I had an A/C problem for almost 6 months, I had multiple companies try to fix the issue before calling Milton Franks. They sent Micah and his crew member and they were awesome. They were professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely manner. They help me understand the issues without making me feel uncomfortable. Great guys and a great company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will call for all future A/C and Plumbing issues. I highly recommend and ask for Micah. Dude is a stud!

Have used Milton Frank since 03/2003, all servicemen have been excellent ambassadors for Milton Frank. All have gone out of their way to explain and help with repairs. I did not include good value simply because prices have gone up so much in 20 years, not because they charge more than comparable plumbers. Today Cody Palasota was very professional and charming. While we waited for Andrew (who also is professional and charming) to buy and deliver a part needed, Cody gave me estimates for replacing a disposal or removing it and installing water lines. I know I pay more for Milton Frank Plumbing but their work is guaranteed and of highest quality. Their phone representative is also lovely to talk with.

I have used Milton Frank Plumbing for years. They have always provided exceptional service. This time they went above and beyond. They installed a kitchen sink and faucet, replaced a toilet shut off value and inspected and drained our hot water tank. DIY fail occurred on a shower faucet replacement on a Saturday afternoon (2 pm). Mind you, zero water to the house due to needing to shut off water for replacing cartridge. Immediate regret when I completely destroyed the valve. Panic set in. "There was no way somebody would come same day"--my conscious (verbalized thoughts consisted more of the four- letter-type words). I couldn't Google 'emergency plumber' fast enough. Milton Frank was top of the list in Spring. I dial, speak to an angelic voice (her name escapes me), she says she can make it happen with the little bit of details I gave her. Slight apprehension and disbelief as I tell her confirm the visit. Micah called me within the hour. He stayed in communication with me the whole time. He notified me when he was 45 minutes out. Micah walks in. Salutations. Bing. Bang. Boom. Micah saves the *expletive* day! All the while, ho-hum like a walk down the street. Professional. I have no shower right now but I have running water in the entire house, thanks to Micah...on a Saturday evening!!! If you don't have Milton Frank's number on speed dial, you're doing yourself a disservice for all things plumbing. He went out of his way to make sure the valve replacement could be done. Thank you Micah, thank you angelic voice, thank you Milton Frank for taking care of Micah and angelic voice.

The guys that came to my house did a truly excellent job in finding a small, but problematic leak in our kitchen drain. The leak was under the wood in the sink cabinet, and to plug it up they had to chip away at the foundation. They did a careful job to not damage anything (except for the foundation). I used Milton Frank because I wanted to get it fixed quickly, and they could get here a day before my usual plumber could.

Milton Frank Plumbing managed to fit us in to a very busy schedule of emergencies during the freezing weather around the Christmas season. We had a pipe burst and water throughout half of our house. We had a few leaks suddenly in the water heater, so I called Milton Frank and they came right out even though it was the end of the day on Friday and they checked it out. It was very old and corroded and needed a replacement and they were able to do the work right then. So, in just a few hours we were back in business! We had a sudden backup in the kitchen sink at dinner time last night. A Milton Frank plumbing technician responded surprisingly within about an hour. He hooked up his electric driven snake, applied it through the outside pipe connection and had the clog removed within a few minutes. Even after this initial step he continued to feed the snake deeper into the pipe "just to make sure there was not other material that was building up". Excellent professional job!

Have used Milton Frank Plumbing since 2000. Recently had their plumber clear a stubborn clogged sink drain. Their plumber was careful, cleared the clogged drain, reassembled the drain and wiped up the little bit of water (necessary to remove the drain). They are on time, professional and courteous. I called Milton Frank Plumbing when I found my master bathroom floor was flooded. Even though it was afterhours, a technician arrived within 30 minutes. He located the leak behind marble facing and repaired the leak. He also updated the other pipes to make sure it did not happen again and replaced the marble without a scratch. He also helped me clean up the water and left a humidifier. I will call Milton Frank Plumbing whenever I have an issue.

January 2017 hard freeze, every home improvement store sold completely out of pressure vacuum breaker repair kits, water flowing into the street, business trip in the morning, Milton Frank to the RESCUE ! Once he found the issue he gave us the quote to fix it and an alternative. In this case the issue was a pipe that can be simply eliminated and saving us $6000 worth of repair. First time using them for plumbing. He was on time and repaired what I thought was about to be a huge nightmare! Know where your sewer trap drain is located outside or it cost more to run line from inside. Great guy, pleasant and thorough with his work. They are a little pricey but we didn’t have an option to shop pricing. The job was to remove the toilet, run a line (soft clog) in , replace the flange that was broken and put it all back. However, working toilets and bathrooms are priceless! You won’t be disappointed with the work! Thanks Robert and we will locate that trap for future!

After my AC system failed Saturday night, I called another company that had replaced the capacitor on the fan less than a year ago. They came out on Monday, over 1-1/2 hours after the timeframe quoted, and the tech said the capacitor wasn't the problem. Even though the capacitor is what gets the fan started when the system kicks in, he said it wasn't bad, and that the problem was the compressor was bad. He also said it was under warranty, and I had to call Trane to have it repaired under warranty. That's about the extent of the good news from him. I called Trane, and was referred to Milton Frank, among other companies. I called Milton Frank about Noon, and they sent Cammron Warford out, who arrived about 3:30. First good news from them: Quick response! Second good news was that the compressor was NOT bad, and that the capacitor WAS bad. They also informed me that the previous tech had miswired the capacitor so that it was trying to force the compressor to run BACKWARDS! Third bit of good news is that the service call was cheaper than the first company had initially quoted me (besides that they seemingly haven't tried to charge me, at this point), and the last bit of good news is that the tech didn't charge me for replacing the bad capacitor! Yes, I HIGHLY recommend Milton Frank for servicing your AC system!

My disposal was leaking pretty profusely. Called and talked to them on the phone. They were very professional and explained their services very well. I received a text a little while later with a picture of the technician who was coming out. They arrived within the specified timeframe and provided an estimate to do the work and offered to do the work at a later date if I wanted to buy a disposal at Home Depot or Lowe’s. I went with buying the part from them as it wasn’t much of a difference in price. They also have a membership program that I highly recommend and is very reasonably priced for plumbing and HVAC services. They replaced it and tested it for leaks. I would highly recommend them as they did great work, were on time, and were very reasonably priced. Will be hiring them again on my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I have been using this location of Milton Frank for about 2 years now; it started with a broken water heater and subsequent replacement. Then a flooded bathroom (a/c caused the pipes to back up), then an a/c tune up, and now a broken a/c unit - and of course the a/c was after hours because doesn't it always break after hours? Every time I get good service, reasonable pricing - not cheap pricing - but what I would consider reasonable given the time, effort, and service involved. Ive never needed the work redone - one time out, correct diagnosis, and work completed, no issues. I like them so much I bought their service plans for the water heater and a/c - 10% off service and free check ups. They’re not the cheapest but it’s the most consistent & professional service I’ve received in a long time. Absolutely would recommend.

I could smell the gas leak, but could not identify the exact source, but suspected it was under the foundation and was prepared for a huge bill that involved busting tile and jack-hammering up parts of the foundation. David Galvan came up the walk, I showed him what needed to be done, and he was like Santa, got started to work and worked on the reverse osmosis filters.
