Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

B/C of the freeze, they were backed up and unsure of the time frame, but she kept me updated throughout the day and answered all of my questions. I don't leave reviews, but it's time now. I'm a do-it-yourselfer and I have five rental properties, if you live in Katy area, look no further than 24/7 Plumbing. I couldn't believe it I had a mystery leak in the wall it could have been coming from anywhere. Not only did they nail it. Brandon answered probably 50 questions while he was working. Super professional and experienced. And they gave me a huge discount. The service manager Mike told me don't worry we'll take care of it. And the cost won't be catastrophic. I'll work with you. And boy did they. All I can tell you is look no further, and the idiots who leave bad post, well they're idiots. If you like being ripped off call ARS, or John Moore and you will pay more. They were out there all day found the leak in the wall for $500. And fixed it. Remember if I post it means something because I am never satisfied with any contractor. I will never use another plumber . And by the way they only have four idiots leaving bad reviews out of over 500. Thank you 24/7

Very Professional - After the drain cleaning, I asked to have the pipe scoped. He gave me his I-Pad to watch the camera. I even got a copy of the scoping. Tyler Cooke did an excellent job explaining the issues as he pushed the camera through to the end cap section leading to the city sewer. He showed where I have a build up of grease on the top portion of the pipe where I will need a jet run through eventually, which will blow water through front and back nozzles the clear the debris. I am satisfied. Tylergot his exercise in removing and putting his shoes covers back on as he was exchanging equipment and checking my sewer end cap. He, also, used a floor cover when he brought his equipment in.

Just wanted to post a big shout out to Brandon Kuehnle and 24/7 Plumbing! He showed up within 30 minutes of my ‘emergency toilet clogged!’ call. Brandon was very professional, and offered both a ‘standard’ rotating hose clean out, and an Airshock pressure wave system if that didn’t work, for a single price. Cleared the clog on the second try, did water and paper flush tests, and even tried to help me find a couple more bottles of Total-C drain cleanser online because he was nearly out of it on his truck. He was demonstrably disappointed that he didn’t need to use his Airshock, so I had him pull it out for me anyway, to have him show me how it worked. Very personable guy. Highly recommend 24/7 Plumbing!

Our sewer was backing up in the clean out pipe. Our sewer pipe was apparently punctured from a company laying new fiber optic lines. My 16 year old hot water heater finally gave out this weekend. Not just the pilot light but the unit began leaking so no more DIY to keep it going. Saw really good reviews of 24/7 Plumbing so I called Saturday afternoon. My call was immediately answered and I explained my situation to the young lady and she told me that she would have a plumber call me right back which they did. Spoke to Blake, who was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I text him a few photos of my unit. He had my quote within minutes and offered to come out within a couple hours. I actually scheduled him to come out Sunday morning which he did. A few hours later with him advising me as he progressed thru the process, the job was completed. Just FYI, my unit is in the attic of a two story home with the attic access stairs reversed, so very cramped. Original unit was a 50 gal short model. This is the first time in 16 years of needing a plumber but if the need arises again, I know who I will call.

Blake at 24/7 was extremely informative the first time he visited to evaluate an issue we were experiencing at our water heater. During that time he was able to explain the issue, which happened to be minor and require little work. I discussed the greater issue we were experiencing - filters getting blocked up in our home & “cold water sandwiches” during showers or while washing dishes. Blake took a decent amount of time to explain options to resolve the problem. He also stepped over to the garage to explain where the devices would go if we were to opt for installation. I was glad I mentioned to him that we were not interested in a water softener because we did not desire “soft” water - we wanted a different solution. Amazingly, he had an alternative for us. We opted for the Flow Tech anti-scale device along with the carbon filter - this combination is supposed to provide clean water through the entire home. Today is day 1 - so we shall see how it goes - side note: the lines will take a few months to completely “clean-out” and for the system to do it’s job… so I can update based on the experience. *additionally, prior to Blake leaving our home, I mentioned to him that our guest bathroom tub, which is not highly used was not draining appropriately on a normal basis. He took a quick look, and of course there was a hair clog, which…. Was caused by nails dropped in the drain during construction! It had been obstructing the flow - what nonsense! We were very happy with how informative and thorough Blake was with the entire plumbing service and would recommend him for anyone else needing a plumber.

My family and I moved into our new home and were beyond excited about every aspect of our home. However, just less than a week in, we experienced issues with the toilets bubbling up and water/sewage coming from the shower/tub drains. I called 24/7 plumbing and Blake came out, in the pouring rain with a positive attitude and assurance that he would have us on our way. Not only did he have to dig up a covered pipe (mistake made by the builder) there were big pieces of the pipe that were broken and lodged into itself which was preventing the water to flow correctly. Blake explained everything to me, he provided a temporary fix to the pipe while we wait for someone to come out and correct the issue. Overall, we were able to resume utilizing the water after he removed stoppage within the pipe. He was very professional, efficient and he was determined to get out as much debris as he could to help us resume normal activity. I am so grateful for this company and Blake's expertise/experience. They came out today and replaced 2 hot water heaters one of which was in a tight space in the attic and pretty much failed as they were emptying it to replace. We had a leaky pipe inside the attic, we thought it was inside the wall, so it was an emergency, during the 4th of July weekend. These folks were the only company that could get someone out that day. Yes it was an emergency, yes we paid more for it, but when you have water coming through the ceiling, it’s an emergency. This was a rental unit, so being in CA and the home in Texas, we had to gamble that who we got, was going to do a good job, and make sure our house didn’t sustain anymore damage. We had to call an emergency plumber at 10pm at night because (as we know now) our main sewer line had a clog, and so our downstairs toilet turned into a s**t fountain, literally pouring gallons of nasty water all over our floors. The experience was absolutely wonderful. I have had dealings with two other plumbing companies in the past. I will not name them, but to say the least I was not thrilled to have to deal with a plumber again after those encounters. I had lost the name, and was confusing them with another plumbing company in Katy, but I'm so glad I found them. They serviced my water heaters 5 ago and did an excellent job.This second time Rusty came out on time, he got up there and troubleshooted the problem with the manufacture. Fixed the problem and gave me a list of parts that the manufacture suggested may go out after so many years. The repair he made needed no parts.. He was honest and the price was very reasonable. I called multiple plumbers before contacting 24/7 Plumbing concerning a leaking pipe located behind a well pressure tank. All other plumbing companies took my name and number then called back to say they don't work on wells, even though the well is not the problem. The pressure tank is 20 years old and seemed like no plumber wanted to touch it. Tyler from 24/7 came to my home within 30 min after I first called the office. He came up with multiple ideas on how we may fix the pipe with having to move the pressure tank, but all options were expensive.
