I ended up having 2 technicians. Toledo and Dustin. These guys were great! I had a leak at my water meter on the fitting that connected the city pipe into the line for the house. Me and my husband just bought our first home less than a month ago and was really stressing out about having a major repair already but these guys made the whole process a breeze from being very professional and polite and being upfront on what they was gonna have to do. I even sat and watched them while they worked as a learning experience they answered all my little questions and even taught me a thing or 2. Before they left they asked if I thought there was anything they could of done better or improve on so they can better them selves as technicians and that really showed how much they enjoy doing what they do for a living. But to answer that. Honestly from my perspective I can’t think of anything. Again they was very professional polite informative about everything they was doing and going to do. They cleaned up there mess, they made it a point to get the job done today and understood about my work schedule as to why I needed it done today. They both had good things to say about the company which led me to decide when I make a career change I definitely wanna come work for these guys and learn a new trade! I’ll definitely use Greenwell for all future jobs and definitely want to work with Toledo or Dustin! Thank you guys and Greenwell!

Dustin and his helper were most friendly and courteous upon arrival. He assured that a fix was in order. He involved us with the process and offered his recommendation. The cost was explained and broken down. Knowing how busy Greenwell Plumbing was, Dustin spent time explaining and treating the job as if it was the only one of the day. Really appreciate Greenwell for sending Dave and Jeremiah also to reassure and recommend further action. Both wife and I were very pleased with the service and the personal touch.

I called Greenwell Plumbing to service my water heater. Tyler M. fixed it and did an excellent job. He explained what needed to be fixed, what parts were required and I paid $330 for parts and labor. He also completed the job in about 2 hours. He even gave me an estimate for a future shower head replacement. Tyler was very nice, professional and efficient. Tyler did our work for us and was extremely professional and congenial-very friendly! Our kitchen sink was backed up and he was able to clear it out. He explained everything he did before he started and during the process in an easy to understand fashion. The cost was very reasonable, much less than we anticipated. We highly recommend and will call again when we need service.

We had a great experience with the purchase and replacement of our water heater. Greenwell was able to get us an appointment quickly and Luke arrived right on time. Luke gave good water heater information and he answered quite a few related and unrelated questions. In the end, we got a stress-free water heater and Greenwell got a very satisfied customer. I will use Greenwell for my next plumbing issue.

I had my Kitchen sink removed and a new Sink installed and a Toilet removed and replaced with new one. Austin Mathis did all the work and Cleaned as he went. He was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all in a very timely matter. He did a wonderful job and if I need any other Plumbing work done I will be Calling Greenwell Plumbing and asking for Austin to come do the work. He is an awesome gentleman and deserves the praise. Zachary was awesome, super friendly and took care of the issue quickly and effectively. Pricing was so much lower then we expected so we added an extra thing to his job. Extremely grateful for their 24 hour service. If needed again, we will definitely use these guys again hands down.
