Andrew was awesome! He was honest and quick to figure out the issue. He and Jason were willing to come out in the freezing rain and fix and replace a mainline water pipe to my house. This company was also very fair and very reasonably priced. In fact, they were literally $7000 cheaper than a quote I got from another plumbing company for the exact same work! I would highly recommend and cannot thank them enough!

We recently were told our water pipes were full of rust and needed replacing. We contacted John Fowler Plumbing for a second opinion. Jacob Knapp gave us a detailed description and estimate of what needed to be done. The job was completed with skill and thoroughness by Jacob and his assistant Dalton. They also made sure that our water heater, that was placed by someone else, was working properly too. We also needed our laundry drain system replaced. Drew was able to configure the laundry drain and our water softener so water drains better now. Thank you for taking terrific care of our plumbing needs.

Our main drain was clogged, they came out same day and after snaking 80-100 ft didn't work they went back to their store to get different equipment and came right back and finally got it cleared. Was kind of on the expensive side then again I'm not an expert on plumbing cost. He did find us a discount and offered to bring the snake back to get the rest of the stuff out of the drain. So overall I'm very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them.

I’ve always had a good experience with John Fowler’s Sewer and Drain, their techs are very friendly and up front. My new shower and tub look great. They were able to complete the job in a single day and cleaned up upon completion. My only complaint is they left about and inch or two open drywall above the shower panel when they had to cut into the wall, so now I’ll have to find a way to cover it. Other than, excellent work.

Service was fine. Quick response, professional. Only thing wrong was the price of service. I have used plumbing companies several times in the laat 3 years and this has been the most expensive. They performed the same job as all the others and it took less than 20 minutes to unclog the line. Price was twice as much. That was also after a discount for becoming a member. Will not be using this company again.

Ok seriously this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This company went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were to our house within a half hour of calling and it was one of the owners that showed up. Jason was very thorough and down to earth. We had to replace the whole water main line a month after moving into our new home and they were so good to make sure we were able to get the fix done in a cost effective and timely manner. I liked that it’s a smaller family business and that we were able to work with both of the owners. Their warranty and cost of the fix was unbeatable for what they did. We will definitely refer and go to John Fowler plumbing for all future services!

We’ve used John Fowler Plumbing for two, large projects (our house was built in 1947 and was relatively neglected for the last 30 years). Both times they’ve been punctual and efficient. Their staff are thorough when explaining the work that is needed and are incredibly patient and willing to answer all our first-time homeowner questions. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. This is the second time I’ve called on John Fowler Plumbing in about 2 months. Separate issues / rooms. They are extremely responsive, fast, efficient, and the nicest guys. I highly recommend them. They replaced a toilet last time, and fixed the work done prior to them. I’ve had no problems since. John Fowler sewer and drain service is amazing! I had a sump pump fail and had water in the basement. I called after 8:00pm and they still were able to come out that same night. Jason was very friendly and congenial! He was able to install the shower faucet in a small access behind the shower stall thereby not having to cut into the shower tile. Jason capably installed the faucet and explained how to adjust the hot water flow. He cleaned up the job site afterwards! I was very pleased with the whole experience. Not cheap but worth the investment to have a professional job well done!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s when true character is revealed. I had John Fowler Plumbing out to replace the water line to a hose bib and install a new hose bib. The first attempt didn’t go as planned and when I reached out to Chase, he responded quickly with professionalism and got the job redone to a higher standard than I had expected. Let’s be real...problems will sometimes arise for anyone. What sets businesses apart is when they deal with those problems gracefully, with great customer service, and resolve them. They told me I needed a shut off valve. Well I called John Fowler plumber because they had come before. Well they came out and fixed my rusty valve and then came out hooked my water line. They say you can’t put a price on peace of mind, but in my case it was $339.00. I get on a plane tomorrow at 1:00 pm. At least I won’t have to worry about my whole house flooding? Goods guys!
