gave us a rough estimate as to what it should be, well any way when my son said no to the quote the other company brought the price more than half the price which was still outrageous!!! And the reviews on the other company were excellent as well. Except, the 1 star reviews were dead on. Just sayin. I wasn't mad but I was heartbroken to think people take advantage of us when you live in mid city and you're on a limited budget. Well any ways, Jose came in and gave me a decent quote!!! He is now our forever plumber. I put him on yelp and our next door app. Included in price is not only their knowledge, but time, gas, mileage, insurance, maintenance, of their vehicles, etc. So always keep that in mind on the quote. Adeedo Plumber Cesar Valencia was very knowledgeable, did an excellent job identifying the problem with my faucet, and an exceptional repair job. Faucet now works better than ever. The plumber was very informative, helpful and polite. He was also able to fix the problem and he did in a very cautiously, carefully and slowly like a surgeon so as to not damage any other pipes. Once he fixed the issues, he tested the drain in different ways so as to make sure he there were no more clogs. I was very impressed and I thought it was definitely worth the effort and work he provided. After all that, he gave me a discount, and he did not have to do that at all, but then I realized he was genuinely a nice guy, and it is very difficult to find good plumbers like him and I was very lucky to have him help me out.

Thank God for Josh L.!!! I was at the end of my rope with serious disgusting plumbing problems. I could not sleep from the stress of it, worrying constantly about the mess and money. Long story short, he came over and did a complete sewer replacement, and I could not be happier. Miah in customer services was delightful to speak with when I called in to discuss my request to provide an acknowledgement. I am a renter and the owner has used a former company for the last 8 years. This was the first time "we" experienced Adeedo. My initial experience was in making a call to follow up on my service appointment request that my landlord told me she had made regarding my AC not working. They hadn't a record of the request yet Tania immediately took care of assisting me to set it up. Although they needed to contact my landlord for approval first, Tania kept me informed every step of the way throughout the day. Once the appointment was confirmed, I then had the serviceperson, Duncan, come out. I provide in-home telehealth and he knew I would not be able to be that involved with the service appointment. He was very polite, contentious to not disturb my work, was professional and sensitive to go in and out without disruption. I had a very positive experience with Adeedo! My toilet was clogged to the point where a standard plunger would not fix the clog. When I called Adeedo, I spoke with Valerie who was friendly and concerned about solving my issue. She got me a service tech out to my home same day within a few hours! My service tech Justine K. was able to fix the clog right away. I had a very old toilet, so he even offered me a great deal on a new one that will be installed in a few days!

We woke up to a minor flood under the kitchen sink caused by a leaky supply line. I took a wrench and turned a thing. It didn’t work. I called Adeedo and they were able to schedule me in that afternoon. They said they’d call if they had a cancellation and could get to me sooner. And they did. So, a few hours after my call their technician, Eugene, showed up. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He took a look at the pipes; clearly explained what was causing the leak; and gave his recommendation for fixing it. We had him make the repairs and all is right with the world now. Showed up 1/2 hour early while I was attending zoom court hearing . . no big deal, tech offered to come back. But the pricing to install a kitchen faucet was somewhere in the vicinity of $300 and I was supplying my own parts! It was hundreds more than the next highest quote. I opted out. Tech was friendly and professional, but Adeedo prices are just not-me-do! Found another reputable plumber who did a great job for a third of the price quoted by Adeedo.

Sergio arrived during the appointed window, came with all of his own PPE (which is certainly a big concern of ours during Stay-at-Home orders), and went straight to work. He very quickly understood our kitchen faucet situation and made a few exceptionally timely suggestions for hardware to replace - namely one piece that literally snapped after we agreed to replace it. He's extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. It's difficult work and not only did he make it look easy but he did so with a positive attitude in unpleasant conditions (including helping us navigate the literal maze of shared pipes in our condo building). Chris from Adeedo came by the day after I scheduled a consult for installing two sink drains, a faucet, a dishwasher, and garbage disposal. He was prompt and friendly, got everything he had the parts for in his truck setup in under two hours, and left me with a parts list to finish the rest and offered to come finish the job as soon as I had them (although I installed them myself as they were fairly simple parts). I was only charged for the installations performed and the parts used to do them, as the faucet required a few of those parts that he didn't have in the truck, and he was on his way. Christopher was an outstanding technician who went above and beyond. When he arrived, we realized the ladder he had on hand wouldn't reach the roof, where the A/C unit was located. I figured we'd have to reschedule, which is a bit of a bummer but understandable - but Christopher went around the neighborhood until he found a ladder to borrow to reach! From there, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and scheduled a follow up to present various options for replacement and repair. He even managed to get the unit working as is, despite its age and worn down nature. Update - Erica from Adeedo followed up and made it right by sending Technician within days to perform scheduled maintenance without charge. Thank you. They had to rescheduled my initial maintenance appointment as they don't do maintenance calls on the weekend. Second appointment they never showed up, received a call stating they got busy and will come out and do the maintenance for free. Third appointment technician was late and showed up to our door around 430pm. We unfortunately missed him and received an email stating service was completed. I had a waterfall in my basement from broken ancient pipes. I called Adeedo on 12/28/17. A guy came out on the same day I called, spent 10 hours there, replaced a bunch of my pipes, fixing it all. Later, a pipe was making a horrible noise and they came right out. It turns out the water was not completely turned back on under a toilet. I paid them $150 for a service call to come out and discover problem and turn the water under the toilet fully on. But after that they called me to ask if I was satisfied. I said no, because it was their repair person who had not fully turned the water back on back in December. And they sent me a check to refund the $150! Does anyone do that anymore?? I would highly recommend them: Quick, efficient, reasonably priced and honest!

Today I required some plumbing help to cap off a gas line at my home. So I called my "goto" company I've been using for the past couple years, Adeedo (formerly Bill West). My assigned plumber was Cole and as has been the case in the past, Cole was very cordial and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done and completed the job efficiently. He was also very personable, which was a nice touch. As always, Adeedo was very reasonable in terms of pricing. The main reason I go back to Adeedo is because they have standards, policies and procedures in place for there services. So when you're quoted for a job, you know that the work being done, is pre-priced against a standard list of labor jobs that fit the service being performed. There's never any concern from a customer perspective, if the plumber is quoting you a price that's too high, based on how he/she feels that day. The other reason I like Adeedo is because they have a central office that fields and statuses customer calls, as they follow up with any concerns that you may need to bring up. A well run plumbing company which provides great plumbing services and customer service, which are a direct result of their willingness to implemented good company practices.

Initially they weren’t sure what the issue with my AC was (why not cooling), but to their credit they sent several people to help resolve it. The technician today - Rodney - was excellent. The AC needed a refrigerant recharge and is working well just before a heat wave is due. There may be additional tune-up/improvements needed in future but for the near term it is working again. Appreciate the time and effort to resolve my AC problem.

Our Furnace quit, It had been working for many decades. Christa Martinez at Adeedoo arranged for a service rep (Justin Herrera) to come over and look at the problem. He determined that the whole thing (which was in a small basement area) needed to be replaced. He also arranged for a team to come over and remove a large amount of Asbestos that had been there for many years as well. That was a serious health problem they were able to protect us from by removing that asbestos. They did a thorough and speedy job - making our lives healthier. A period of 3 days was arranged for a team to remove the old Furnace Unit and replace it with a new one. The team (Anthony Herrera, Carlos Corado, Miguel Quinonez and Victor Diaz) started at 8:00 A.M. on a thursday morning. They were the most pleasant, efficient and effective working crew. They disassembled the old equipment - and brought the New Unit down stairs. They returned at 8:00 the following day (Friday), continued the assembly of our new Unit, and actually finished with all working beautifully by 2:30 that afternoon. The whole experience with every one of the wonderful workers could not have been easier or more pleasant. I heartily recomment ADEEDO. We now can face the Winter with security.

GREAT SERVICE!! HONEST!! My air conditioning unit had a problem of coming on and not blowing cold air. I Called another company first but was told I needed to replace some parts and a motor to get it to blow cold air. The estimate was quite high so I thought I would get a second opinion. I called ADEE for a service technician to come and check my unit. After carefully diagnosing my unit he informed me my unit was low on freon. He wiped up the oil leaked from the AC unit, said the oil coming out is part of the unit's process, not condensation leaking through the tile ceiling, said to put a newspaper to absorb leaking oil if oil continues to leak or a plastic to keep oil from leaking through to the tile ceiling. I wanted a tankless water heater installed. Your technition, Eugene, came out to give me an estimate. The location was in an outside closet which before the Northridge earthquake housed a tank water heater and water softener.
