After having a horrible experience with another plumbing company, Matt with OSP plumbing and rooter was 5 stars. He listened to our problem and difficulties. Provided a quick assessment and was out within the same week to perform the pipe cleaning service. Matt was professional, punctual, and thorough. While our home Warrenty covered the hydro jetting we paid for the camera and Matt was able to show us a clean pipe! Well worth the time and money. You best believe the next time we need plumbing we are asking for Matt at OSP plumbing!

I used these guys about 6 months ago and Jason was the final guy to get us back in our house. He just came out again to give me quotes on water softner job. He was able to explain things to someone who doesn't get this to where I actually felt like I get the options. He was training Tim who was very nice too. Jason also did a good job setting expectations of what I'd see after the job. Have to crunch the numbers but good dudes.

I had a leak on kitchen ceiling. Matt came out and quickly found out the leak was coming from second floor tub drain overflow. Him and his partner came on time to change it out. I recently had a leak in my bathroom sink and OSP Plumbing was assigned the repair through Choice Home Warranty. The plumber who came to fix the problem was Matt, and from 1 - 10, I would give Matt a 10 plus! He was friendly, respectful and completed the repair in a timely manner. If future plumbing problems are assigned to OSP, I will definitely request Matt to complete the repair.

I had a situation late in the night with my water heater leaking all over the place. I had my Warranty company assign me a company who couldn't come out until 2 days later. Luckily they switched vendors and OSP plumbing came out the very next morning with a water heater already in hand. I was so shocked how fast everything was because normally these companies make us wait multiple days ( even for emergencies) Long story short we got a new water heater and can finally bathe!

I manage multiple properties, and use home warranty for all of them. Finding a reliable and responsive service provider isn't easy, despite the referral assignments from the home warranty company. I was assigned a different company for a toilet leak (visible from the kitchen ceiling right underneath the toilet), and the tech was dragging his feet in diagnosing and getting repair authorization for the issue. At that time, OSP was assigned to me for another house's faucet repair. Renado came and fixed the issue within a day of me calling in. He was so professional and friendly, and my tenant loved him. I then talked to Renado about the toilet leak, and he immediately offered two most common causes. At that moment, I knew I had to call home warranty to switch out the vendor, even though I had to pay another service call charge. That was the absolute right decision. The OSP office was able to accommodate my request for Renado, who came and fixed the issue on the first visit. My tenant and I couldn't have been more satisfied! I highly recommend this company, and hope you'll get a tech like Renado to get all your plumbing needs fulfilled.

We recently needed some assistance to power jet our Sewer and Matt came out and went above and beyond to help us. He was on time, kind, explained everything, cleaned up a stain on our sidewalk left by a previous snaking job, and even looked into another issue I mentioned. I can not say enough nice things about his professionalism. On top of great service, all of the customer service reps I've ever spoken to have been kind and helpful. I 100% recommend this company!

Choice Home Warranty paid for the service from OSP. First day Brad came out and did a good job on replacing a worn part. But, later that day another leak occurred coming from the faucet dripping down under the sink. Note: No one answers the phone after hours (6 p.m.) and this was 11:30 p.m. when I heard the water dripping again. So the 24 hour emergency service as advertised was apparently not available. I got the valves turned off myself, and the water removed using old towels and a mop. No big deal except for having to deal with waiting on a repair person for those two days in a row. Next, for the faucet replacement Renado was sent and he took care of the replacement very well. Both Brad, Renado, and the office staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest though if they are going to offer faucet replacements, more options should be available. Two out of the three options were the wrong fit, and I had to pay extra to get the only one that would.

My water heater had burst over the weekend, I had a few companies come out trying to charge me over 2 thousand dollars! I knew that it was way too much for a water heater, thank god my neighbor told me about OSP plumbing, they came out same day, great price and with a heater in the truck. Needless to say I got my hot water back that same day at a great price , thank you OSP plumbing!!

I use a home warranty service for a rental house. I've had a couple plumbing issues lately and OSP was assigned by warranty company. Most recently, the garbage disposal quit working (non-emergency). OSP scheduled a visit within a day or two of filing the claim. The day of the visit, Plumber Jason called ahead & asked if he could come early due to a cancellation. Yes, of course. He is excellent and had the disposal working within a short time. I've done home repairs & remodels for years on a personal basis. I think I have a feeling when a technician is competent or not. Jason is a 'take care of business' guy. He knew all the tricks and techniques you have to know as a plumber. He likes working for OSP and obviously does a good job for customers. - JB

I couldn’t believe how many plumbers had to come out here to figure out the issue with my bathtub. Tony came out here and in no time knew exactly what was wrong . He ordered a new Pump for my tub so I can use the jets. I didn’t even pay a markup on the pump. OSP and Tony were super fair with us.
