First, I’ll give a summary of the experience with Plumb On. Corey showed up when scheduled. He listened to the problems as I described them. He assured me that he could complete the repairs and gave me an estimated time to complete each job. He also quoted me the price to complete the work prior to beginning. He finished the job within his time estimate. Last, I’ll give my personal thoughts on the experience with the plumber. I was incredibly impressed with Corey’s professionalism. His commitment to excellence is something I’ve not seen very frequently when hiring a plumber. I would highly recommend Plumb On to others as I would without question call on the company again for anything plumbing related.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had such a wonderful experience the first time I had Plumb On come out that I called him out to another house. Again, he surpassed my expectation. I expected this job to be very very expensive, it was not. I expected it to take a very long time. It did not. I've already recommended him to my family and wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you need a plumber dont think twice about calling here! *** let me mention he helped at my house that had well water!! Hard to find!

Just based on the first experience, I feel confident going with this company for every plumbing issue I encounter from here on. My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high. Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

All of my experiences with Plumb on have been very positive. This visit Tyler replaced one of my outside spigots that was leaking inside my basement. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and got to work. He was able to correct the angle of the piping that lead to the demise of the old spicot and installed a new shut off valve and spicot. I cannot say enough good things about Plumb on. I've recommended them to all my friends and neighbors who need a honest, reliable plumber who does great work!!

Good company that knows what they are doing but very expensive. When I asked why it cost over $500 to replace 2 Delta shower cartridges, they responded saying the parts cost $300. Really? Felt like I was taken advantage of.
