I hired Waialae Plumbing replace an old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal and to snake my main drain. I lucked out and had a $50 off special for the month and they were able to come out and see me within 4 hours of my phone call. Patrick Dowd arrived on time and I received a text message with his picture on it showing me who he was and to expect him within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was very kind and thorough and we had great conversation while he fixed my sink. All went really well and I am very pleased and satisfied with this company..

Brian went above & beyond to resolve our clogged sewer line. Not having the equipment needed, Brian left to provide service for another Client that was scheduled. He then returned to our home unexpectedly with proper equipment to find and solve the source of our problem. Brian is extremely professional and cares for the well-being of his clients. The scheduler was professional and able to get me an appointment the next day. Nathan was professional, courteous, personable and prompt. He diagnosed and repaired the leak and explained to us what we needed to understand. He was also able to give us a quote for another issue. The quote was $200 less than another plumbing company that we called. Excellent service that we will definitely use again.
